I have a very similar problem: I purchased a new online number. It is not showing up on anyone's phone and I can no longer view it on my skype account. I have already been charged for the purchase of an online number. My name is Jon and my email is *edited for privacy*. Please assist.

    I have had a subscription to Skype for some years, which included a SkypeIn / Online number. I have recently noticed the number does not work and is missing from my profile.
    I have been continuously paying the subscription so there is no excuse for cancelling it or it not being there.
    I can see an option to get a new number, but there is no way of retrieving my old one. I can see other people here have had this problem but I can't see a way of getting my number back nor a way of contacting Skype about it.
    I paid the subscription deliberately to keep my number so this is very annoying.

  • Font missing online

    Hi there,
    i'm having a little problem with my site because my font don't appear online... i have one font and when i see my page in another computer, i see times new roman...
    i know that if i use flash, i don't need to worry with that... so why this is happenning??
    i made another site and it was everything ok with the fonts that i used...
    can anyone tell me if i'm missing something, please?

    You do need to be concerned for fonts with Flash.  Normally, if you use static textfields, the characters are drawn into the file so they will appear as intended.  But if you use dynamic textfields, you neeed to embed the fonts in the file, otherwise if the file is viewed on a computer without that font, the machine's default font or a determinable replacement will be used.  Sometimes, some fonts simply will not embed in any case and it becomes necessary to break down the text into graphics to insure it displays as intended.

  • Site works in preview but style is missing online

    I downloaded a template from adobe and made changes. The site performs perfect in preview in browser. But once i put online it looses style and the links do not work.   

    How this works locally I don't know... The link call doesn't point to the sheet.

  • Missing Online Mall Points

    Hey there,
    I recently returned from a trip I purchased through the My Best Buy Online Mall.  I made use of the Online Mall for the primary reason that it would also net me points.  I still do not see the transaction in my pending queue.  I am able to provide confirmtation numbers as well as transaction totals.  Please let me know what I can do to claim my points, it was quite a large transaction.

    I can understand questioning when your points for a My Best Buy™ Online Mall purchase will post to your account, especially if that purchase could result in a lot of points.  From my experience, it is fairly common for an Online Mall purchase to not emerge as pending in a member's My Best Buy™ account; however, the points should still post within 6 to 8 weeks if the member qualified per the offer terms.

  • Missing online archive in Outlook, OK in OWA

    We have Exchange 2010 SP2 and Office 2010 Pro Plus clients.
    One user can't see his online archive in Outlook but can if he logs into OWA.
    I have recreated his Outlook profile, logged in as him on other computers and have the same problem.
    Would be grateful for any advise/ideas

    Outlook 2010 which are licensed at the correct level natively support the online archive.

    Outlook 2007 did not initially and needed a hotfix. 
    Are you 100% that this is pro plus ? 
    And check the AutoD response for the additional XML at the bottom of the response for the additional mailbox.

    MUSE uploads  everything to BC except an inport png. I cleared the cache, it shows inPreview, no conflicts noted in Assets and the Browser reflects any other changes I make to the page.  The space for the image is missing online and the entire page moves up to fill the space

    Thanks for getting back. I had a deadline so I gave-up trying to make that (great) extracted image work and deleted it from my system -frustration. For what its worth, MUSE displayed the png in Design/ Preview/ Plan &  provided an empty space for it when published.  Besides this quirk, MUSE has been a great.

  • ORA-01194 and ORA-00604 when using backup controlfile set #2

    Database version Oracle 11.2.0.1
    Enterprise Linux 5.4
    Database is in archivelog mode.
    I'm trying to recover a database according to set #2 of a backup controlfile to trace. Creating the controlfile works fine, but recovering the database fails.
    From what I can gather, the recovery fails because it cannot roll forward - sequence 39 is in the missing online redo logfile. However, the database is opened with the restlogs option, and I understand that it should use the archivelogs in order to roll backwards. Since this is a new controlfile it does not know about archivelogs, but it does not accept to register or use any archivelog files.
    The recovery as outlined in set #2 does not seem to work as advertised. Any ideas?

    Specifying sequence 39 results in the same error message, which is what is what it tries to apply when using "recover until cancel" and typing cancel. But the problem is that sequence 39 was in the online redologs, which were not archived yet.

  • Need help with Gmail Contact issue

    First I'm loving the phone! It's a great device and was a great decision to get. I haven't noticed any issues with the phone until today. When I purchased the phone on 3/22/13 everything synced up perfect. All my calendar entries and contacts sync from Gmail and has been fine since today. I got a log in error for my email and calendar this morning and I had an issue logging back in. So I removed the account and set it back up. Now all my contacts on my Gmail account are missing online. The contacts are still on my phone but not associated with my Gmail account. I went through most of them and some are associated with facebook, twitter and linkedin.
    Not sure how but that's not my issue. I will try to figure that out later. What I want is, if there's a way to transfer them back to my Gmail account?
    Again I have all the contacts and really don't want to manually enter them back into the phone.
    Any help will be grateful!

    From my own experience I had issues with Gmail. Later on I found out other people also had issues. These were with syncing.
    What may have happened is your Gmail account setup may have received the indication that you remotely deleted the contacts.
    As for myself, I found I had best results with Hotmail for syncing the contacts and etc.

  • Package Lost/Stole​n, Customer Service Reps unhelpful

    Ok, long story short this is what happened:
    March 19 - Place an online order to be delivered at my home the next day.
    March 20 - UPS tracking number shows package has been delivered with a note "Left on Porch". However my package is nowhere to be found. I checked with my neighbors and they know nothing about it. So either UPS lost it, or someone followed the truck and swiped it off my doorstep.
    March 21 - Contact BestBuy.com online customer service, explaining my predicament, and a rep named "Patrice" replies saying to wait at least 24 hours before anything can be done.
    March 23 - A UPS rep called me and verified that I in-fact did not receive my package. This must be when BestBuy initated its tracer.
    March 24 - I follow up with BestBuy and a rep named "Carimfe" says to allow 5-8 business days for UPS to finish their investigation, and in the even that my package is not found, it would take BestBuy another 3-5 days to process a refund.
    April 3 - I follow up again with BestBuy, and they are only apologetic, but not very helpful. I receive an email reply on
    April 6 - and a rep by the name of "Yvonne" blankly responds with essentially: "I have contacted UPS and they have confirmed it was delivered to your address" Great. That's REAL helpful. It's like we took 5 steps back and are starting this all over again.
    I am trying to be patient with BestBuy, but seriously, are these reps even following our email conversations? I've been replied to by  4 different reps, one of which I haven't mentioned since that rep basically told me nothing useful.
    I contacted UPS and they turned me around and basically said "talk to BestBuy, they are the shipper and are the ones responsible for initiating any claims" and so we're back at Square one.
    I really don't have time to call BestBuy, I work at a hospital and I am not home during the day. And I also want to have all correspondence written so as to provide some sort of evidence for future use. 
    I really, really, really don't want to have to call my CC provider and issue a chargeback as that's another bunch of hoops to jump through. 
    This is my last attempt at obtaining some type of resolution from BestBuy, so I hope you folk are more helpful than some of the reps that I have been emailing.

From personal experience, I know how rare it is have an item lost in the mail, but it can be incredibly upsetting to try to locate a missing online order. I’m truly sorry for frustration you may have endured while trying to figure this out on your own.
    When an online order is reported to us a missing, we should be contacting the mail carrier associated with your purchase (UPS in your case) to see if we might open a late/lost claim for it. This claim can take up to 8 days to conclude, and once they contact us with their findings, we should be connecting with you to discuss our next steps. After reading through the notes associated with your Best Buy account and the order number in question, it seems UPS made the determination that the item was successfully delivered to your home. As such, we’d be unable to provide you a refund or a reshipment of your order as requested.
    I recognize this may not be the outcome you were hoping for; however, you may still have options available to you. If you believe the item was stolen from your porch, I’d suggest contacting your local authorities to file a police report. Additionally, your issuing bank may be able to provide further assistance from here.

  • The website for my bank (BofA) tells me 'Your Online ID and/or Location is Missing, Try Again - when I try to sign in.

    Hello,
    I updated Firefox (now the icon is Firefox logo and 45r on my desktop). About the same time, I updated some Add-Ons, as suggested on Firefox website.
    Now - when I try to log-in with bank website, I type in my user name - and I get the message 'Your online ID and/or location is missing, Please try again.' Initially I thought that it was the bank web-page - but this has been going on for daaays now, so I suspect it is some setting....
    ALSO - I started getting re-routed to a strange web-page (this happens randomly), when changing, going to a link on various web sites. oops. The strange website is 'Net Assistant' and it seems to want to help search, I always back out (frequently this takes a few attempts).
    I cleaned the cache, got rid of cookies and mopped the floor- (just kidding on that), and I'm not sure what else to do! eek.
    I do not have a specific time - or event to relate these two problems ''to'', but I suspect it is either Firefox 4 (45r?) or one of the suggested add-on updates that I did.
    Actually, there is a 3rd, probably related problem: My homepage is NPR (http://www.npr.org/) and whenever I click on Firefox (45r) icon, NPR page loads, but I get a message across the top - under address bar, that says 'Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page.'
    Not sure what's-up with that either.
    p.s. The BofA page has the green 'safe' sign on the address bar.
    What a confusing mess. Help!

    Glad you seem to have sorted things out.
    The warning about the warranty is light hearted, I think at one stage it warned "here be dragons" but also intended to make us think as it warns that making changes may produce problems.

    I might be missing something rather obvious but I can't find it for the life of me. I have turned off synching (yes I know cardinal sin!) But the local files are consuming far too much disc space (close to 200gb) and I prefer to work in the cloud for most of my services any way as I work on different machines in different locations. Anyway I have thousands of illustrator and indesign files in the online asset repository of creative cloud and while I could be more organised a simple search facility seems to be missing? Is there no basic search function for your own assets on CC? Appreciate confirmation before I look for alternative solutions to tag my files.

  • Adobe XI send for shared review is missing option for Adobe online services, where did it go?

    I am using Adobe XI and trying to share a PDF file using Comments --> Review ---> Send for Shared Review.  The option to share via Adobe Online Services is missing.  What is causing this and how do I get that option back? I am working on a Mac in Safari. Screen shot below:

    With Acrobat Pro 11.0.06 I have send more 188 files for shared review with deadline in June.
    After the update (automatically in May) to 11.0.07 Monday June, 2 became a cold shower to me:
    1) to start a new Acrobat.com-based shared review was not possible anymore
    2) tracking of my 188 reviews was not possible anymore, "no active reviews" = empty tracking list !!
    My temporary solution: uninstall 11.0.07 and reinstall 11.0.00 with NO automatic updating: stop updating at version 11.0.06.
    Result: the tracking list is filled with all items.
    Earlier this year Adobe announced end of life of Acrobat.com-based shared reviews at the end of this year 2014.
    My question to Adobe: how long is this type of shared review supported ?
    My complete workflows are based on it.
