Missing Package Information and My Extras informat...

I upgraded to BT Infinity on 1 May and for all intents and purposes my order was fully cpmpleted on the day. However the order is showing in MYBT as still being in progress, As a result I can only access my billing information. The error messages shown in MYBT are as follows:

I have called at least 6 times to try to get this resolved. After pushing I am being informed there is an extraneous item in the order for upgrading my broadband package preventing it from completing. I am told this will need to be resolved by manual intervention. Come on BT how long do you need. I would like to be able to manage my account again. On the plus side my new Infinity connection is working well.

"Missing port information" and NoClassDefFoundError

I'm developing a Web Service using JWSPD1.2, and I'm having some problem in executing a client which accesses to the service I'm publishing.
On Client side the error is:
java.rmi.ServerException: Missing port information
at com.sun.xml.rpc.StreamingSender._send
On Server side (file $(JWSPD_HOME)/logs/launcher.server.log) I found out that the thrown exception is a NoClassDefFoundError.
The class that is not found, however, is included in a library that I'm linking on the command line, so I can't understand why this exception is thrown...
Has anyone of you been involved in a similar problem?
Perhaps I have to link the library somewhere else, but I don't know where...

Missing package information on some MyBT accounts ...

Hello,
We are aware of the following two issues with some MyBT accounts, and are working on a fix:
1) Some customers that have BT Vision as a stand-alone package but also have phone and broadband as a bundle aren't currently able to see the BT Vision product on MyBT;
2) Calling plan bolt-ons don’t currently show in MyBT.
We will post updates about this in due course so please keep an eye out for more information.

We have an update on this.
Most of the issues with MyBT will be fixed by 1st April, with the exception of the missing calling plan add-ons which we are still working hard to fix.
We will post a further update when we have more information about this. In the meantime here is some information on how to check if you have an add-on.

Missing package information

I changed my bt package effective from today and the order information says completed. It should be unlimited broadband and unlimited anytime phone calls. However mybt says weekend/evening calls only(which I've never had). I have read stephanieg's post about this but that is dated last March, it's now December!!? I don't know if this means my order has not been completed correctly and I should be complaining, or if this is a long term problem with calling term add ons showing up correctly. Does anybody know please?
ps I did receive an email confirming the correct order details.

MyBT is erratic with displaying add-on info and can't be trusted. As you've had aa accurate confirmation I wouldn't worry about it. You'll be able to check when you get your next bill.

If you test this out directly in the Suppliers window in Oracle Payables:
Navigation: Suppliers-Entry
Queried up a Supplier, then clicked into the Site field under the Contact tab.
Entered the contact information and omitted the Last Name, when trying to save the record,
the system gives the following message:
*'FRM-40202: Field must be entered' and the cursor is on the Last Name field. This is a required*
field and is the intended functionality.

The directory service is missing mandatory configuration information, and is unable to determine the ownership of floating single-master operation roles.

We are in the process of removing a child domain from the forest and are down to two DCs. These are both Server 2008r2 sp1 servers, one physical and virtual (PDC). When I try to remove a DC (not the PDC emulator) I get the following error:

I have checked replication with repadmin /showrepl and all connections were successful. The dcdiag /test:kccEvent test on all servers passed.
Most DCdiag tests are successful. The only failure is on NCSecDesc when running dcdiag /test:NCSecDesc

We have not successfully run ADprep /rodcPrep nor do we plan on having any Read-Only DCs, so I think we can ignor this error. We did try running ADprep /rodcPrep but got an LDAP error which I can duplicate if this is important.
Schema and Naming FSMOs are on a DC higher in the forest. RID, PDC, and Infrastructure FSMOs for the child domain are on the Virtual server (PDC).
Any guidance on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated as I have no more hair on my head to pull.

Missing package... it's been 2 months and still no "refund"

Hi,
Sometime in late March/early April, I filed a missing package report for a pair of headphones I ordered online. Two weeks later, I called up Best Buy about the status of the order, and was told that UPS did an investigation and concluded that the package was lost.
Support told me they would credit me the amount back to my credit card in about 3-5 business days.
It's been two months. I haven't gotten a refund.
I'm not sure whether I should post my reference number here, but it seems like you guys are just stalling me. This is ridiculous. My credit card billing statement is due really soon, and I have an outstanding balance for a pair of headphones I didn't even receive.
Can someone PLEASE fix this for me? You guys have a very unprofessional, roundabout way of doing things. One of the support members I called acted as if she didn't even know what a reference number was.

LiveCycle throws a ClassNotFoundException.

1 - Who should I contact to have some specific support ?
That would depend on your Adobe support contract and if your organization has a TAM assigned. You should check with your organization's Adobe contact and see what support options your organization has purchased.
Having said that, this forum has a few people that may be able to help (but the forum does not have a SLA associated with it)

It seems that is still needs it.If your component class needs the simpleApiFolders class then yes, you still need it. Think of import-packages like a class-path statement (but with packages and not jars). Its not physically moving the package into your application, but allowing you to access it from another container.

As far as I know they are not imported into the database. As I stated above, I believe that the import-packages just allows you to point to classes that are in the app server's classpath, but are not physically in you component jar file. As long as that class is in the app server class-path (or in the Adobe EAR file) then you should be able to access it. Is the jar file containing the simpleApiFolders class in the app server's lib directory?

Hi,
The javadoc is generated to directory /home/usr/doc and I have added a package.html as mentioned. But no change found.
There is also no package directory in the /doc.
My original problem is that in the index.html, there are three frames, the right hand side frame showing the overwiew. In the overview page, there is the table of packages with two columns, the left columns showing the package name, while the right column showing blank.
How to generate comments to the right column in the table in the right hand side frame in the index.html?
