Missing pre-order bonus points

Hello,
I picked up pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Far Cry 4 on 11/18, but the 500 bonus points per game do not show as pending on my purchase history.From browsing this forum, it looks like the reason is that the initial $5 deposits were not properly applied to the final sale. Can this be corrected?

Thanks too for being a My Best Buy member. As enuf mentioned, points can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and as long as you have both the pre-order and the purchase associated to your membership then the points should appear within that time frame.

I have several games I've pre-ordered and picked up this year but I can't seem to find the bonus points and I can't look back more than 90 days. The most recent is COD: MW but there have been others. I have GCU and have followed the rules. Can somebody look into this?

Like enuf mentioned, it typically takes 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post. We also recently changed how My Best Buy account details appear on BestBuy.com in order to streamline user experience for the Thanksgiving shopping season, as Derek-BBY explained here. I'd be glad to look into this situation on your behalf though, so please make sure to check your private messages when you can.

Missing Pre Order 500 Points for Shadow of Mordor.

I preordered Shadow of Mordor on 9/19 and picked it up on release date. Purchase point was posted to my account today, but I'm not seeing bonus points pending or posted to my account.

If your pre-order of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor met the terms of the "Get $10" pre-order offer, then the 500 bonus points should post to your My Best Buy account within about 20 days. Please keep in mind that these bonus points may not appear as pending along side the base points. I looked over your account using the email address you registered with the forum, and from what I can see, your pre-order should qualify.
With that all being said, if you do not see 500 bonus points post to your My Best Buy account within 20 days, then please feel free to send me a private message and I will make sure they are added to your account. 500 Pre-order bonus points for Far Cry 4 not listed or pending

Hello,
I'm a Best Buy Elite and GCU member. I pre-ordered Far Cry 4 on November 11th and picked up the game in store on November 18th but the 500 points that im supposed to receive for pre-ordering the game isn't listed on the transaction and there's no points pending.
I would like to know if anyone can help me solve this issue and if so, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It can take 15-20 days for the $10 cert to post and it may or may not so as pending. Based off your Nov 18th time line if your points are there by Dec 8-9 then bump this thread for assistance.

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. If you do not see 500 bonus points post to your account within 20 days, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do. Missing Pre-order Points

I have two issues.
First, I pre-ordred Big Hero 6 when there were 2 separate 100 point bonuses being offered. If I recall, one was for the normal pre-order 100 points and the other was because it was nominated for awards. Anyway, I checked my MyBestBuy account, but only one of the 100 points was posted. I would obviously like to get the other as well. I tried posting the picture here, so I hope it made it.
Second, I bought a movie in-store on January 27th and then did a price adjustment in-store on after the price was lowered on February 10th. That went fine, but the issue is something that has happened to me before, and has apparently never been fixed. Since the price went down, there is obviously going to be some MyBestBuy points taken off. That happened, but there was a "bonus" negative 3 in there as well. The promotion for 3x points on movies was in effect during the price adjusment but NOT during the original purchase, and therefore too many points were deducted. It is only a very small amount, so I'm really mentioning this just to help fix the problem (and if I can get those few points back, great). It's just annoying that the system wasn't fixed since last time I mentiond this problem and this could be a huge problem for somebody doing a return of let's say two $20 movies. That's minus 40 points normally and then minus an additional 120. That stuff can add up over time.

I am really excited to see Big Hero 6! It won an Oscar during the Academy Awards last night, so it must be pretty good. I love animated movies and can never watch Toy Story too many times. That is one of my favorite movies.
We did have a promotion that was offering 100 bonus points between 1/11/2015 - 1/17/2015 with the pre-order of certain movies, but I am only aware of one actual promotional offer. I partnered with our My Best Buy program team and confirmed that there was only one promotion offering bonus points back in January when you placed your pre-order. I can understand how it may have appeared as if there were two promotions offering 100 bonus points; however, if you clicked on each offer it should have directed you to the same offer details. With that being said, the 100 bonus points that have posted to your account would fulfill the offer.
A return/exchange or price match will usually result in some points being deducted, but points for a promotion that were never originally awarded should not have been deducted. If the movie you purchased on 1/27/2015 was not awarded 3X points, then 3X points should not have been deducted from your account following the price match. To ensure that your My Best Buy account is up-to-date and to see if you have any other questions, I will be sending you a private message. NBA 2k15 $10(500 point) pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered NBA 2K15 for the playstation 4 and my transaction has showed up on mypoints and it doesn't show that I recieved my 500 point pre-order bonus for the game. When I pre-ordered destiny the 500 points were there in my pending transactions after I had picked my game and this time for NBA 2K15 it is not there. How do I get my 500 point bonus? I hope you’ve been enjoying NBA 2K15 and I appreciate you pre-ordering and purchasing your copy at Best Buy. The Get $10 promotion is certainly a great incentive for pre-ordering with Best Buy and your concerns are understandable if you’re not seeing the points yet. However, you should have nothing to worry about here!
What enuf has said is absolutely correct. I can take up to 15-20 days before you’ll see the points from the Get $10 promotion. Within that timeframe, you may not see the points as pending. Again, you should be just fine! If for any reason 20 days elapses and you’re still not seeing the points, feel free to send me a private message via the link in my signature.

Midldle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Pre-order Bonuses?

Hello!
I recently got off the phone with a Best Buy representative and wanted to confirm what was said is true. I was late on jumping on the order ship for Shadow of Mordor. I was planning on pre-ordering, but was waiting for confirmation on which is the "better" version (PS4 vs Xbox One, resolutiongate continues!). As a result, I didn't "pre-order" and ordered it today.
The phone representative said that any order before the 3rd of October still qualifies for the pre-order bonuses (despite the game coming out on September 30th). Is this true? I'd like to confirm that I'll be receiving the $10 rewards certificate and pre-order bonus code before picking up the game.
I'd confirm it myself, but it appears the My Reward Zone site has changed and you can no longer see pending points.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Like Kinsella5 mentioned, pre-order bonuses are typically only available to customers who reserve an eligible item prior to its release date and subsequently purchase it. I'm not personally aware of such an extension being offered, so I'd have to say the rep you spoke with was mistaken.

Pre-Order Bonus - Same Title on Different Platform

If a qualifying title is preordered on two separate consoles, does the pre-order bonus apply to both since they are differnt skus or just once?
For example, if I preorder Wolfenstein on PS4 and Xbox One, will I receive $20 in bonus points or $40? Thanks in advance.

Good question! Pre-order bonuses are limited to one per account per gaming title. This means you would only be eligible to receive $20 in reward certificates regardless of the number of copies of Wolfenstein: The New Order you reserve -- even if those copies are on different consoles.

Nba kevin Durant pre order bonus

When there is a preorder bonus I usually get the code on the receipt when I purchase the item, and I did not receive the Kevin Durant's preorder bonus why is this?

Pre order bonus $10 bonus

Hi, I recently pre ordered the game Evolve for PS4 on 2/9/15 which officially release on 2/10/15. I put $5 down instore and my gcu applied and fully paid it off the next day at the store pickup. They didn't ask for my email to get the pre order bonus emailed to me nor was the bonus printed on the receipt. The GCU was applied correctly but they had to grab the game for me since it was not ready for pickup probably because I only deposited $5. So when I paid a total of $45 ($5 already deposited) I noticed that there's no code on the receipt and no pre order bonus listed on my purchase history (2/10/15) I see 0 points pending but it'll probably show up after a few days. Last time I pre ordered, they did a "trade up offer" and asked me my email address and I was able to get the bonus code on the receipt and the $10 cert after a few days. I'd like to know if I can actually return to the store and have them do that "trade up offer" if this purchase didn't count as a pre order. If you can confirm for me that this counts as a pre order and I should be receiving my code and $10 cert soon, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

It seems you pre-ordered Evolve just in time! The points from your game as well as the $10 bonus certificate for pre-ordering should appear in your My Best Buy point history in 15-20 business days, as they would with any other purchase. In regards to your other pre-ordering bonus, it seems you would have qualified for the Monster Expansion Pack. Sadly, after I located your pre-order using the email address registered with the forum, I didn't see this listed on your receipt. Dragon Age Inquisition $10 pre order bonus

Can this be confirmed by BB. I pre-ordered this months ago on the ps4 (deluxe version). I thought it was part of the $10 pre order bonus, but it is no longer there. Was this on there at one point? And if so would I still receive it if I pre-ordered it about 4 months ago?
