Missing Pre-order DLC for Bloodborne

Hi, I pre-ordered Bloodborne for PS4. I did it online with in-store pick-up on release. I searched the receipt, emails, account info on my online account and don't see a code anywhere. I put a link to the item I was supposed to get below:

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. If you do not see 500 bonus points post to your account within 20 days, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do. Did not receive Dying Light Pre-order DLC for PS4

I have read the terms of the DLC and the delays to receiving it, but I am worried as some people seemed to have gotten their codes already whether it was via email or receipt without a problem if they did an in store pre-order with the Dying Light pre-order card or from the gaming kiosk. At my Best Buy stores, whenever I pre-order or do something for store pickup, I get the standard white sheet of paper that prints off a copier unlike a regular store purchase which has a receipt generated from the register. I normally never have to worry about DLC as the games I get don't tend to offer codes. However, this game offered DLC and I did not get an email yet and was worried that I won't receive my DLC. I can provide any account information to include order number to verify my explanation. Please expedite this so I can get a better understanding on what I need to do next as this has never happened to me before? Thank you.

Sorry...yes it was an online BBY order for store pickup and I thought I mentioned that but I guess I didn't elaborate. I went to the store to pick up my item and now I am past the 8 hour warning. I am referring to the PS4 DLC for Ninja and Secret Agent.

Didn't get pre order dlc for 3-4 of my games

I preordered grand theft auto five for Xbox one along with WWE and far cry 4 on the same day and never got my bonuses. And I also believe I didn't get assassins creed unity as well. I have made no contact with Best Buy themselves and was wondering if this has also happened to others or what I can do to get this resolved. I checked my emails where I usually get the pre ordered items. Thank you!

Missing Pre Order 500 Points for Shadow of Mordor.

I preordered Shadow of Mordor on 9/19 and picked it up on release date. Purchase point was posted to my account today, but I'm not seeing bonus points pending or posted to my account.

If your pre-order of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor met the terms of the "Get $10" pre-order offer, then the 500 bonus points should post to your My Best Buy account within about 20 days. Please keep in mind that these bonus points may not appear as pending along side the base points. I looked over your account using the email address you registered with the forum, and from what I can see, your pre-order should qualify.

Should apple introduce a pre order service for existing customers?

Hi
After buying a large number of apple products I as wondering if Apple should start letting us loyal customers get first option on new devices, with iPad 3 not a million miles away I don't think it's right that people can buy them and them sell them on eBay for a profit when we miss out.
New customers are always good but it's people who buy 3 or 4 producs that keep it all going

This is a pre-order to be received on or around the 10th. These orders, though, will be filled before Feb 10 orders are filled, and are therefore more likely to have enough stock to satisfy demand.

Thief pre order DLC code on xbox one doesn't work say's code has already been used?

I picked up my pre order of thief today after I installed it I entered the code for the DLC and it tells me the code has already been used, I also tried it on xbox.com and I got the same message

Missing Pre-order Points

I have two issues.
First, I pre-ordred Big Hero 6 when there were 2 separate 100 point bonuses being offered. If I recall, one was for the normal pre-order 100 points and the other was because it was nominated for awards. Anyway, I checked my MyBestBuy account, but only one of the 100 points was posted. I would obviously like to get the other as well. I tried posting the picture here, so I hope it made it.
Second, I bought a movie in-store on January 27th and then did a price adjustment in-store on after the price was lowered on February 10th. That went fine, but the issue is something that has happened to me before, and has apparently never been fixed. Since the price went down, there is obviously going to be some MyBestBuy points taken off. That happened, but there was a "bonus" negative 3 in there as well. The promotion for 3x points on movies was in effect during the price adjusment but NOT during the original purchase, and therefore too many points were deducted. It is only a very small amount, so I'm really mentioning this just to help fix the problem (and if I can get those few points back, great). It's just annoying that the system wasn't fixed since last time I mentiond this problem and this could be a huge problem for somebody doing a return of let's say two $20 movies. That's minus 40 points normally and then minus an additional 120. That stuff can add up over time.

I am really excited to see Big Hero 6! It won an Oscar during the Academy Awards last night, so it must be pretty good. I love animated movies and can never watch Toy Story too many times. That is one of my favorite movies.
We did have a promotion that was offering 100 bonus points between 1/11/2015 - 1/17/2015 with the pre-order of certain movies, but I am only aware of one actual promotional offer. I partnered with our My Best Buy program team and confirmed that there was only one promotion offering bonus points back in January when you placed your pre-order. I can understand how it may have appeared as if there were two promotions offering 100 bonus points; however, if you clicked on each offer it should have directed you to the same offer details. With that being said, the 100 bonus points that have posted to your account would fulfill the offer.
A return/exchange or price match will usually result in some points being deducted, but points for a promotion that were never originally awarded should not have been deducted. If the movie you purchased on 1/27/2015 was not awarded 3X points, then 3X points should not have been deducted from your account following the price match. Pre-order shipment for new IPhone 5 pushed back to 10/5. How can I go to store and pick up rather than wait?

I pre-ordered shipment of the IPhone 5's 9/14 like many others, and now it pushed back to 10/5. How can I go to store and pick up at upgrade rate rather than paying full price?

Thanks for the thought... ordered direct from Apple. I'm on AT&T, so I called them to work through their network. They said they couldn't help me until I cancelled my orders through Apple. Talked to an Apple store rep, and they said they had a customer that tried that - cancelled orders, then drove to store only to find they were not eligible for an upgrade. She called AT&T, and they had no solution, and said that sometimes it takes 48 to 72 hours for the system to reinstate upgrade eligibility.....I would have originally ordered from AT&T, but couldn't get into their website, so ordered through Apple - mistake.

Pre-order question for iPhone5/Verizon

I have a quick question...
My wife and son currently have the iPhone4 with AT&T and they are now out of contract. I'm currently on Verizon. I want to change their carrier and pre-order the iPhone5 for both of them from Verizon. I want to add those lines to my existing Verizon account and transfer their numbers as well. Would I be able to do this through this through the Apple Store's web-pre-order system? (or possibly Verizon's?) or will I have to speak with someone about doing this?

Missing Pre-Order $10 Certificate

I recently pre-ordered and purchased Shadows of Mordor, and I don't think my $10 RZ certificate is processing correctly. When I pre-ordered, I selected the XB1 version, but chose to switch to the PS4 version when I picked it up.
I asked the CS Rep when I picked it up if switching to the PS4 version would void my RZ Cert reward, but he had already canceled out the original pre-order at that point. And then told me I wouldn't qualify for it now due to the way pre-orders are handled.
I'm hoping someone can look at my purchase history and see that I preordered the game and purchased it - I just ended up buying it on a different platform - and grant me the $10 RZ Cert.

The 500 bonus points you can receive by way of the "Get $10" pre-order promotion is a great offer, so I can understand feeling concerned that the last minute change with your Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor pre-order may prevent the bonus points from posting to your My Best Buy™ account. If your pre-order had to be cancelled because of the change from Xbox One to PS4, then the bonus points may not post to your account because it took place after the game was officially released.

Missing pre-order bonus points

Hello,
I picked up pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Far Cry 4 on 11/18, but the 500 bonus points per game do not show as pending on my purchase history.From browsing this forum, it looks like the reason is that the initial $5 deposits were not properly applied to the final sale. Can this be corrected?

Thanks too for being a My Best Buy member. As enuf mentioned, points can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and as long as you have both the pre-order and the purchase associated to your membership then the points should appear within that time frame.

Just wanted to bring this to someones attention, I found it funny. The expected date for the pre-order of 300: Rise of and empire says November 30 2049. Thats a long time to wait for a movie!

The owner of wi-fi R7443 has the password. Ask them for it if you know them. If you don't know them or know who owns wi-fi R7443 then you have no reason to use it.
Most people have their own wi-fi network at their home and use it for their laptops and phones.
