Order was cancelled and only received PART of my Reward Zone Certificates back?

I had cancelled an order I had placed. It was paid with $75 Reward Zone Certificates and the rest through credit card. This morning, I only received enough points back on my account to convert to a $35 Certificate. Why is the remaining points to convert to $40 missing? I had called the Toll Free Best Buy Number but they could give no explanation.

As you might notice if you read other threads on the forum, it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation. We will need to allow a full 6 business days before considering any other options. In the end, I will make sure the full 3,750 points are back in your account.

I am missing reward zone certificate

hi there was a promotion going on that said if i bought 2 games for 59.95 each or of equal or lower value, i would get a $30 reward zone certificate, that was about the time when call of duty advance warfare was coming out, i purchased the evil within for the ps4 and i was going to preorder 2 of the call of duty advance warfare games for the xbox one and ps4. i was told that i could not purchase with the preorder, i just assumed that buying 2 of the COD games would suffice to make that promotion possible.

GTA V $10 pre-order reward

Does GTA V still offer a $10 Pre-Order reward cerficate? It is still listed on the Pre-Order deals page but when you click through it is no longer there. Just wanted to check to see if it will be applied to an online order. thanks!

It does! Customers who pre-order and purchase an Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or PC version of Grand Theft Auto V are eligible to receive a $10 bonus certificate. Just keep in mind that the bonuses are not typically awarded until 15-20 days after pickup or shipment, so you won't necessarily see record of the certificate right away.

How does the Pre-order $10 promotion work for gamers club unlocked.

So I've pre-ordered a few games recently. I've ordered and picked up 3 copies of Destiny (xbox one, ps4, xbox 360)- christmas is coming lol) but it doesn't seem to give me a $10 certificate for each copy.... why is that.

That is a great question! From my experience, it is fairly common for bonus points not to appear as pending alongside the base points. If your pre-order of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor was shipped or picked up within 7 days of the games official release, then you should see 500 bonus points post to your My Best Buy™ account within about 20 days. Based on everything I can see, your pre-order should qualify for the bonus points.

Business Pre-Order? No shipping for you!

Guess what? If you pre-ordered your iPhone 4 at 3AM last Thursday, you are not getting your phone until the end of this week. Why? Verizon decided to prioritize consumer orders over business orders, but did not tell anyone. They really should have come clean and said the pre-order period is just for consumers. But instead they just let us lose a night's sleep for nothing.
If you ordered your iPhone through a business account on My Verizon and have not received any shipping notice, please call business support to complain.

Missing Pre-Order $10 Certificate

Hello -
I recently pre-ordered and purchased Shadows of Mordor, and I don't think my $10 RZ certificate is processing correctly. When I pre-ordered, I selected the XB1 version, but chose to switch to the PS4 version when I picked it up.
I asked the CS Rep when I picked it up if switching to the PS4 version would void my RZ Cert reward, but he had already canceled out the original pre-order at that point. And then told me I wouldn't qualify for it now due to the way pre-orders are handled.
I'm hoping someone can look at my purchase history and see that I preordered the game and purchased it - I just ended up buying it on a different platform - and grant me the $10 RZ Cert.

The 500 bonus points you can receive by way of the "Get $10" pre-order promotion is a great offer, so I can understand feeling concerned that the last minute change with your Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor pre-order may prevent the bonus points from posting to your My Best Buy™ account. If your pre-order had to be cancelled because of the change from Xbox One to PS4, then the bonus points may not post to your account because it took place after the game was officially released.

Missing "pre order points" for Shadow of Mordor.

I've recently received Shadow of Mordor, I had the game pre ordered, but I'm positive that I didn't receive the 500 bonus points for pre ordering. I can't tell if they're pending or what with the new system, and I can't report those points missing through the "report missing points" menu.
Can I get some help with that?

It can generally take up to 20 days for points to post to a member's My Best Buy™ and Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor was only released a few days ago (9/30/2014), so it might be a few more days before any points officially post to your account. As far as I can tell though, your pre-order should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus points. Missing Pre Order 500 Points for Shadow of Mordor.

I preordered Shadow of Mordor on 9/19 and picked it up on release date. Purchase point was posted to my account today, but I'm not seeing bonus points pending or posted to my account.

If your pre-order of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor met the terms of the "Get $10" pre-order offer, then the 500 bonus points should post to your My Best Buy account within about 20 days. Please keep in mind that these bonus points may not appear as pending along side the base points. I wouldn't worry just yet! $10 pre-order certificates don't usually post to your account until 20 days after the title has been picked up or shipped to your home. They also may never appear as pending, and instead be available as certificates immediately. If you still haven't received your points by 20 days after you received your copy of Titanfall, let me know and I'd be glad to see what can be done to assist you at that time.

Missing Pre-order Points

I have two issues.
First, I pre-ordred Big Hero 6 when there were 2 separate 100 point bonuses being offered. If I recall, one was for the normal pre-order 100 points and the other was because it was nominated for awards. Anyway, I checked my MyBestBuy account, but only one of the 100 points was posted. I would obviously like to get the other as well. I tried posting the picture here, so I hope it made it.
Second, I bought a movie in-store on January 27th and then did a price adjustment in-store on after the price was lowered on February 10th. That went fine, but the issue is something that has happened to me before, and has apparently never been fixed. Since the price went down, there is obviously going to be some MyBestBuy points taken off. That happened, but there was a "bonus" negative 3 in there as well. The promotion for 3x points on movies was in effect during the price adjusment but NOT during the original purchase, and therefore too many points were deducted. It is only a very small amount, so I'm really mentioning this just to help fix the problem (and if I can get those few points back, great). It's just annoying that the system wasn't fixed since last time I mentiond this problem and this could be a huge problem for somebody doing a return of let's say two $20 movies. That's minus 40 points normally and then minus an additional 120. That stuff can add up over time.

I am really excited to see Big Hero 6! It won an Oscar during the Academy Awards last night, so it must be pretty good. I love animated movies and can never watch Toy Story too many times. That is one of my favorite movies.
We did have a promotion that was offering 100 bonus points between 1/11/2015 - 1/17/2015 with the pre-order of certain movies, but I am only aware of one actual promotional offer. I partnered with our My Best Buy program team and confirmed that there was only one promotion offering bonus points back in January when you placed your pre-order. I can understand how it may have appeared as if there were two promotions offering 100 bonus points; however, if you clicked on each offer it should have directed you to the same offer details. With that being said, the 100 bonus points that have posted to your account would fulfill the offer.
A return/exchange or price match will usually result in some points being deducted, but points for a promotion that were never originally awarded should not have been deducted. If the movie you purchased on 1/27/2015 was not awarded 3X points, then 3X points should not have been deducted from your account following the price match. Missing pre-order bonus points

Hello,
I picked up pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Far Cry 4 on 11/18, but the 500 bonus points per game do not show as pending on my purchase history.From browsing this forum, it looks like the reason is that the initial $5 deposits were not properly applied to the final sale. Can this be corrected?

Thanks too for being a My Best Buy member. As enuf mentioned, points can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and as long as you have both the pre-order and the purchase associated to your membership then the points should appear within that time frame.

Want to know if i could bring the ipad i pre-ordered from a retailer for engraving in any nearby apple center

is there anyone who knows if i can take my pre-ordered ipad to apple center for engraving - the retailer doesn't offer this free service... but it was too late when i saw it online.

As neat as an engraved pad would be, for the first couple of hours, unless you are nuts, you will park it in a full case, and never see the engraving. Until you take it out of the case to sell it to get the new one, and realize it is worth less because of the engraving. Maybe your subconscious made a better choice for you.....
