Missing Purchase.

I have recently purchased 1000BC from Playstation Store for Planetside 2 and I am yet to recieve it. I have the receipt in the email, on my account transaction history.
I talked to customer support of Planetside 2 who I initially inquired at regarding the issue and they said it was PSN Stores fault and I should not have been charged.
I also have these screenshots if you wish to see the conversation.
Not only that, I tried calling customer support today and they gave me a new number which refers me to Sony employee applications or training.
I am very unsatisfied with this customer support I currently have recieved and all I wish is for my Battle Cash to be funded to my account or the purchase price I spent on it refunded so I can try purchasing them again.
I hope this issue actually get's looked into and not ignored. Though it would not surprise me considering my bad experience with customer support thus far.
I also hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Steve..
The app may have been, "hidden" inadvertently.
Help for that here > Mac App Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

  • How to recover missing purchased items from my old region???

    Hi,
Before 2 months ago I'm tried to change my region in the Apple Store and I was have a problem it I can not change the area until the reset my balance to 0 and it was I have a balance of 0.40 pounds, I contacted with the technical support at Apple and they told me should reset your balance to 0, but the balance was only 0.40 pounds and I can not buy any product because that amount is too little, So they suggested me to reset my balance to I can change my region and I have accepted this and they have already reset my balance to 0 and then was able to successfully change the region .
Now I have another problem which I can't to recover missing purchased items from my old region !!!
How to recover missing purchased items ????
    Regards,
    Aziz

You cannot use the iTunes store there any longer just as you can no longer use the food store you used to visit.  Unless you can change your country back to the one you used to use you no longer have access to purchases made there which is why it is important you keep backups of all purchases made there.
The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store.  You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance." - http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html#SERVICE

  • Missing purchase form app store

i purchased the play two tickets feature for one of the bingo apps the other day for $.99 but it never downloaded and i was still charged for it. Does anybody know how to either find missing purchases from the app store or just fix it in general? If you could help me, that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In itunes: Store>Check for available downloads
If this fails, then unlike music, you can redownload apps:

  • Missing Purchased TV shows

We are missing several TV series & individual episodes from our iTunes that we purchased via iTunes in the cloud. We still have access to some TV purchases but not to everything which we have bought.
We are unable to see the missing TV shows on any of our devices - PC, iPad, iPhone or Apple TV 2. Most of the purchases were made via either Apple TV or IPad.
This has been going on for a month and we have been in contact with iCloud support who told us to contact iTunes support. We contacted iTunes support but their response was a cut & paste from the support page - effectively suggesting to reboot the Apple TV which we already have done numerous times.
Having searched on the web, we have found that there has been other cases of this happening but I have not yet come across a satisfactory response from Apple.
Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found a solution? Has anyone else had the same dis satisfactory response from Apple Support?
This is very frustrating as the lost content represents hundreds of dollars.

    Hi Everyone
After a month of going between iCloud & iTunes support on this - where we even were even at the point that iTunes attempted to restore our purchases but it still wasn't restoring all missing purchased episodes & those that were restored weren't appearing on all devices, we found the answer to our problem... And I bet it will solve your problem.
Log into our iTunes from your computer
Go to the store via iTunes (this worked on iTunes 11)
    Click on your account
Under your account, there is an option for "Hidden Purchases" - click on this
Under each media tab it tells you what purchases have been selected to be hidden
Choose the media where you have purchase missing - for us it was TV Shows
Choose the individual episode / series / item
There will be an option to unhide - click on this button for each item
We found for iPad / iPhone we could see most of why was lost. On Apple TV 2, we had to reset / restore
This actually fixed our problem - I should point out that at no point did we select for any of our purchases to be "hidden" in the cloud and I would say this is a bug in iTunes / iCloud that Apple needs to address. I also think that an option for hidden purchases makes no sense for the majority of iTunes / iClouds users.
Hope this fix works for you - Cheers.

  • Missing "Purchased By" Info

I am unable to play a few of my songs from an album I downloaded a while ago.  The album includes over 100 songs, so I didn't notice until now.  These songs include the "Account Name" info, but not the "Purchased By" info.  This seems to prevent me from listening to them, as iTunes thinks I'm not authorized to play them.  Even if this is not the problem, all of the songs that are missing this info cannot be played.  Does anyone have any advice as to how I can fix this?  Thank you in advance.

iTunes repeatedly prompts to authorize computer to play iTunes Store purchases
Under some conditions you can just delete the particular track from iTunes, then re-download it for free if permitted in your country.

In that case I'm not sure, unless the versions that are now in the store are for some reason not being linked as being the versions that you originally purchased. You could try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • Missing purchased content.

I recently had to delete all of my songs and import them again because it was the quickest way to fix my "content not found" problem in iTunes rearranging my computer files.
It's all back to normal aside from my purchased content from the iTunes store.  I can't find the downloads anywhere on my computer and there's no option to redownload them in the store.  Am I just missing something really easy?  Please help me figure it out!

  • Missing purchased content - do not want to duplicate purchase

I have always used a partition on my hard drive to keep my iTunes media. I have always made sure that my library points to an iTunes folder on my e:\ drive.  Yesterday, I did a complete restore of my OS and reinstalled iTunes, pointing the library to my partition which is unaffected by my OS restoration process.
Today, I have an entire season of a TV program missing.  My question is:
    1.  How did this happen?  I'm assuming it's gone, since downloads are placed locally in the \users directory.  Is there a way to force the program to download purchased content into a specified file?
    2.  More importantly, since this purchase is gone, I'd like to avoid a duplicate purchase by hitting the "buy" button.  It won't tell you that you're being charged or not until it's too late.  How do I go about obtaining this one season of a TV program without having to purchase it again?
Thanks for your help and advice.

Copy does exactly what the word "copy" implies.
If you properly specify a destination folder, then the copy should go in the destination folder.

  • Missing purchases, playlists, recently played, recently added, etc

After opening iTunes today, all of my new purchases(last 3 or 4 months)are gone. The icons for recently added, recently played, playlists, and everything else in the lower section are gone. I tried a few of the suggestions like looking in the recycle bin, and searching my computer for the files didn't do anything. I also re installed iTunes to no avail...

The default playlists are just Smart Playlists and you can recreate them. In iTunes go to File>New Smart Playlist
    "90s"
Match the rule "Year">"is in the range">"1990">to>"1999"
    You can do 50s, 60s, 70s & 80's by adjusting the range
    Recently Added:
Match the rule "Date Added">"is in the last">"1">"Days" make the days and the interval to suit yourself, you can have days, weeks or months.
    Top 25 Played:
Uncheck the "Match the following rule" box
Then check "Limit to">"25">"Songs">selected by "Most often played"
    Recently Played:
Uncheck the "Match the following rule" box
Then check "Limit to">"25">"Songs">selected by "Most recently played" make the "limit to" to suit yourself.
    Top Rated:
Match the rule "My Rating">"is">"5 Stars" You can make that as many stars as you like from 1 to 5. Or you can make your rule "My Rating">"is greater than">"3 Stars" for example.
    Video:
Match the rule "Video Kind">"Is">"Music Video" You can also have Movie or TV Show
For all of these also check the box "Live Updating"
If your purchases are definitely gone and if you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on any of the links on this page you'll find a space at the bottom to email your query: iTMS Customer Service
If you have an iPod, the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. You'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
You might also want to check out this page for future reference: How to back up your media in iTunes

  • HT201272 missing purchases

I am missing multiple purchases from the download section of past purchases. I can see the purchase date and other information in my account information through itunes. I want to be able to download all of my past purchases not just a few. Why are some purchases missing? I have only checked movies because that list is shorter but I am wondering if some of the music is missing too. I will check that later. I need help finding a way to get all of my purchases (from the same account) onto the download section so I can download anytime through the cloud. Thanks

If films (and similarly for other content) are no longer in the store (or potentially if it's a different version of the film now in the store) then they won't appear in the Purchased link/tab for re-downloading - and not all film studios have agreed to re-downloading, so that might also explain why some are missing. If you think that some of the missing films should appear then you could contact iTunes support and see if they can see why they don't show : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
As there is no guarantee that any content will remain in the store for re-downloading, you should also be maintaining your own backup copy of your purchases, and not just rely on the Purchased link/tab.

  • Missing Purchases

I am having a weird problem with my itunes that's never happened before. Recently, I cleaned my computer due to a virus and had to re-install everything. Now my music is missing. I have cleaned the computer many times before and each time I log into my account, my purchased music has been there. I know my music was there one week ago because I bought some new songs before going away. I've also clicked 'check for available downloads' and it turned up nothing.
I used to have at least 3 years worth of music, so I really hope I don't have to figure out what I bought and buy it all again...

You are in quite a predicament. You will not be able download the music without being charged for it. The iTunes Store will allow you to download apps again without charge however not the case for music.
What you will need to do is to connect your iPod that has all of the purchased content on it with iTunes. Once in iTunes you can highlight the iPod in the left lane and then RIGHT CLICK. Choose TRANSFER PURCHASES from the menu and then it should transfer the purchases to your iTunes. Make sure that you have AUTHORIZED your computer for the same iTunes Store account that you downloaded the music initially with. Your computer can be Authorized from iTunes and then the STORE option at the top.
If nothing works then you will need to get your Purchase history from your iTunes Store account and then call customer service and state your case. They may allow you to download your music content again. This doesn't work all the time but I have heard some positive outcomes with this approach at times.

  • Why am i missing purchased music from itunes library on my MacBook pro??

I am notiving that i am missing several songs that i have historically purchased from my itunes library.  Most are songs that i downloaded 6+ months ago and havent been listened to.

    Hey MikefromIndy,
With iTunes in the Cloud, you must be signed in to see purchases that are not currently downloaded to your computer. The following article outlines how to show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases:
