Missing purchased history items

hello
some of my purchased items are missing and cant downloadable unless i pay them again. but i already bought them and now i just want to re download them. even in mac itunes apps tab i cant see them
street fighter 4
real racing 2
etc..
please help me

In that case I'm not sure, unless the versions that are now in the store are for some reason not being linked as being the versions that you originally purchased. You could try contacting iTunes support and see if they can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    Recently my hard drive died on me so i had to get it replaced but lost all data from it. after getting a new hard drive installed i synced my iphone but lost all of my music. Not a problem as i thought i could just go on itunes to re-download all the albums back to my macbook or iphone.
    BUT and its a big but..... there are tonnes of albums missing from my purchase history. how the **** to i get these back?

  • Apps purchased on phone, lost and not backed up...missing purchase history

    I have a real issue here that is infuriating.
    I updated my iPhone recently which, for some reason, disabled my apps other than those that came with the phone. (There are close to 80 purchased in the last year.) A friend suggested I "Restore" my phone, but back it up first.
    Well, I did not know that I had to sync my apps to save them. All of them were downloaded with my iPhone...every one.
    When I go to "Purchase History" in iTunes, it only shows music I purchased with my PC, even though I only have one iTunes account.
    To further complicate the matter, the e-mail account associated with my account has been out of date since before I bought my iPhone, and I do not have ONE SINGLE e-mail from Apple.
    Someone PLEASE tell me that the App Store is not the ONLY site on the planet that does not keep a record of your transactions. The thought of that possibility infuriates me like nothing has in my 15 years of using Apple products.
    How do I get the list of apps I have already purchased, and WHY doesn't Apple make them easier to access?

    The fact that your email address is inactive and that you do not know for sure what iTunes store account you purchased the app with would make me infuriated with myself as well but not not at Apple if I were in your shoes.
    At this point the only thing you can do is try and remember what account you used because it will contain the purchase history.
    All you can do is chalk it up to lesson learned.

  • HT201272 Lion App not showing in Purchased History.

    I bought the Lion app and now want to download it on another computer but the app is not showing in my purchased history items on my itunes account, even though I have the receipt via an email as proof of purcahse. How do I re download this app? Anyone any idea? I was told you can use it more than once on other macs with the same itunes accounts. Thanks.

    No, that's not right, not if you're using iTunes. Again, you need to use the App Store application. The only thing you'll see if you're using iTunes are apps for iOS devices.

  • Part of Purchase history missing and ios 5 will not let me add back to ipad

    I have had major issues with lost items following upgrading my iphone 3gs and ipad 1 to ios5 last week. a senior apple advisor has been really good and i got most things back but there is a section of itunes purchased tv programmes refusing to go back onto the ipad, they are in itunes and play perfectly well. we have tried to force them back and just to add those ones and not the others but to no avail, he has told me to contact itunes and request a redownload at no cost as the file may be corrupt, but try as i may although they show in purchased on ipad history there seems to be a huge chunk of purchase history missing between december 2010 and april 2011! and guess where the download falls!! anyone know what to do about this as obviously i cannot report any problems!! one of the episodes was free on the 12 days of christmas promo last year but I purchased the other 3 to complete the season of dr who specials.

  • How to recover missing purchased items from my old region???

    Before 2 months ago I'm tried to change my region in the Apple Store and I was have a problem it I can not change the area until the reset my balance to 0 and it was I have a balance of 0.40 pounds, I contacted with the technical support at Apple and they told me should reset your balance to 0, but the balance was only 0.40 pounds and I can not buy any product because that amount is too little, So they suggested me to reset my balance to I can change my region and I have accepted this and they have already reset my balance to 0 and then was able to successfully change the region .
    Now I have another problem which I can't to recover missing purchased items from my old region !!!
    How to recover missing purchased items ????

    You cannot use the iTunes store there any longer just as you can no longer use the food store you used to visit.  Unless you can change your country back to the one you used to use you no longer have access to purchases made there which is why it is important you keep backups of all purchases made there.
    The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store.  You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
    E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance." - http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html#SERVICE

  • Getting "transaction already applied to account" message on order missing from Purchase History

    On 11/1 I placed an order for In-store pickup and picked up the game on 11/3. For whatever reason the transaction has not shown up as pending under my Purchase history (though other transactions on 11/4 & 11/6 have).  After the 5 days it suggests for pending transactions to show up I tried to manually report the missing points, and its telling me "This transaction has already been added to an account."
    This is the first time ive ever had this issue and it being a game with the 500 bonus points for pre-ordering, I wanted to make complete sure that this purchase (and the pending points) are going to be  tied to my account.  Hope you can help me.

    I hope you are having a great morning thus far.
    If the pre-order you picked up on 11/3/2014 was eligible for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus, then I can understand wanting to make sure that it was attached to your account.  A qualifying purchase should generally take 3 to 5 days to emerge as pending and a total of 20 days to officially post to a member's account.  Your pre-order does show to have attached to your account, so you should see points post by the end of the day on 11/23/2014.

    asuming you are talking about the app store try signing into your account using your apple id into the app store.

    Restore from previous backup, be sure use the same iTunes and account you used to store your stuff into your device.

  • HT201272 I have purchased 17 books from iTunes in the past 6 years and I can't locate them in my purchased items. They show up in my purchase history but I lost one of the books and would like to download it again. Help!!!!

    So far as I am aware, books haven't been available for 6 years, so I'm wondering if you mean audiobooks.
    Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded.

  • Missing points, were removed from purchase history

    HI everyone.
    Recently i purchased a playstation 4 console as part of a bundle (in-store). In that same transaction i purchase an extra game. 
    to be exactly the purchase was made on the 10/18/14. i paid with my best buy credit card, in addition, i scanned a coupon x3 points on purchases. it was all good. im always tracking my purchase history in the web, checking points and stuff and i was amazed to make about 1500-2000 for the purchase (due the coupon). a few days later, i decided to return the extra game (that was not part of the bundle) to the store, then the day after, the transaction was removed from my purchase history on my account. 
    all my other purchases are there, all of them. even the returns that i have maded. except for the bundle i purchase. 
    i need somebody to help me with this one. As i said it was more than 1.5k points that im losing here (about 30 dllrs equivalent) and im not willing to lose them. 
    I have tried to report them on the reporting section of the web page, but it says that it doesnt find the transaction.

    I hope you are having a great day, and welcome to the forum!
    The purchase of a PS4 can definitely result in quite a few points, especially if you used a 3X coupon.  I would be wondering what happened too if the purchase and points suddenly disappeared.  After going over your account using the email address you registered with the forum, I was able to determine what happened to the points.
    It appears that you have more than one active My Best Buy account and those points are currently pending in your non-primary account.  If the information shared between the two accounts matches exactly, then I should be able to merge them.  That process would involve closing one account, and then moving any unused points/certificates from the closed account to the primary account.
    Before I can look into merging your two accounts, I am going to need some additional information from you.  To gather that information and go over your accounts with you, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

  • App updates not showing & Purchase History button missing

    Does anybody know if there is something up with iTunes store?, updates arent showing on any of my iDevices and nethier in iTunes it self and also in my account i can no longer acsess account purchase history?

    I am experiencing the same thing. Yesterday, the apps store said I had 16 updates. Today, it says that all my apps are up to date. I am able to manually download and update (the ones I know about), but nothing shows up in the updates list.
    I'm glad to hear that I am not the only one, although I don't know what the issue could be.

    the Imovie was deleted before from the purchased history, now, i want to install it again, however, i can't find it at all fromt the purchased history.

    Well at this time I would highly recommend contacting iTunes to find help in restoring the purchase. Also, if you have the receipt e-mail you may want to keep it handy as well. First I would go to the iMovie application in the MacApp Store and submit a bug report or something to the developer (Apple) to make sure they know of this issue so it can be prevented for other users in the future. Next, visit the Apple Express lane [ https://expresslane.apple.com/ ] and follow through the steps needed to stating your problem. Finally, an official iTunes representative should e-mail you about the issue and either fix the file on one of their servers or give you a refund.

  • Item disappeared from my Purchase History/Order over-night

    Yesterday I ordered a touchscreen laptop online, to be shipped to my home.  Included with it was a free digital downloadable Security Suite.     I got my order confirmation email, and clicked the "Order Status" link in it and everything was going fine (Order received, Order processed, Order in the process of getting ready for shipment ... all but the shipped stage were completed) ... and both the laptop and the security software were showing.    Because I have to make arrangements to have someone at my home to intercept my package while I am at work, I checked the order status again today.  Nothing.  I thought it was maybe a down time on your network, so I tried again later.   Still could not bring up my order.    Just because I was curious about what might have happened, I clicked on my purchase history and my order is there, but with only the security software showing and my laptop is not on the order.    I have the email showing that the order for the laptop went through, but it is not showing on the site.    Please advise......

    Thanks for coming to us with this inquiry! I have been in a similar position before; it’s not always easy to receive a package when you are working during the normal delivery hours. Been there and done that. I am sorry if this caused you any worry.
    Sometimes orders can take a longer time to process which may cause a delay in your ability to check the status, but I haven’t heard of this happening after you were already able to view your order status previously.
