Missing Quicktime plugin?

Question

Whenever I try and veiw Quicktime contnet online, I get Safari's "missing plug-in" window. Yet the quicktime plug-in IS installed, and is also present in my Internet Plug-Ins Directory in ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins. Why, then is the plug-in not functioning correctly/not being able to be read? I already tried re-installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 v1.1 Combo Update, and that did nothing. Hope someone can help.

Whoops, had the wrong folder. Here's the list of items in the Plug-Ins directory in the Library on the boot drive.
