Missing some stuff in Oracle10g OEM console

I have installed oracle enterprise manager console.
For oracle9i,
Login to system user, then click session, then right hand side, i see the below info.
SID
CPU
Memory -PGA
IO-phys reads
logical reads
hard parse
status
username
osuser
os process id
machine name
program
consumer group
timeout
After i intall oracle10g enterprise manager console, i see only these columns.
I am missing other columns.
sid
status
username
osuser
os processid
machine name
program
consumer group
time out
Can any one help me where i can find these columns?

I had the same experience. I finally configured the web version of OEM and used it exclusively. It took several weeks to get used to and figure out where all of the stuff I was used to looking at was located. I still perfer the old client based version but you've got to keep up with the times.

ICal seems to be missing some stuff

I find that iCal might have taken a step back. Notes do not show as a little icon if their included. The sidebar seems to be gone so you have to double click on a cal item to see if there's a note. And there used to be a button that would list all things in the database and you could just look at all items related to a specific calendar. I can't seem to find anything in the help that references this so I'm assuming these features are gone. Not good!

Ahhh, well you never mentioned that before. You need to contact your friend from whom you purchased the computer. He/She should have any and all install discs for any third-party software included as well as for OS X and the original pre-installed software.
Apple will gladly sell you replacements for any discs that did come with the computer originally, but they will not do anything for you because you purchased the computer used. If it's in warranty still, then you can get any warranty covered things taken care of through AppleCare:

Tap settings> general> reset> erase all content and settings...then you'll have a chance to setuo your phone again

Only 1 database in my OEM Console list has missing tabs

11.1.0.1 of the OEM Grid Server is installed
I have 20 databases listed.
All databases except one look just fine. The one database is missing the Performance Availability Server Schema Data Movement Software and Support tabs on it's main page.
I saw a Metalink article that indicates I did not use the correct version of OPatch to install the patch but the host on which this database resides has a second database that is showing up correctly in my OEM Console. The same version of OPatch was used to patch both databases and if the Metalink article is talking about the OPatch version used to patch the Agent, then why would one database on the host show up correctly in the OEM console with all the tabs but a second database does not? So I don't think it's OEM agent patching.
Any ideas what could cause only one database on a server to have missing links on the OEM main page?
Back end databases are 11.2.0.3 not that it matters.

Thanks randers4, but that didn't solve the issue. Basically, I need to find a way to wipe my iPhone's sync history. It is trying to sync the ghost files instead of the actual files. If I delete the actual files from iTunes and add them back in, it does sync them to my iPhone, but those ghost files are still in the sync list. Since I don't want to delete the files from iTunes and add back in, I would like to find a way to wipe that sync history. I did what you said as well as opting to not sync music at all, then re-checking the sync music and syncing all over again. Still, same issue.
So, does anyone know a way to get rid of that iPhone sync file so it can start fresh with a new sync list?

Can we access the custom metrics available in host to OEM console?

Hi All,
We have a machine installed with Traffic manager and it is collecting some metrics and displaying in the Traffic manager console.
Now my question is can we get these metrics to OEM console by any chance?
I have installed the Oracle Management Agent on the host and able to see the system metrics (e.g. CPU usage) in OEM console. I was wondering whether there is an way with which we can pull all the matrix which is available in my host machine to OEM console.

can you try metric extensions, you may need to write custom scipts if it not in the correct format where oem12c adaptor accepts.

Connect to the OEM console???

Hello Experts!
I am trying to connect to the OEM console, but whenever I open it up, it always ask that "I must have specified at least one management server.". ( I really don't know how I can figure out the management server). I am running the oracle 8i Enterprize version(8.16) on my NT server(Local Host), and install OEM (2.1) on same machine.
Any advise or informations will be helpful for me. Thank you.

I don't know Yr technical skill so please excuse me if some in the answer is made for a "junior" skill.
First of all check if the TCP/IP link is available from client to server using the IP address ot eithr the host name.
If ok, try, at the login mask of the Console, to register the EM Server with it's IP Address / Host Name (May be that in the host name You've to specify the domain)
If it does not works, check which kind of errors You receive, either check the logs of the service / client (the logs should be located in the ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log or ORACLE_HOME/sysman/temp directory.
After that, w/o any other information, I don't know which may be the cause of the fault.

Redownloaded purchased songs are missing some metadata

i bought resently some songs/albums in iTunes in Germany ...
i want have a save back up method for these puchased stuff ... so i tested the redownloading from purchased song over the account and the cloudsymbol both ...
always i end up with files that missing some parts of the metadata thats shown when you click "get info" in a song ...
sometimes the Copyright from the Label is missing ... than i redownloaded again and the copyrightinfo is there but no e-mail adress and purchase date ... some times all three is missing ...
is that a known problem? ... so icloud ist useless for back up because u cant get the original "flawless" purchased file back ...
have others these problems?

OEM Console - uanble to see interconnect components

I have installed OEM and Interconnect10g(9.0.4) in separate homes. I have not installed the 9iAS server.
I have followed the post installation instructions for the Oracle management infrastructure. But I still am unable to see the interconnect components on the OEM console.
I would like some help to resolve this.

I am not sure how the OAI Management Infrastructure is installed. There is an OAI Management Infrastructure (Server) installed on installation of Interconnect.
Do I have to additionally install OAI Management Infrastructure using the Oracle iAS installer.

OEM Console

I installed for test purposes Oracle 10g Enterprise on my desktop running WXP. How do I install the management packs?
What happened to OEM Console (Java based ?!)? Now, I can only see a web based administration tool that lacks some features like tablespace management.
Is there 10g agents for HP-UX?

The Java Console for 10g actually comes with the Client CDs. So, you need to download the Client Companion CDs to get the Java Console.

Ok, now I am trying to monitor JBoss app server. I installed JBoss 4.0.2 and when I went to the OEM home page, I clicked targets>Application Servers and selected Jboss app server in the Add drop down.
I gave the JBoss Application Sever Host value as localhost:8080, since the jboss is in the same machine.
I gave the JBoss App server install home,
then I gave the Operating system username and password.
When I click next to goto the next step, I get an error saying "No Enterprise Manager Agent was found for the host.localhost:8080". Any ideas?
I have the JBoss server up and running in port 8080.
After this I also used the OUI to install an additional agent. The thing is I already have an agent10g folder along with oms and db folders. But I gave the installation path as the agent10g folder and it created a folder agent10g again.
So did I miss something, I am still getting the same errors. Any ideas appreciated.

I have been een LR user since a lon time, and I need to say that I really like the changes to the Development module.
However I could not believe that we now have a bookmaking element, how sad is that while we are still missing some fundamental tools.
I honest can not undertsand why this book stuff has been selected , which professional photographer will ever use this ?
Instead I would like to have seen, utilities to correct perspectives and planes. Yes , the lens corrections can do a lot, but why not a Tilt/Shift feature ?
That would allow use to corrected architectural images (such lines etc.....) without having to bail out and correct it in CS (transformations).
Am I the only one that thinks this way, and just maybe AD will understand that they are spoiling the photographers tool for popularity .

Many "professional" photographers would make use of the the Book module ... I make books for my clients routinely ... mainly wedding albums. I have and use InDesign, it's a wonderful tool ... but frankly, ID is overkill for many photo books. Wedding albums generally use very little text (which is where ID really shines) however, the big problem is ID can't work with RAW files ... by being able to design my albums directly in Lr ... it would save countless hours dealing the the thousands of extra derivative files needed to use ID or other album software ...

Lr is not all I want it to be. Nor am I as excifted about some features I don't use as often as others may do. Though I usually won't question those persuits or label them as frivolous. Quite often, too many "professionals" throw out that term and forget they are not the only ones earning an income in the process and that they should show a little more tolerance as development moves forward. There should be room for everyone and acceptance that we all have different needs to accomplish our goals.

Only you can decide what's critical to back up. One option is to import your photos and videos to your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083), then either delete them from your phone or exclude the camera roll from your backup in settings.
You might try going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll), then look at the size of your next backup. If it doesn't go down significantly, something else is wrong.

ITunes on my iPod Touch is missing some tabs

Can somebody help me?
I have:
+ iPod Touch 4th Generation 32GB
+ Wi-fi connection
+ iOS5 installed
iTunes on my iPod Touch is missing some tabs. The only tabs that's showing on my iTunes are Podcast, iTunes U, Search and Downloads
Also, whenever I try to load un Podcast tab, it ALWAYS say Your request could not be completed.

Where exactly are the tabs that are showing, are they a list at the bottom of the page and next to it is the "More" option, or are you referring to the options on the More tab? You can move these options between the bottom of the page and the More section.
Is that the problem, or is there something else missing? (Perhaps it would have helped if you had mentioned what is missing). If it's the Apps section you are looking for, it has its own App button on the Home screen.
As for the problem with downloading Podcasts, I would try getting them in iTunes on your computer if you cannot download them via the Touch's Wi-Fi.

I can't connect to my MacBook becaus it won't boot. Then my iPad says I need to delete some stuff to be able to download any.thing. I know I have room but is it possible to delete without connecting?

I can't connect to my MacBook because I can't get THAT to start. It just sits in it's blue screen With the apple, spinning it's gear. All this happened after I used mackeeper. If anyone can help with that, I'd appreciate it. I've tried starting in safe mode,resetting everything but nothing happens. It's not the kernel, ive delt with that it looks like it's going to boot but it won't. Then there's my iPad which says I need to delete some stuff to be able to download anything. I know I have room on there but there are 2copies of a movie and I'd like to delete one of them. Is it possible to delete anything on the ipad without connecting to MacBook? Have you tried to logout and login to EM?
EM has known bugs that I also faced during application deployment.
Have you tried to deploy from JDeveloper?
