Missing 'standard' features in Z3

Hi I'm experiencing something really strange with my Z3 Tablet. For some reason, my power management features doesn't have the option for 'Location Based Wifi' like it's supposed to. Similarly, Google Play settings doesn't include the option to update apps over wifi only. I've searched online but nobody else seems to be having this problem. I've tried all different resets but no avail. Anyone have any idea why?

Firefox 4 saves the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session. 
You can use "Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time. 
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page. 
Another possibility is to use:

Is the iPhone 5 in UAE missing any features?

As far as anyone of you know is the iPhone 5 (and/or iOS in general) missing any features if bought from the UAE??
Because as I recall at some point the iPhone 4 or 4S didn't offer FaceTime in UAE, so that's why I am asking!!

FaceTime is not available on iPhones purchased in the UAE. It doesn't matter where you activate it or what version of the software you update it to. It can't be added to those phones. Ever. Sorry.

Adavanced Queuing standard feature

Missing Standards from CDM SGL V6

I have been reviewing the CDM SGL Volume 4 document and I have found a number of missing standards that I would like explained or resolved please.
OMS-30862 was replaced by OMS-30830 but I can't find a reference for this either in the current standards or as having been removed?
OMS-45021 & OMS-45022 was replaced by OMS-61557 but I can't find a reference for this either in the current standards or as having been removed?
Can anyone from Oracle Help? Has anyone found anymore?
Is this the correct forum for CDM questions?

I can only find the reference from OMS-45021 & OMS-45022 to OMS-61557 and not the other way around, if that is what you mean.

One might have expected OMS-61557 to be mentioned as a new standard. I can't find out anymore why it's not, but one reason might be that it was added in a previous release of CDM, from which we forgot to remove OMS-45021 & OMS-45022.

HL7 Outbound runtime error: "Mandatory attribute missing: Standard"?

I am trying to develop an outbound HL7 v2 solution. I have a composite that picks up an XML message, transforms it to a HL7 v2 XML, popuates b2b. properties and hads the payload over to teh B2B. The partners and partnerships are, seemingly, OK. Yet, I get a runtime error "Mandatory attribute missing: Standard". What am I missing?
The error (one of them anyway) looks like that below.
Thanks in advance for any pointers that anyone may be able to offer.

Answering my own question - I needed to populate the Standard attribute of the outbound message with teh string HL7. I populated Version attribute with 2,3,1 just for a good measure. Things now work.

Missing update features?

I got the newest version of Lightroom (5.7.1 (assured by image 1)) after reading about the new features (HDR and Panorama merge) in the update window (shown in image 3).
BUT when clicking "Search for updates" I still get the same window (image 3) that originaly made me update. And as one can see, in image 2, there is just no "Merge" - option at all.
I'm looking forward to your solution.

Sales UI missing standard tabs

Hi,
We are implementing Lean Order Sales UI . We are on Enhancement Pack5. Looks like SAP has given framework to add custom fields but not any missing standard SAP fields and tabs. Has anyone used Lean order UI and added tabs like accounting/additional data at header level. Example standard UI does not have accounting tab or additional data tab but they exist in VA01/VA02. I am able to add the fields using component configuration but not sure how data transfer to sales order is done from the UI.

I do not have a exposure on Lean Sales Order scenario and neither sufficient informations are available at SDN forum. But as far as the system architecture goes, you have to decide the Middleware whether you need to have webservice or SAP PI...Once the middleware is set then you can use the Function modules(RFCs) -- SLS_LORD_MAINTAIN to cature data from UI and create a Sales Order at ECC end.

Missing preferredWidth feature (or workaround)

A couple of times I have ran into a problem where I want to create a swing component where the default preferred dimension is wider that I want. I miss a feature where I can set preferredWith to something (and not specify the preferred height).
Example:

This label's preferredDimension suggest that the label is printed on one line, however the component supports wrapping to multiple lines fines, and in my case this would give a much nicer result.
I am aware of that adding tags would solve the problem to some degree, but what I am looking for is a solution using Swing layout mechanism.
Have anyone had the same problem and found a simple solution for it?

Missing Search feature

I like the iPhone but, for anyone who uses the phone for work and has lots of contacts or info in his phone, the Search function is an absolute necessity...
I have close to 500 business contacts. It is almost impossible to scroll through the whole list. I have keywords in the contact records to locate someone if I forget the name or company. If that happens with the iPhone, I am out of luck. I hope Apple adds the search feature on the first software update.
Also, the business world has adopted the Adobe and MS Office document formats. Why have they been ommited in the iPhone? Is the target audience non-business people?

I would actually disagree that the iPhone isn't being targetted to business buyers. I think the only reason it seems that way is because of missing critical features like a find function, copy and paste, multi-recipient SMS, teathering, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the iPhone. I love it. And its exceeded my expectations as a Rev. A v1.0 device. But I think you might be making a leap there by assuming Apple isn't positioning this device to business users, when it's probably just that Apple was rushed to get the device out. (Remember how Apple delayed Leopard a few months because they had to pull the Leopard dev team to help with the iPhone to meet the June 29th launch date).

Missing Standard Dimension Column for data load (MSSQL to Essbase Data)

This is similar error to one posted by Sravan -- however I'm sure I have all dimensions covered -- going from MS SQL to SunOpsys Staging to Essbase. It is telling me missing standard dimension, however I have all accounted for:

I'm using multiple time period inputs -- BegBalance,Jul,Aug,Sep,Oct,Nov,Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,May,Jun (target has all of those in place of Time Periods)
I'm using hard coded input mapping for Metric, Scenario, Version, HSP_Rates and Currencies. -> 'Amount', 'Actual', 'Final', 'HSP_InputValue','Local' respectively.
The only thing I can think of is that since I'm loading to each of the months in the Time Periods dimension (the reversal was set up to accomodate that)... and now its somehow still looking for that? Time Periods as a dimension does not show up in the reversal -- only the individual months named above.
Any ideas on this one??

John -- I extracted the data to a file and created a data load rule in Essbase to load the data. All dimensions present and accounted for (five header items as similar here) and everything loads fine.
So not sure what else is wrong -- still getting the missing dimension error.

Missing shared feature Reporting Services Sharepoint

We have all 64bit servers with Windows Server 2012 Standard Evaluation
In our SP Farm we decided to have 1 WFE Server, 1 App Server & 1 Sql Server
In Sql Server we installed "en_sql_server_2012_enterprise_edition_with_service_pack_2_x86_dvd"
With that we got the following version installed
Now when we are trying to install SSRS on our App Server we could not see the following Shared Features
- Reporting Services Sharepoint
- Reporting Services Add-in for Sharepoint products
Please suggest me what am i missing or where i was wrong?

Hi Naveen,
From the image in your post, it seems that there may be something wrong with your setup file of SQL server 2012.
Please make sure that you are installing SQL server with the intact setup file.
And the installation of SQL will also be affected by the viruses in your system.
So please make sure that there is no viruses in your App server.
As this issue is regarding to SQL server installation, I recommend you to post the question in SQL forum:

Muvo² 1,5GB Missing (fundamental) feature

I'm missing two basic features of Muvo? ,5GB (Firmware .2.0):
Time reverse switch for display (every other unit has that!)
Not all Playlists are played (I write them with Winamp): It seems that files with long ID3 Tags won't be played.
Is the Muvo? ,5Gb using ID3V or ID3V2 Tags?
Why is there so little information on the background of the unit's
Why can't I decide what of the ID3 Tags are displayed on my Muvo? resp. change the order of that?
For example I have a playlist of Monteverdis L'Orfeo (and also the original CDs). It has 4 titles. When I open the m3u file on the windows explorer, it plays them all from the muvo?. BUT when I want to play the same M3U File standalone from the muvo?, the list just shows up 29 files!
Could somebody from Creative tell my technically why this m3u file just shows up 29 files when played with muvo? ,5GB (Firmware .2.0)? This is a standard M3U file. Why can't it be played correctly with muvo?

And the problem is: When I want to contact the support from creative: The forms for contacting support are just made for failures. I just have a question.
If there was a support contact that would say: Questions on Creative Products I would have emailed my question.
And MAYBE creative will reply... (you see, i've read the FAQ)

ICal (Calendar.app) - Is My Current-Time Marker Missing? Feature Dropped?

I recently made the switch to Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard. I was quite a fan of iCal in Snow Leopard—it was one of the reasons I downgraded to Snow Leopard from Lion—but since I have a newer computer that doesn't allow Snow Leopard, and I've got Mountain Lion set up pretty well for me, I'm sticking with Mountain Lion.
My standard view for things in iCal is "Weekly." In Mountain Lion's incantation, I don't see the red marker that scrolls downwards, the one that corresponded to the current time. I'm wondering: was this feature dropped in Lion/Mountain Lion, or is mine buggy, or is it an out-of-the-way preference somewhere? I peeked in some .plists and com.apple.iCal files—I laugh that Apple still calls it "iCal" at the programming end—but I couldn't see any obvious mention of that time-of-day marker.
Any ideas?

It indeed worked when I made a new user account, so I trashed and deleted my <user>/Library/Calendars folder, as well as <user>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ical.plist—(backing them up elsewhere beforehand, in case something terrible happened), then re-set-it-up. (Holy cow it's easy to work with iCal after iCloud—literally seconds when it used to be at least a couple of minutes using Google Apps caldav or making an ical backup file and restoring calendars + fixing buggy events). It seems to be all good now.
A few times in my OS X history I've had issues come up where something is busted and I make a new user account that demonstrates that it's not busted universally. I hadn't even thought of doing that this time. Thanks for the idea!
