Missing THX or EAX Center with X-Fi Xtreme Mu

Hello and greetings from Germany!?I recevied my Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music and plugged it into my computer. I started the system and Windows XP reminded me "found new hardware...". I installed the drivers with the included Creative Installation CD for Windows XP. All worked fine and Windows XP said the new hardware is now ready to be used.Ok, fine. I found the new Sound Blaster as "SB X-Fi Audio [E000]" in the sound-settings of Windows XP. I've also got the Audio-Console from Creative, where I'm able to do some preferences like CMSS-3D, Crystalizer and so on. I'm using a 5. System from Teufel and I get sound out of all speakers except the Subwoofer! I can manually turn its volume to maximum, but there's nothing. I'm completly missing preferences as they are shown here: http://www.teufel.de/de/Magazin/Prax...tion/index.cfm?I don't have got a THX-Console or a EAX-Console. I didn't find any software in the downloads for X-Fi Xtreme Music which looked like as they include such a Console...So I'm not able to activate the bass redirection, to test the several speakers for themselves, to set the distances of the speakers to each other, to set the audio signal and so on. Perhaps the problem is connected with the following thing:?I installed the drivers with the Windows XP Assistant (CD in, and then it started...), but when I insert the Installation CD from Creative now, I got two possibilties: "Sound Blaster X-Fi" and "Creative Media Source" I also installed "Creative Media Source" completly, but I didn't find anything like THX- or EAX-Center there. If I try to install "Sound Blaster X-Fi" it goes on like that:?Install-Shield Wizard starts and before it really starts with the installation, the following window comes up:?"Error?Setup can't find any supporting product on your system. Please check if your product is correctly installed, before you start the setup again. The installation is finished."?That was a loose translation by me of that upcoming window. When i press "OK" then in that window, the Install-Shield Wizard goes on with the installation (?) and the software says, that the installation has been successfully and that i have to restart the computer. So I don't really know, what or why this error message comes up, but fact is, that I haven't got any THX-Console or EAX-Console. I hope I could describe you my problem in a passably understandable way. *g*?As I said, I'm using Windows XP and the X-Fi Xtreme Music.Before I used On-Board Sound from my mainboard with the Realtek AC'97 software/drivers. How to apply eax effects with x-fi xtreme music on my mp3 collection?

Hi. I am new in pc audio but as I understand it, eax is hardware effect and can be applied only in real time to any audio source. I find amphitheatre effect fantastic so I would like to know if there is any way to record my mp3s with applied effect in order to listen them on my car audio player (it would be some kind of DSP option in a car). The easiest (and fastest) solution would be to use Adobe Auditon or some similar software but I want EAX. I tried to use "audio creation mode" and in "what you hear" mode, record in real time my mp3s with "enable eax" option checked but no effect was applied (I checked "monitor recording" mode). Any experiences? Thanks in advance.

Because of the EAX is in output, you'll need to use "What U Hear" as recording source to get the effect added into source. This means that you need to play the data using another software than which one you're using for recording. While I was using Audigy 2, this was quite eay to do but I don't know the X-Fi ... especially if you're using Vista. Another possible method is to record the output of your card ... loopback cable Front out --> Line-In, etc.
There are also other methods available but, you'll need then to use VST/DX plugins which gives you same/better results as what you would get from X-Fi DSP even it's maybe 24-bit chip (because of the 'resolution' of the final mp3 format you're thinking of (16-bit, 44.1kHz/48kHz, 320kbps). If your collection is already stored as mp3 format files then, it's quite hard work to add those effects ... you'll need some software that imports mp3 format then add the effect you like and then export to mp3 format.
Also, the car is quite different space from room+speakers and headphones so, I suggest you to prepare some examples 1st and play those in car enviroment to get the direction needed for settings to get best possible result.

Declined call, does not appear as missed call in Notification center

When I receive a call in Lock screen in iOS7, with two quick clicks of the Sleep button declines the call, but does not appear as missed call in Notification center. It's a "new feature" or it's a bug?
I want it back like in iOS 5 and 6.

IOS 7 Missed Notifications won't clear in the Missed section of Notification Center

I've litterally tried everything! Anytime I get a missed call it shows up under the missed section of notification center. I then tap it and call the person back but afterwards it still stays in the Missed section of Notification Center, it does not clear after I acknowledged it. This is clearly a bug, but it doesnt happen on other people's iphone (JUST MINE!) I've tried every possibility...I had my phone swapped out, Restored my phone as a NEW iphone and I even created a brand new iCloud email address for my contacts...the only thing i can possibly think is that it has something to do with my apple id or something. because the only time i don't have the issue is when i restore my phone my phone as a NEW iphone and i DONT log onto my apple id then the issue wont occur, but i need my apple id logged in for all my purchases and what not. So im thinking it has something to do with my @icloud.com address. I looked online and saw some other people were having a similar issue, and yes when i restart my phone the missed calls clear, but i should not have to do this every single time i want to get rid of a notificaion. If anyone at Apple is reading this.....PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Does anybody out there have a fix?
P.S. I am using a brand new iphone 5s running the newest version of iOS (7.0.2)

I have the same issue. It is a bug that apple needs to address. I have realised what causes the problem is that. When you open the Phone app and view the missed calls. This removes the missed calls from the Notification Center "All" tab, but the Missed Call stays in the "Missed" tab. Few quick fixes I have tried is. Clearing the missed calls from Notification Center "All" tab before accesing the Phone app. Then going to the Phone app to call the people back. Also you can clear the Missed Calls from "Misses" tab by going to Settings>Notification Center>Phone then turn OFF then turn ON "Show in Notification Center" Hope this helps.

Unable to open the Projects from Project center with the Alias name PWA 2010

I am unable to open the Projects from Project center with the Alias name with the server name i am able to open the projects, version is project server 2010,
My system is ABC.DC.IN alias name i have given is DEF.AD.COM
With the system name i can able access PWA and all are working fine.
As i have observed with alias name i can able to login to pwa and all the server setting approval center all are working fine but only in the project center i am not able to open the projects (http://DEF.AD.COM/pwa/ProjectDrillDown.aspx .xxxx) its
is coming in the below of the ie.
But with Alias name these are the issues i am facing,
1.when longing with alias name its asking two times for user name and password
2.when i click on a project from project center its taking some time and asking for user name and password after i enter user name and password "PAGE cannot displayed" error i am getting.
3. I have observed one more thing if click on Project details then only this issue is coming project schedule and project information is also opening with Alias name.

Unfortunately this means that there is a problem in the boot sector of your hard drive. It might be indicative of a fundamental corruption in the coding that allows your computer to boot your operating system from your hard drive. I had this problem twice and it resulted in me having to get a new hard drive and restore my data.
In other words, your computer can't talk to your operating system so you can't access your data.
Here is my advice: DON'T CALL APPLE TECH SUPPORT though they are kind and usually helpful it will take you an hour just to explain the situation and they will only tell you to do what I'm gonna say here.
First: Shut down your computer completely
Two: boot up while holding down the following keys: command, option, p, and r. The computer will reboot 3 times. This solution will likely fail so if you're frustrated skip to the next step.
Three: Boot up while holding down the option key. Select recovery drive. Select your default language. Select disk utility, click on Macintosh HD, and select "verify and repair volume." Likely the verification will produce some line like "unused node not erased." Or something like that. If anything using the words "node structure" comes up, you need a new hard drive.
If after verification and repairs you still can't boot I sincerely hope you have apple care because you will need a new hard drive. Set up an appointment to come in to the apple store, they will tell you to go and get data recovery, just ask them to give you the old hard drive. Unless you have an up to date backup in which case you can just restore from that. If you're lucky the only issue is with the boot sector which means that if you ask them to give you the old hard drive, you can buy an enclosure and you have effectively been given a free external hard drive. It still works to store data just not to load an operating system.
If you have a back up drive bring it to the apple store and they'll do the whole thing right there, it should take around an hour and a half but may take longer.
Hope this helps, it's annoying but it's your safest bet.

Another Game Center with Apple ID problem

hello everyone, i have read all game center problems but i couldn't fix mine.
Here is the problem:
I have in my email account ([email protected]) one apple ID, but in this ID there are two different accounts with different names (vs & djvs) in Game Center. The "djvs" i made at the beggining and the "vs" that i made later...
I restored my iphone yesterday and when i typed the apple id it logged me in the game center with my djvs name whitch is empty as i made it when i first got the iphone and it was like an experiment. How can i log in with my other name from the same email? is there a solution?

Sounds like you encrypted your iPhone backup, & if so it's asking for the encrypted backup password. Do you have a company Exchange account on your phone?

I also thought in the same line , but user has the following concern on this:
Assessment Cycle: As per Users, it cannot be used because this will allocate based on allocation basis. But they need, the values that was posted at the time of transaction and as per materials. So it wont be accurate through Assessment cycle,
OKB9: They have different Cost center for different valuation area for the same GL Account.
Hence through OKB9 also, we cannot post directly to COPA.
That's the reason the above option were not adopted.
My other concern to this is:
In CKM3, we have two lines under consumption, one for Normal sales PGI and other is Cost Center.
After doing revaluation of consumption in CKMLCP, we see one line under Cost Center :Revaluation of Consumption Figure"
My question, where can I see that figure whether in any table or in Cost Center report??
If that is also available we can try to match those values and post to COPA.
Let me know your thought on this.

Moving a library: Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its sub-folders and files) intact to the other drive. nope all my songs are copied and organized into the iTunes library.

Repost between profit center with new GL

Hi,
We had the wrong profit center assigned to one of our cost center. now, we corrected the assignment, but we need to move the posting from the 'wrong' PC to the 'right' PC for previous months.
Except for a regular journal entry to reclassify between the two profit centers, is there a better way to move or repost the line items?

if you are able to assign (temporarily) the old wrong Profit Center to this cost center:
1: credit the cost center with old profit center for all the postings to be corrected, debit a CO-object assigned to any other PC (or even dummy PC).
2: change the PC in the cost center to the new one
3: credit the temporary used CO-object and debit again the cost center with the new profit center.
4:post it periodically, the balance of the intermediate object must be zero for all periods.
The cost appear on the cost center assigned to the new profit center.

Did you haveany problem with updating to iOS 5? It soundsl like the update did not correctly restore from the backup that iTunes mnakes as the fisr step of the update.

I updated 1 day ago via Adobe Connect and it is now missing from the menu drop down. As well as the other filters in that general area.
