Mistake message with file .mov

In PremierPro CC has a problem with a file .mov says "file has no audio or video streams", but I was working with that file and others, in quicktime error-free reads are not damaged, that I can do? as rescue nearly completed projects?

Adobe Premier Pro CC is complete reinstall on another computer and check the same problem with the same files, creating new projects and reviewing damage or file does not contain errors, these files if you recognized already had begun as edit them and the program stopped, was closed, and the open left to recognize.

I think there is not native rule for this, but you could try a transport rule which removes all attachments over a very small file size like 1KB.

Please Help: Error message with files.

I'd REALLY appreciate some assistance with this, something has gone wrong with a large project and I'm prepared to beg!!
The root of my problem is trying to open the media files in an iMovie project (well about half of them anyway, for some reason the other half are fine).
When I try to open the .mov file from the project in Quicktime I get the following message (which sounds pretty drastic but I have no idea what it means):
"QuickTime cannot open the file: "movie.mov"
a bad public movie atom was found in the movie (-2002)"
I've posted the following in the iMovie thread, but am not sure whether it is an iMovie issue or a Quicktime issue:
I've been using iMovie for years and have never seen this before.
I created a large project some time ago, and only about 50% of the files from the projects media folder will open. They show up in he media folder as the little black Unix executable file icons rather that the regular white clip icon.
I've tried importing from within iMovie and get error message -2048, and the message that Quicktime can not parse the file. I've also tried opening the .mov file from the original project folder but no good.
I REALLY need to salvage these files, any assistance would be much appreciated. I'm using iMovie HD in 10.3.9.

How to split big xml-messages with file inbound adapter

we have big xml-messages in our filesystem, which are processed by XI 3.0 (SP11). We are using the file inbound adapter. Now we want to split these big xml-message into some smaller messages.
Exist there a corresponding function to the "xml.recordsetsPerMessage" which is working with xml-files?

What OS are you running.. this is usually only a problem in Mavericks.
If so I recommend you mount the hard disk manually..
Use Go, Connect to server.
Type in the IP address if static.. eg
AFP://10.0.1.1
Or the name.. but you will have issues unless the name is short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.. if you are using bad names.. fix it by a full factory reset in airport utility and give it all names that comply to the above.
Type in
AFP://TCname.local Where TCname is replaced with the actual name.
You will be asked for the password the first time which is public unless you changed it.. please remember to save this in the keychain.
Copy files then to a new directory you create on the TC.. do not place files inside the TM sparsebundle. Nor directly under the main directory.

Working with converted .mov files in Premiere Elements 2

I recently got a digital camera that records .mov clips with H.264 technology. I use it for back up when Im having problems with my regular camcorder. Of course I can work with these .mov files in QuickTime Pro with no problem. But in order to work with them in Premiere Elements 2, it appears I have to export it into the .avi format first. After exporting in QuickTime Pro, when I bring the new .avi file up into Premiere Elements, the color quality is retained, but much of the resolution is lost. Its very pixelated. I understand that .avi and .mov work differently in the way information is stored avi in chunks and mov in streams, but Im wondering if there is a way I can work around this. The reason why I got QuickTime Pro initially was to be able to convert my finished .avi videos made in Premiere Elements 2 into MPEG-4 files using the H.264 codec for better quality. And Im doing that all the time now with no problem. So I am wondering if when I reconvert the .mov clip thats been converted into .avi back into mpeg-4, will the resolution be restored? That is part of my question. The other part is regarding the initial conversion process. Are there settings in QuickTime Pro for converting .mov to .avi with as little loss in resolution as possible? The manual doesnt address this issue specifically. Any ideas or suggestions? OS is Windows XP Media Center edition, computer Sony Vaio dual processor. Thanks, Judy

Hi again Steve. I'm so embarrassed. After my initial reply to your message I went to the Adobe site to see if they even made Premiere for Mac and learned they don't. I also read a review in Wired that says Premiere 6 is just as good if not better than iMovie which they say has actually been downgraded. I'm using Premiere 2, so I thought I might consider upgrading. Then I watched "Steve's Story" and realized it was you. (Your daughter is a cutie! Adobe must love you.) So my question is this: Would my problem be solved by simply upgrading to Premiere 4? If I do that, would it be compatible with regard to catalog integration with Photoshop Elements 4 or would I have to upgrade to Elements 6? If I upgraded the whole package would my current Photoshop Elements 4 catalog transfer with all tags intact? This is vital for me to know because I rely on them heavily. I realize that I would be skipping a version in the upgrade. Is that possible? Does that matter? Please read my reply to Bill because it explains why I want to use those particular .mov files. Another question for you. I use your excellent book a lot. If I upgrade will it become useless? Finally, since you're the expert, let me tell you what I'm really aiming for and get your advice. I need to start composing my own musical soundtracks to my videos. I want to do it as I'm viewing the timeline. Therefore, I know I need to invest in a midi-capable keyboard or controller and software. The problem is that there are few controllers compatible with Windows XP Media Center Edition. I am told I would need to disable the XP Media Center registry keys for anything to work which wouldn't matter because I don't use Media Center features anyway (like TV hookup, media player, etc.). But messing with the registry sounds a little complex and dangerous to me. There's got to be an easier way. Do you have any advice or recommendations? Can you point me to any helpful resources? Now you see why I want a Mac? Everyone says all this kind of stuff would be so much easier with a Mac. Problem is I have a limited budget and would like to make the most with what I have. boom! that advice was correct and worked. i was able to export the full project as a quicktime movie and it can be uploaded to youtube.
NOTE, theres is definately quite a few noticeable audio glitches/lags/pops that werent there before doing this. I believe, and will test to make sure, that having a project such as this one needs to render before exporting. I'm not sure if the advice requires the project to be unrendered before exporting for a specific reason, because if it will export fine after rendering the project that's the way to go. like i said the edited version i have in my timeline plays back perfectly but this exported version has quite a few noticeable audio glitches (a few video glitches too). I'm going to retry doing the first few steps of your advice, but then at the end render, then export and compare the results...
OK, so this leads to a big question, Is this something that is standard for everyone when trying to export? If its not, what causes this error?
is there any way of preemptively avoiding it in future projects?

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.<br />
You can try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

Too bad...I wish that feature was still there that was in SendNow...I also have to go and get the recipients email each time I send a file instead of Send remembering the email addresses I have sent to in the past.
Are any of the great features of SendNow going to be brought over into Send? Or are they just gone...I am a paying CC user...just curious what's going on at Adobe...Thanks for your very quick response though...I guess my message content is gone.
