I deleted my iphoto app on my iphone 5s (iOS8.3) by mistake. And I did not find the same app in the App Store. How can I recover it?
This Apple doc can help you get familiar with the Photos app that the iPhone uses:

I deleted the pre-installed iPhoto app from my iPhone 5s by mistake. And I can't find the same app in the App Store. How do I recover it?
iPhoto for iOS is no longer being offered by Apple and has been replaced by the Photos app. It is not compatible with iOS 8. This Apple document may help: Migrating from iPhoto for iOS to Photos on iOS 8 - Apple Support

I was migrating from a 3gs to the 4s. Having never upgraded the IOS before, I thought that I should do that before handed the phone down to my daughter to replace her broken 3g. Big mistake. Even using Google sync for my contacts, following instruction from the Google webpage (ambiguous: cancel or not when error message is displayed?) the contacts did not sync to gmail. iTunes says it will sync contacts, but doesn't from the phone, only from the few that were in my old Gmail account. The iCloud set up asks for email and a new password- not specifying that you should use your old email and password for your old iTunes account or your phone will be instantly locked out of those apps and tunes stored there. The web info says you can't merge accounts or passwords, so, I bet I have to cancel the new set up and start over with the old password if it will even let me. I've spent 8 hrs reading, syncing, et c., on this! It will be a long time before I casually buy a new phone from them! I wonder how much time it will take to switch from the 3GS to the 4S? I now have a 3GS without contacts, no way to get the data from those files back, and can't get the apps to it or the 4S until Apple support helps fix the double identity problem.
Considering that I had verbal instructions from the Apple store prior to the IOS upgrade, reviewed all the details on line, I think this process is woefully lacking in clarity and transparency. The local ATT branch offered nothing except backing up to avoid loss of contacts if both phones were taken to the store, but not any help with the IOS or iTunes content. Cable internet for the 3GS backup and IOS 5 upgrade seemed to take about 2 hours. At least calender, notes, etc. were done correctly and 2500 picture and videos were not removed. After the last post,I went to the local ATT for some feedback. The manager there, Stephen, was helpful and spent a long time, even after i had gotten the abbreviated list of contacts I had constructed from the 3GS to the 4S by an iTunes sync with the correct options selected. This however, would not sync notes. I took screen pix of my many stock symbols for future reference, and got them to transfer with Bump (as photos, in case I want to refresh my memory on some of the symbols added previously). I emailed myself copies of 28 notes i did not want to lose, because the iCloud back up would not initially work. After what seemed like years, I finally was able to get it working, following repeated refusal to Merge because of "not enough space available" @5GB even though everything was turned off except contacts and calendar.
My old phone is finally backed up to the cloud after I turned off location service on new phone, and a bunch of apps and photo data showed up for the first time, as icons to be turned off on the old phone in the Manage Storage window. It said it was going to back up 8 GB of photos when the photo backup had been turned off on the prior screen. (The screws are loose, and the worm has turned on this software at Apple.)
Backup for notes, a few contacts, and calendar, over high speed wifi, took 25 minutes to complete without photos.
I have never seen anything this troublesome in the Apple OS!
You will need to set your own Apple ID and a .me email ID if you want to use the cloud. My recommendation and that of the store manager for the first time is don't back up any photos, let it erase the photo stream if it wants to. The camera roll should be ok.
Backing up to the iCloud removed all my stocks from the old phone! It wasn't supposed to. Be sure to select leave data on phone at every opportunity- even so, there they went. It did not remove contacts or calendar when backing up, though the IOS 5 upgrade had lost my years of contacts since I had not specified that they should be saved when I hit the simple sync in iTunes the first time and since Googlesync failed to connect properly for me over wifi as noted above.
All in all it appears nothing is going to clone your phone or preserve all the data through a IOS 4.x to 5 migration, though I did not do it right the first time with iTunes, and complicated matters by starting with a new ID instead of my old iTunes account and password, living in a small town, away from any Apple store, though if you can't be there at an Apple store with both phones in hand, they probably can't help much unless they walk you through each option in iTunes and you are very attentive. The store genius I saw did not do this, though I had yet to order the phone at that point.
Good Luck!

My iphone 4s wont sync when I connect it to the pc( not apple). It is connected as it comes up on itunes but when I try to sync it with apps/ music etc it wont. I am doing something wrong or is it a mistake with the phone. I am still able to download apps and music from itunes on my phone though.
I already restored it but that didn't help.
TIA for any replies.iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Looking for some assurances that I haven't made a mistake switching to Mac.
Bought an intel-powered IMac 9 days ago and love everything about it's look, functionality, etc.. Only problem: I've had a bout of "Application has closed unexpectedly" occcurrances while using Safari (while at AOL.com deleting emails from aol account) and while editing pics in iPhoto. As this happened time and again, I got a sad, sinking feeling that I'm headed for the same frustrations that I've had w/ every Windows machine I've ever owned. Ugh!..I switched to Apple for the specific purpose of avoiding crashes!!! Apple support walked me through steps to fix (removed/updated Quicktime, and check a few other things..). They were very helpful, but... I absolutely detest having to do this. Other than Office:Mac, i've added nothing to this machine! I'm really stressed about this. I paid far more for this than I would have for a Windows machine simply because I had heard that Apple machines don't do this sort of thing!!
Please tell me that this is normal and expected with a new machine and not a harbinger of more complicated problems to come!! I'm hoping that once resolved, I won't much more of this.. On the other hand, if many of you feel that this issue is a bad omen, I'll take the machine back while I still can. ..What a pity though, it's truly been a joy to use so far.

Deleting AOL Mail, crashes Safari (Consolidation)
It seems the most recent Safari, and or 10.4.4, update has created this problem.
Apple & AOL are both aware of this, but, as far as I know, no correction has been implemented.
Here are some of the work arounds, that I have been able to discern from the various posts regarding this issue.
Use the FIREFOX BROWSER.
Use your AOL Mail program.
Use this utility AOL SERVICES ASSISTANT, to set up Apple Mail, to access AOL Mail.
Access the AOL Mail thru Classic AOL Webmail.
And here are links, to the various threads, discussing this issue.

A friend used my pc to check his Facebook account, and used my account. Now, my pc thinks I am he whenever I try to register with Facebook. I didn't catch the mistake until recently and have been trying to delete the info but cannot. I tried to access all of my security settings and even tried to erase the history but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I believe he mistakenly commanded my pc to remember his username and password. I am not currently registered with Facebook, but would like to be but I am having this problem. Is it significant or not? I don't want his info crossing with mine because of my ips numbers or something like that. He also, without my knowledge, accessed his e-mail, too. His username seems to pop up even if I try to "Like" something on Facebook. This is when I noticed the problem. Then, when I tried to Register with Facebook, I was mistaken for him. The registration boxes come already filled in with his info. I do NOT want to invade his privacy. His entire profile comes up complete with friends, pictures, etc...Please help! I cannot make a 'save' disk since I don't know exactly when this happened and I've loaded new programs, including security and related files.
I am very happy to report that my server connection tech, which I called via landline, informed me to : 1. Open Tools 2. Scan down to Clear Recent History 3. Delete All. That was it! Unbelievable! Six hours of searching through the Windows catagories. I checked the results on an internet site, and viola! It was gone! Mozilla Firefox seems to remember the usernames and passwords irregardless of the option window that asks if you if want it to remember the user and password. I finally got in touch with my friend and he said he did not answer yes to the window, even though he was aware of it. No damage. I surely do appreciate everyones' concern in this, now what seems to be, a very simple solution. Cudos to Firefox! Thank-you! P.S. I now have to enter my information at the beginning of any password protected sites...no harm done! My friend is now condemned to the 'user account' site! lol...

Just bought an iPhone 5s, as I turned on the phone it showed 71% of battery, I drained it to 15% and next charged it for 3 and a half hours to fully charge. Did I do any mistake ? Should have I let it to get discharged in order to fully charge it ? Somebody told me I should have let it discharged and then to fully charge, but I didn't do it, my iphone is working very well, the battery too but I'm worried if the battery lifespan is gonna get worsen soon if I didn't abide by the rules and procedures of battery charging.
I had problems on my previous iPhone 4s, it died because I didn't replaced the battery with a new one because my battery never worked well and I never knew it , the battery used to overheat my iPhone and it caused to damage my processor completely to death. Who does the replacement of the iphone processor? I need help how to maintain with the iphone battery. And also let me know if I did something wrong that I should get worried about or not ?!?!Apple does not fix the iPhone 4S, they replace the phone. If not covered by warranty, called an out of warranty exchange. Cost is US $199. Make an appointment at any Apple store.
Be aware, Apple does not sell iPhone parts, thus there is no legitimate source for genuine parts. -
Can't open important file dropped my mistake in exe file from Firefox to supress Kasperksy
Hello and thanks for replying! Here are more details on this problem:
I saw two new exe files in my USB that seem to be related to a Firefox request yesterday which was to disable a Kaspersky option of some kind until Firefox could resolve the incompatibility. I OK'd it. TodayI was moving a file that contains three years of my research and it got dropped into one of these exe files by mistake and I now I cannot access it, copy it move it, or undo the prior move. The file that has trapped my research file is named 36f5e0470ef12f4ccf8016fOdcOf59 . I tried unlocking it, but could not access my file inside. All the unlocking seemed to do was change the name of the file. The files inside, along with my research file, are named: mrt.exe , mrttub.exe , and shutdown.req (this last also has dollar signs in the title which I'm afraid I cannot duplicate on my French keyboard.
I ran a virus check on both the interior file (my research file) and the exterior file (the former exe file) and at least can see that the names of my files come up in the search, so the interior file does not seem empty. There were no viruses found in either the exterior or interior file. I have not unplugged by USB yet and am not sure what to try next. My operating system is Windows XP 2002 in case that helps.
I have contacted Kaspersky as well but am not sure if these files were generated from them, from Firefox, or if it is malware. Thank you very much for your help. This would be a very great loss to me and any suggestions you might have would be most appreciated!
Reards,
ElizabethHello!
And thank you so much for answering!
These file names look similar to what is there for sure. But I don't think I want to delete them at this point. The problem is that I was moving a large file full of documents I use (about 100 files) that and that entire file dropped by mistake into this .exe file. Now hundreds of my files are trapped there and I can't seem to access or copy them. I would be afraid to delete the .exe file as I think it would probably delete my 100 documents along with it.
I guess what I need to know is how to open an .exe files in a way that lets me retrieve my document. Maybe I could do something that would give me the right to access it? Right now it is read only, and it does not seem to let me change the status, or to open my file sitting inside it.
It is like a dog who ate my supper!
Thanks again for your help!

I am writing a user creation script and just working through my variables at this point. So i have the script importing a csv file with user info. Based on that user info it creates a series of variables three of which i am using the switch command
to choose the string that is associated with another string. that all seems to work fine however when the message to type the $dept variable. the read-host is showing the $upn of the first user to go through not the user that it is actually setting
the variable for. like i said the variables seem to be setting properly just the output in the shell shows the wrong upn for what i am updating.. code and output below:

This format for braces helps to prevent errors because the braces do not get lost in the strings like your method does.

Terrible Customer Support and now I have to pay for their mistakes
A friend told me about a promo plan she was on, it was the 20 off data plan. So I got interested and called in to get some information about it. I ended up signing up for the plan around Jan. 27th. I then noticed that the iphone 4 was available for pre-order on the 3rd. I ordered it and received it on the 7th. Called Verizon on the 8th and let them know I received a defective phone. I was told several things by different reps about how this was going to be replaced. First they told me if I gave them another 326 dollars, they could get one shipped out the same day. Then after my call dropped I called back in, I was told that if I gave them another 326 dollars, they could get one shipped out on the 10th. I agreed and gave them my cc info. Since I did not have a working phone they put my account in suspension so I wouldn't be charged for service that I couldn't use. I guess there were problems with the fact that my account was in suspension, so they tried to call me on my iphone 4 number that was never activated and didn't work, even though my ATT number was in the notes and on my account. So the 10th came around and I called in to see why I didn't have a phone. They told me about the problem and assured me that I would receive a working iphone on the 18th, once again I did not receive a phone. Called in and I was told that they again made some mistakes and I would have a phone on the 23rd. Well guess what? No phone came on the 23rd. I finally received a phone on March 1st. Guess what? If I talked for over 5 minutes, this phone got so hot that it was uncomfortable to hold. On top of all of this they could not get my voicemail to work.
At this point they still have not refunded me for my first defective phone that I had sent back a month ago. All of the refunds that I was promised for service that I could not use were not applied. I have spent about 6-8 hours on the phone with this company trying to get a working phone. After having the second defective phone for 9 days and this nightmare I was in, I told them that I could not allocate anymore of my time trying to get them to do their jobs correctly. I wanted to return this second defective phone and I would be going back to ATT. They told me that I owned the phone now and I would have to pay the 350 dollar ETF. I laughed because it took them 21 days to get me another defective phone after I received my first defective phone. They kept making mistakes to force me outside the 14 day return window, not me. At this point its just laughable. I happened to be at an apple store picking up one of the new macbook pro's and I told them about my phone that could be used to start campfires. They ran some test's on it and replaced it on the spot. Keep in mind that at this time I was in a Verizon area and my voicemail still would not work. I got home and called them about it and my house is located in an extended area. They told me that I would have to go back to a Verizon area to setup my voicemail. So off I went. 2 hours of driving and I got the same message. I then went back to said apple store to see if they could help me out since I have wasted so much time and gas money because of the incompetence of Verizon employee's . Apple offered to call Verizon and get this straightened out. They spent over an hour with them and they still could not get my visual voicemail to work. They tell me that they are going to start a trouble ticket with the engineers and I would be receiving txt messages and calls throughout the day as they work on it. So I go back home and get a call back from someone I spoke to the day before that told me that I needed to be in a Verizon area to get my voicemail to work. After apologizing and telling me they couldn't let me return my phone or let me out of my contract for all the troubles I have. Keep in mind that I still do not have voicemail. He did however tell me that he would take care of my gas bill that was over 100 dollars for the 240 mile round trip. I faxed in the gas receipts but still have not got compensated for that and I'm not holding my breathe. This same person also said that the warehouse was having problems with the returns and thats why I haven't received my refund for the first defective phone but that I would be receiving the refund for it today. Still haven't got that...
So a couple days go by and I call in again to see if I can get my visual voicemail working because I never received a txt or phone call about it. The first person in tech support told me that it shouldn't matter that I'm in an extended network and that it works off of the data side. So he can't get it working and transfer's me to higher level tech support. This clown tells me that visual voicemail does not work through the data side and would only work in a Verizon area. He checks my account and there was no record of a trouble ticket from the other day. Which is not surprising, so he starts another trouble ticket and about 1 hour later I finally have working visual voicemail in my extended network. It only works when I'm on my WIFI. So the next day I leave my house and notice that my data is no longer working. Well I call in again for the 300th time, I get no help but they offer to send another phone. It's amazing that my data stops working the day that they do stuff to my account to get my voicemail working.
I have about $650 dollars invested in getting 1 working iphone 4. My first bill was about 236 dollars for 13 days of service that I actually used. Man what a great experience this has been.
Verizon take this phone back that you cannot get to work and refund my money please.
or cancel my service and waive the ETF so I can go back to ATT. I shouldn't have to pay for your employee's mistakes.
I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO CALL IN EVERY DAY TO GET A WORKING PHONE. I IMAGINE I HAVE SPENT OVER 8 HOURS CALLING YOU GUYS TO GET A WORKING PHONE. IS THIS NORMAL FOR VERIZON CUSTOMERS? I THOUGHT ATT WAS BAD ABOUT TELLING YOU ONE THING AND DOING ANOTHER BUT THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE! I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THIS BUT I REALLY MISS ATT!First, you should be aware that for the most part, posting on here you are not talking to Verizon. This is a user forum and occassionally you get employees that post in response to threads. But in this case, if they do respond they will tell you to respond to a private message they send you with some information so they can further help you on the phone.
There are a few things odd about your situation, but hopefully they are things that can be resolved. Were you aware prior to opening a VZ account that you were not truly in a VZ area? I'm not sure about the voicemail thing not working if you are not in the VZ area, but unless you don't spend much time in your area I think that alone would detour me from wanting service with a company that I can't use some features because I don't have true service where I would use it most. To get clear info on this you should ask that detailed infor be sent to you in writing telling you of the inability to receive certain features in your home area.
As far as a rep telling you that you would be reimbursed for the gas you used...I have never heard of them doing this regardless of how far you had to drive, but hopefully if you were told this it will be resolved.
As far as them telling you that you own the phone...if you truly want to cancel service and you have proof that the reason you did not have 14 days to return the phone was because it took them 21 days to send you a replacement then you should honestly have no trouble getting this taken care of. Escalate the issue. On the otherhand, I think it's odd that they told you they wouldn't send you another phone until you paid again...maybe this is a new thing because of the iPhone but usually they will ship you a replacement with instructions for how to return the defective phone. If that phone is not received within 10 days (I think) they charge you the full retail price of the device. Again, they may have changed this for the iPhone.
Your bill for $236 for 13 days of service...a little curious how that is possible. What exactly were you charged for (perhaps it is a prorated bill for the 13 days and then the next full month in advance....which is not so odd when opening a new account)? Without knowing what plan you have in the first place it's hard to tell if this is an odd bill or just the pains of a first bill. I would have to think it is for far more than just 13 days of use.
I get that you don't want to or don't feel like you have the time to have to get this straightened out, but unless that amount of money means little to you I would think one way or another I would find the time to get this resolved once and for all. You may not like this part, but if you weren't really aware of how VZ worked in your area before switching to them then I would wonder why you didn't do a little more detailed research before making the decision to switch and knowing the choice would have to stick for 2 years unless you paid an ETF.
Finally, as far as the phone working or not working...you said that Apple gave you a working phone. You also said that the voicemail was finally resolved. Currently, the issue appears to be with data. Are you sure that it's the phone that has the problem? Or is it the service in your area? You need to be very sure that your area, being that it is NOT a VZ area truly does not have a high instance of issues for certain features. Data would fall under one of those features that may or may not work if you are not in one of their areas I would think. If it is the phone, and everything else combined is completely correct and easy to prove then you can try escalating the issue with VZ once more. If all else fails, you can probably file a complaint with the BBB (read the terms of your contract first to be sure). I am not sure how the BBB service works for wireless conflicts, but you can easily find this info on the BBB website. Also, if the BBB is not an option you can check for other remedies. Someone on another thread sent an email to someone higher up in the VZ network (can not recall whom but the thread is fairly recent) and was able to get help with an issue they were having. First things first, find a little more time and contact VZ again. Insist that your issue is escalated. If you are told a case or something is opened request the case #. Record the name of every rep you speak with, the date and the time. This is something you should always do regardless of the company as the more info you have available in regards to your contacts, the better prepared you are for any issues. Good luck with everything. -

Back up all data. You must know how to restore from a backup even if the system becomes unbootable. If you don't know that, stop here and ask for guidance.
Quit the Genieo application, if it's running. Force quit if necessary.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/etc/launchd.conf
Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.
If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar, paste into the box that opens (command-V). You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
A folder may open with a file selected, or the file may be absent, in which case you'll get a message that it doesn't exist. If it does exist, it's a configuration file created or replaced by the Genieo installer. Any software installer that does this should be considered ipso facto malware. Move the file to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your administrator password.
IMPORTANT: If the launchd.conf file exists, you must move it to the Trash it before continuing. Otherwise the systemwill become unbootable. In that case, restore from your backup and start over. That's how badly Genieo has sabotaged your system.
Repeat with each of these lines:
/Applications/Genieo.app
/Applications/Uninstall Genieo.app
/Library/Frameworks/GenieoExtra.framework
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.genieo.engine.plist
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.genieoinnovation.macextension.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.genieoinnovation.macextension.client.plist
/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.genieoinnovation.macextension.client
/usr/lib/libgenkit.dylib
/usr/lib/libimckit.dylib
/usr/lib/libimckitsa.dylib
Again, some of these items may be absent, in which case you'll get a message that the file doesn't exist. Skip that item and go on to the next one.
Reboot and empty the Trash. Don't try to empty the Trash until you have rebooted.
Your web browser(s) should now function normally, and you should be able to reset the home page and search engine. If not, stop here and post your results.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need, including one called "Spigot" if it's present. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
The Genieo installer may also install the "Silverlight" web plugin from Microsoft. If you have no use for that plugin, you can remove it according to Microsoft's instructions. Don't remove it if you subscribe to "Netflix" or any other video-streaming service that uses it.
This procedure may leave a few files behind, but it should deactivate Genieo. Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install it. Chances are you got it from one of the Internet's open sewers such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad embedded in a page on some other site.
Finally, be forewarned that when Genieo is mentioned on this site, the developer sometimes shows up under the name "Genieo support." If that happens, don't believe anything he says, but feel free to tell him what you think of his scam.

Pricing mistakes on bestbuy.com for open box items
I've ended up driving to 2 different Best Buys in the area over the last couple of days in an effort to buy an open box Sony camera - both locations had them listed as available for purchase on your website, information that was incorrect in both cases.
The 1st store had listed 2 cameras for sale. I drove there yesterday - they investigated & discovered the website was wrong, and there were no open boxes of the model. The manager there was polite and apologetic, but couldn't help me (unless I wanted to buy a new camera at a slight discount), and noted that this was a problem with Best Buy Corporate (not the individual store) who had incorrectly listed these (the website info didn't appear to be out of date, it just appeared to be wrong).
I drove today to another Best Buy store, and found the same problem. The "open box" items listed were not available there either, and from checking in the internal inventory system, they couldn't see any open box items in other closest locations either (they suggested I could instead apply for a Best Buy card and purchase a new item).
The time / effort / miles I put in driving to these locations was wasted and needless to say, very frustrating, apparently due to mistakes at Best Buy Corporate. I'm sure the incorrect prices aren't published deliberately, but it's very bad that the data on the website bears no resemblance to that available in the internal inventory system. I should add that, per your website, both locations still have these items listed on as being available.
I'd be happy to provide further details / specifics on my hoped for purchase (sku / Open box IDs, your advertised locations / pricing etc).
ThanksGood afternoon porkula,
Best Buy stores are tasked with keeping their open box inventory list on their BestBuy.com page up to date as the inventory changes quite frequently. I can imagine you were quite frustrated when you found you had spent your time looking for something that was listed to be available at two different locations, but turned out not to be available at either.
Some items that may be available just before you leave home may be purchased while you are on your way to the store. That being said, as it does change frequently you should feel welcome to reach out to the stores prior to visiting them for the open box item you are looking for. However, while I would encourage you to contact the stores ahead of time in the future, it does not excuse severely out of date listings for their open box inventory.
I am truly sorry if you found yourself at two different Best Buy stores that didn't have up to date listings for their open box inventory. I am sending you a private message to gather further details in regards to each of these stores and their listings. You can view your private messages by signing into the forum and clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner.

Invoice posted in 2006 by mistake, no accounting document generated
Dear Expert
The user created an invoice by mistake on today's date , but billing date was 2006. as the periods are closed , it did not create any accounting document. now when the user realized his mistake he made cancellation of the invoice in the same posting date as of 2006. and even for this the accounting document was not created.
Now both these invoice and its cancellations are appearing in the VF04, billing due list.
is there a way to remove both these invoices from billing due list....or a way to delete them. We discussed the matter with accounts team and they disagreed to open the closed periods of 2006 as it may cause many discrepancies .
so some how we need to get rid of them and make new invoice in 2012. Although we can post the cancellation in 2012 by changing the billing date which is open for changes. but what about the invoice , we are not able to change the billing date as it is disable due to proceeding cancellation document.
We need you urgent advise...
Best regards,Hi
If the user executes by keeping the billing date from feild as blank then you have to take the help of ABAP team and make sure that the billing document number which has been generated is not there in the database,it has to be deleted from all tables. Also check wheather it is possible to do any changes in SDBILLDL program
