Mixer not showing up in sound setting or audio preferences

I have Logic x on my macbook pro and my Behringer XENYX X1204USB Mixer is not being recognised in logic at all and when I go into the sound setting on the macbook it isn't showing up in there either. I need help urgently cause I have a home studio to set up and need this mixer. Could you be of assistance to help me set up this mixer on logic x and my macbook.

Thanks for responding.
I do receive sound in my headphones and headset perfectly. I just assumed that "Headphones" would show up as an option in the Output list. I guess it doesn't have to, like it showed in the Skype tutorial...
My main problem now though, is the Input/recording. When I test with the Skype "test call" and Plantronics headset with the microphone, I can't hear my voice played back like I'm supposed to. The microphone is not recording. I assumed it was my Sound settings device options that were all wrong.
The Input shows Line In/Audio Line port only, and doesn't indicate any input level activity when I use the microphone part of the headset.
How do I get Input Level activity to be recorded? The microphone part of the headset plug is plugged into the microphone jack as required. The headphone part s okay.

Unfortunately, but you cannot do much
The point is that this is a Conexant sound driver issue. This options or setting is simply not available in Conexant sound driver and therefore the Stereo Mix port is not available and cannot be used.
I think only an sound driver update can helps so lets wait for a update.

Why are declined events NOT showing on iPhone iOS7 (setting is marked to "on")

Apparently I and some of my colleagues are having the OPPOSITE issue from most.
We are syncing with Google Calendar.
We have set "Show Declined Events" to ON
Declined Events are NOT showing on iCal.
Any ideas?

I noticed this too. I have a Google Apps for Business account through work.
This happens when I have Gmail configured as ActiveSync. But when using CalDAV - it isn't a problem. Does anyone have a solution or more informaiton on this topic?

Firefox's option bar for saving username and passwords will not show, I have it set to remember passwords for sites. Can sites be added manually?

I was using Norton to remember my user names and passwords, however I do not use Norton any longer. Firefox does not give me the option of saving passwords even though I have it set to remember them.
There are no sites in the exceptions list. How can I reset Firefox so the option bar shows?

Quicktim VR Controller is not showing eventhough it is set to true

The controller is not showing up for me when I embed a Quicktime file.

You've forgotten to add the required height and width code. If you want to display your file at a smaller size your need to add aspect="true".
Be sure to add 16 pixels to the movie height to allow room for the controller.

IMovie will not show images or sound from my DV and behaves strangely

I am using a panasonic pv-gs50d, and am coonecting via a firewire cable. While iMovie indicates the camera is connected and states when it is playing, pausing etc. it will not show any images or play any sound on the iMovie screen. Further the actual program itself behaves very erratically, when I scroll over the start, stop etc. buttons, they dissappear and reappear, and the preferences option cannot be started. Does anyone know what this probelm is. The camera works fine on my powerbook which is using iMovie 4. Thanks

So I was searching though the discussions and I came across a post about opening garage band, playing a few notes and then going back to iMove. I tried it and it now works fine.

Help! iMovie 10.0.2 does not show my entire sound effects library

I've been building an extensive iLife sound effects library to use for my videos and when I open the library in a wondow it shows all of my audio files. When I try to import sound files in iMovie 10.0.2 however, it only shows the standard audio files from apple, it does not show my own imported files. How do I get to my files in the new iMovie? I'm getting very frustrated, I need to get this project done quickly and I keep running into problems like this with this new updated version This is taking up too much of my time! Please help!

No, I did not.
Meanwhile I have found the reason for the projects disappear in my libraries! The problem is caused by using the dash "#" symbol in my project names.
I have created another project with a dash in the name and the project also disappeared in iMovie with the same effect that the underlying data was still in die library.
Apple should release a warning that some special characters are not allowed to be used in project names or better should solve this.

Continuous mix not showing up

Just bought 2 Nike continuous run mixes (albums)
I can see the individual songs on my Iphone 3g and iTouch II but I acnnot find where is the continuous mix...
I have tried different options; but even though the mix shows up in my music library as a selected item, even after did I put it in a list, I see them being uploaded into devices (both on the top Apple window in iTunes and I see the available space on device going down...) but after synchronizing, there are nowhere to be found on the devices. List is not created on device, album does not show up unless I d/l all individual songs, then I will see them but still without a continuous mix....). So no problems with the individual songs but the 40 minutes + mix, no where to be seen even If i do a search on them...

just discovered something!
After converting it into an AAC version (in the advanced menu) it shows up after synching...!
In the Information tab of the bought original version, it shows as "bought AAC file" whereas the converted file sows up as a straight "AAC@

Firefox 6 (& 7.0.1) download window is not showing on multiple monitors set up

I have a dual monitor setup - Macbook Pro screen as secondary and an external monitor as primary screen.
I have been running Firefox 3.6.x without any problem.
Only just updated to Firefox 6 and the problem appear - download window does not show up.

Just downloaded and want to see whether FF 7.0.1 would be any diferent, but nop. The problem still exist even the hardware accelaration is switched off as some users had suggested. Frustrating really...

I have read your post on how your video will not show picture, but the audio will work on your Windows 8.1 computer. Does the video appear and then disappear using media player software? Does this occur when streaming videos on YouTube? Did you perform Windows or HP updates before this issue occured? Does the entire screen go blank, turn a different color or just show blank on the video window you are attempting to view? Device summary pane does not show capacitiy totals for each category (audio, remaining, photos, etc.)

When viewing the summary pane for my ipod, the summary bar does not show totals for each category (audio, remaining, photos, etc.). It does not show when hovering over each category either. Seems to be some type of bug with itunes. I have tried re-installing itunes but that does not work. How do I fix this?

In the header of the template i also have <?CUST_NAME_INV?> and the report date. When i try to enter the <?AS_OF_DATE?> it is not printed and also the header is not shown any longer. Once again, thank you for any help,

Ie9 flash object not showing when wmode is set

I'm searching and searching but do not find any solution for this.
We're having a flex web application that is working fine until now. We're using until recently the google maps flash api, unfortunately this is already deprecated and will disappear completely in september 2014. Therefor we moved the whole integration to the js v3 api, which is working fine. The whole thing is an overlay over the application, since everything is moved to js, I added the property wmode to the object in html and set it to opaque in order to be able to layer everything. It's working fine for most people, but some (including my boss) are seeing a blank screen. Seems that nothing happens (although the swf loads), and I can not figure out why. Same browser (ie 9 or 10), same flash player version (11.6.xxx). Browser cache cleared, flash player cache cleared...
Somebody having a clue? Removing the wmode-property solves the issue, but then I'm not be able to get my map on top of the application.
The swf is definetly loading since I see calls made to the server in order to login etc. It's also not a flash player issue. The swf-file is directly accessable and rendering if done so.

This means that the SWF is written so that it only works when
embedded in a web page. When you add the SWF to the stage as a
stand-alone display object using addChild() it is not being hosted
in the web page.
You have 2 options:
1. Modify the SWF code (if possible) to remove the
ExternalInterface requirement. You can write code in your AIR
application javascript to subscribe directly to events from the SWF
using addListener() and call functions directly on the SWF object
(Flash/Actionscript is not my primary development environment... so
if I have gotten the terminology wrong I apologize, but I HAVE
written a flash application that worked as I describe). My SWF

History somehow set to private, how or can i retrieve the days that are not showing due to private setting.

In PB mode data is only kept in memory by Firefox and not saved to disk, so an undelete utility like Recuva won't help. It is possible that your firewall keeps a log of visited websites, so you can take a look there.

HT1688 why in icloud my moms phone does not show up, everything is set up but the device is not shown. the ipad is shown in the find my phone but not her iphone on her account

Ok on my mom's acocunt in icloud the only device that is listed on th find my phone is her ipad. on her iphone it is turned on in the settings, and in privacy it is truned on and we still can not locate her iphone on the map we do have the phone so it is not lost the only thing icloud dose not list it, WHY??
