MM BUS2105 Workflow - doubled emails

Hello,
I am trying to create an BUS2105 workflow, to release a purchase requisiiton.
The emails ( outlook ) send by the workflow, are recieved 2 times for each release level, and 3 times for the last level.
Did any of you encouter this problem before ?

Please check if the http://www.w14spw-po-b1.com/sites/ is the url of default zone of the web application where this site resides.

How to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails

We have a SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow that sends emails when certain criteria are met. We have tried to customize the emails using SharePoint Designer, but the emails that are received are different.
Ho do we configure SharePoint to send the emails formatted as we specified in the workflow?
The emails we receive are all formatted like this:
Subject:
[Company Name Workflow] - [Item] has been assigned to you
Content:
Task assigned by [User Name] on [Date].
To complete this task:
1.   Review [Item].
2.   Perform the specific activities required for this task.
3.   Use the Open this task button to mark the task as completed. (If you cannot update this task, you might not have access to it. Click here to request access.)

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails.
We’ll need to do a few things to replace SharePoint’s default notification with our own. The first thing we need to do is turn off SharePoint’s default notification. On the Workflow Tasks list, go the Advanced Settings and select
No for Send e-mail when ownership is assigned. Then we need to create workflow to send email.
There is an article for your reference, although it is about the SharePoint 2007, it still works for SharePoint 2013.

How to get response of Workflow Notification Email from MS Outlook Express.

Hi All,
I have two questions:
1. Our business users had a requirement to approve or reject the Workflow Notification Emails form their Email account on MS Outlook Express. When they perform action from MS Outlook Express it sends email to wfmailer but no action perform in aplication. The notification inbox in application shows this notification as OPEN notification and the requested function also shows 'Waiting for Approval'.
2. I need to hide Request Information button/link from the email notification send through Workflow mailer to user. There are three actions button available in email notification Apprve, Reject and Request Information. I need to have only two button Approve and Reject. How to hide Request Information button.
If any one have idea regarding my questions please hlep.

1. For the notification message for which you want the more info link to be hidden, define the message attribute with name '#HIDE_MOREINFO', type as 'text' and set value as 'Y'

Double emails to one of my blackberry accounts

I am having an issue with my BBZ10. One of my email accounts has been receiving double emails for over 25 hours now. I do not have this problem with this email on any of my other devices, and only one of my emails has this issue. Is there anything I can do besides deleting the email and setting it up again?

I would first suggest removing and re-adding the email account on the BlackBerry Z10 and then monitor the delivery of messages.
Do the duplicates come in the exact same time as the original message or is there a delay?

URL links for Workflow Approval Email per user & others

Hi all, we have upgraded to SRM7 and understand that we have to switch to using program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND to generate the workflow notification emails. We have maintained the portal information in the SRM configuration to build the link. However, we have 2 issues here
1. We currently output collective email so emails are sent out at specific timing on a per user rather than per work item basis. The URL link does not seem to work in this case (for shopping cart approval example) and we get an object GUID error. The URL looks something like this
http://sap-ped.dev.xyz.com/irj/portal/?navigationtarget=obn://BOSystemAlias=SAP_SRM/BOTechnicalName=sc/Operation=detailprof&NavMode=3
Also, even if I run the program for a PO approval example, the BOTechnicalName is still pointing to sc.
However, if I do it on a per work item basis, the URL works.
Does anyone know where the control this setting?
2. External and internal portal
We have some users connecting to the portal through more secured channel (external portal). In this case, I couldn't find a way to generate the appropriate URL for the external. In the past in the older SRM version, the program was using the attribute ITS_DEST in PPOPMA_BBP to build the URL link. Now, I do not know how the system knows which portal URL to take if the control is no longer at user level.
Has anyone ever had this requirement before?
My worse case scenario to resolve the above issues would be to use the BADI to alter the content of the email notification. The purpose of posting this message here is to ensure that I am not missing out any standard SAP functionality which could meet our requirements.

Workflow notification email

I need to reformat the workflow notification email so it will work with our current CRM.
Specifically I need to have the customer data listed on the same line as the data field.
For example:
Customer First name   Test
Customer Last name    Test
Customer email   [email protected]
And so on.
Is there a way to reformat the email instead of using the Tag_formsummary?

Ya it can be achieved by creating Adhoc Roles and Users.
Adhoc roles can be created through PL/SQL from database or they can be created from Applications using User Management Responsibility. If you use PL/SQL to create roles make sure you give all user names and role names in UPPER case.

My iPhone has double emails, but the Mac, MobilMe, iPad all have single emails.
This happened after installing Lion.
What should I do to get rid of the double emails. And stop receiving duplicate emails in the future.

what kind of email provider are you using? (gmail, yahoo, comcast) And check your mail settings to make sure mobile me didnt mess up and add your email twice.

Hi all....so i have set up my email to forward to my Yahoo mail, to be pushed to my Iphone. Everything works great, except that each email is sent twice to the phone. When i log into the Yahoo account.from a desktop...same thing there are two of each email in the inbox. Two emails are not being sent from the main account, i checked and also had the web host service check. Any ideas?

settings where?....the double emails appear on the yahoo site, host email shows only one message going out.

This is something you can not add at the moment. You can change the layout a bit of workflow notifications from the system but you can not change the subjects at this time to render a system tag like that.

Purchase Order - Approval Workflow - Automated EMail to Approvers & Vendors

Hi there,
We are on SAP ECC6.0 with ABAP Stack. That is we do not have Java or Net Weaver Components. There is a specific requirement to have Workflows set up in SAP ECC6.0. Here is the detailed requirement:
1. The Purchase Order in MM is created by the Creator of PO. At the time of saving of PO, an EMail must automatically go to the 'Approver'.
2. The Aprpover on receipt of the EMail must approve the PO and an EMail must automatically go to next level, if applicable as per Release Strategy (say amount is beyond some specified $).
3. The next level, assuming its last level, approves the PO. On Saving of the PO or on Clicking the Release button, an EMail must automatically go to:
     a. Vendor
     b. Creator of PO
     c. All set of Approvers
     d. Head of Department raising the PO
Based on all this, is it possible to set this up in Standard SAP ECC6.0 with some basic Customisation thru ABAP.
Or it is not possible to set up Workflows / Emails sending on click of Release button in our current version with ABAP stack (that is we do not have Net Weaver).
Whether the Workflows functionalities of SAP are expected to be procured separately?
