  • Integrate ECC with SRM Document Builder

    Hello SRM Guru,
    We have requirement in our client to Integrate ECC with Only SRM PPS Document Builder Component.
    Here is more detail:
    After creating PO in ECC , User should click some button in the PO Transaction that should launch the document
    builder Webdynpro where they can enter some more questioners then the PDF format or Word format contract will be generated then it should be attached in the PO in ECC.
    Client wanted to use only SRM document builder component. Could you please let me know the possible
    option to integrate ECC and Document Builder.
    Like how to open document builder webdynpro application form ECC and how to transfer PO details to Document Builder
    and finally how to attach the generated contract to PO in ECC.

    The upload type should be same, for ECC and SRM .. only the datasource need to be changed

  • ECCS timestamp of documents

    I'm looking at ECCS from a BW point of view.
    What I need to do is find a way of indicating the new entries in the ECCS summary table ECMCT.
    Do you know of a table which would have the key etc.
    Similar to the concept in FI where there is a document number and creation timestamp.
    Any ideas?

    I am currently working on the EC-CS module. As you have done the EC-CS extraction into BW , i have a question..... Wht is the datsource to extract the details/ Item of the EC-CS module.
    ECMCT is a totals table and ECMCA is Actuals table.
    3EC_CS_1A gets the data from ECMCT, but do you the datasource which extracts from ECMCA table.
    Our client wants to see the data in detail rather than the totals level.
    Please advice.

  • Link between Service Order / Confirmation in CRM and Purchase Order in ECC

    Hi all,
    Does anyone knows what the possible link is between a Service Order / Service Order Confirmation in CRM and a Purchase Order in ECC ? I heard that this could be found somewhere in the document flow of a Service Order ....
    How do we get the Purchase Order number from ECC in the Document flow section of an Service Order in CRM ?
    We need the PO number somehow to be able to create a Goods Received document in ECC from CRM.

    Hello Abjuh,
    As of CRM 4.0 (with Service Industry extensions), you can automatically create ECC Purchase Orders from a CRM service order.
    It is possible to track the status of the individual service order items with the document flow.

  • General Ledger view -Document

    Hi All
    We have implemented ECC 6.0 document splitting activated.In ECC 6.0 we can see General Ledger view  for how the document has split according Business Area for this necessary configurartion has been done.But while uploading the requierd Tranasport has not moved  while seeing the document we have find out that the request has not moved.Subsequently it has moved the document which has created after this showing General ledger view.without this view we cant see the Business area wise Balance sheet.Initial upload document have this problem.I would like to know how to retrive this general ledger view for initial document.Is any other program is there to retirve the view.

  • Not display billing document in R3, only display Sales Document

    Hello,
    We need to make a change on CRM. On CRM environment we have the document flow in the sales document. If we replicate the document to R3, in R3 we can see the sales document replicated and the document flow, for example, the billing document. We need to stop to some users to display the billing document in R3(only display the sales document replicated from CRM).
    Is there anyway to apply this possibility on CRM, because the replication to R3 is only with one user RFCUSER, could be possible to create another user like RFCUSER2 for example, with less authorizations in R3.
    We have been answered on this forum to to this:
    This you can achieve by creating one more RFC destination.
    Logon & Secruity Details for this RFC Destination should be
    Trusted System : Yes
    Logon : Select the Current User
    After saving this check for the Remote Logon, it should navigate to your ECC system with your current user.
    Next go to BD97
    Assign this new RFC destination as "Standard BAPI Destination".
    After this, when ever you navigate to ECC from CRM document flow, it will logon to ECC system with Current User.
    But where we can custimize all this requirements??

        You will perform this customization setting using two transaction codes BD97.
        Create RFC destination using SM59 transaction in CRM system.
        Assign this new RFC destination as "Standard BAPI Destination" in BD97 transaction. code Here assign this standard BADI destination to the ECCLogSystem. In BD97 you should see the logical destinations assigned to your CRM system.  If you wont see ECC Logical System in CRM, then maintain ECC logical system using ALE Configuration. This entry should exist in the table TBDLS of CRM System.

  • Sharing attachment documents (e.g. for P.O.) in extended classic scenario

    Dear SAP SRM gurus
    in the SAP SRM extended classic scenarios (rel. 7.0) attachments of Purchase Order can be viewed also in the backend SAP ECC 6.0  as per SAP Notes n. 1582690 and 1057932 . But I am not sure if attachments are phiysically transmitted from SAP SRM to ECC or only document url is passed even though, as per SAP note n.1357551 it seems that only url is passed.
    My customer wants to know if there is the possibility of not replicating them.
    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Hello,
    In extended classic scenario the attachments arent transferred to ECC as the source document is in SRM. The document in ECC is only a copy and it cant be modified also.
    If we have to transfer attachments, then probably implicit enhancements to standard logic might be needed.

    Fully approve and release the contract. It will trigger the XML Message.

  • How to add ECC Sales Orders to Interaction History?

    I have configured the Interaction History Profiles through IMG --> CRM --> IC WebClient --> Master Data --> Define Interaction History Profiles. In the profile, I added transaction type TA along with other custom transaction types. The new profile was assigned to the functional profile on the business role. However, I am unable to see any sales order history in the interaction history (but am able to see the other custom transaction types).
    I made similar configuration changes to the account fact sheet. Here I followed instructions from this blog: http://sites.google.com/site/rupeshpatil/tweets/addsalesordertoaccountfactsheet . I used transaction type TA for the search display. The account fact sheet is able to retrieve the ECC sales orders without any problems.
    I am also having the same issue with agent inbox search for sales orders, but this is not as critical.
    The ERP Sales Order Profiles have also been set up to use the ECC client with document types OR and TA, and have been assigned to the functional profile on the business role. IMG --> CRM --> IC WebClient --> Business Transaction --> ERP Sales Order --> Define Profiles for Sales Order

  • Article number is missing for a sales document in VBAP table compared to BW data.

    Hi,
    We are loading data from 2LIS_11_VAITM and 2LIS_11_V_SSL to 0SD_O01, when we execute a report based on this DSO we are getting Article number 2224859 (for example) for sales order 573345 (for example) but when we check in VBAP/VA03 for the same sales order/document (573345)  we don't have the Article Number.
    It is delta load to the DSO from the two datasources and will executed daily once.
    Please suggest me any one on this.

    I think there is no much more lookups. ( I don't have much knowledge in ABAP)
    I have checked in another tables also like VBFA VBAG VBAK, VBKD, VBUK and VBUP but in those tables I don't have Article (MATNR) field.
    One more Question.
    Can any one tell me how the Queued Delta mechanism will work.
    As of now I know that, when ever any changes have been done to the tables this will pickup the changes and move into LBWQ after that RSA7.
    My Question is, If some one has forcefully deleted one Article number from the table for a Sales Order then this Queued delta will pick that also?

    You can use  a substitution for populating the profit center in the vendor line. You can also use the user exits.
    Standard way in new GL is to use the Document Splitting featuire to populate the profit center in the vendor line based on other lines.
    If you are using BADI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST, here you can fill the profit center.

  • SRM 7.0: Classic Scenario no PO is created only PR is generated

    Hi Gurus,
    I am working on SRM 7.0 - Classic scenario.
    When a shopping cart is complete in terms of price, vendor (assigned) and other required data, item stays in transfer process.
    If a SC is incomplete a PR document is created in backend without a problem but when a complete SC is oredered, the status of shopping cart remains I1111 i.e. item in transfer process. I can see in table BBP_PDBEI, backend object type (BE_OBJECT_TYPE) is correctly selected as BUS2012 and the document number of PO is also correctly selected.
    This is the case even for the SC ordered using catalog materials.
    I have checked following configuration and it seems to be ok.
    1.  'Define objects in backend system's
    2. Number ranges definition in SRM and ECC
    3. Document type attribute -BSA in PPOMA_BBP
    Configuraiton wise everything seems to be, I tried to manually transfer the SC using FM  BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER but it does not change the status of SC it remains I1111
    RZ20 does not show any error for the SC with status I1111.
    Is there any sepcial FM to push the SC in SRM 7.0?
    Any help/tips would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    if it is 39 - you wil recive pr

    i am afraid , you stated that catalog sc stoo this problem but during debugging check what is the partne rfunction...
    there can be several reasons for creating PR instead of PO. Please see the FAQ note 1173815 for the possible reasons, and the guide for debugging under:

    You will need to work with Texts in SRM, There are multiple types of text types in SRM Application documents. You can map these text types from SRM document to ECC follow on documents so that these gets transmitted to all follow on documents for internal or external purposes and to the Vendor too if required.

  • Material problems and PO not created

    Hello,
    SRM Classic Scenario.
    We tried to create shopping cart with a material in ECC and in SRM (can be viewed in COMM_PRODUCT)
    SC is in Approved status but "Contains Errors" as well. Checked the  Backend Application Error > Alert Display in RZ20 (SRM side)
    Shopping cart 0010000387 (PReq. 0090000012): ME 060 No procurement defined for material 100-ABB 9015C
    For any other material only PR is created. Material number is not passed on to PR from catalog and PO is not created. Checked number ranges (SRM and ECC), back end document types, system type.
    Pls advise.
