Mm-fi error /critical
hi,
In the past-
Whenever Finished Goods receipt takes place (GR is made for FG), FG stock a/c is debited and Cost of Goods Manufactured is credited.
In the current mysap version-Consumption FG a/c is credited instead of Cost of Goods Manufactured.
Kindly clarify.
Thanks and Regards,
Mr. Coconut Guy,
Please check the OBYC transaction for the Key GBB_VAX/VAY.
I think that you have assigned the Consumption FG a/c to the GBB_VAX/VAY.
Please check and let me know.
Best Regards

Terminal login:PAM error: Critical error-immediate abort
I have previously posted this question under Tiger Forum, but have since discovered this Unix forum.
I do not have any understanding of Unix, but as described below have been forced to use Terminal due to a Printer Setup Utility error.
This is a copy of my original question:
Printer Setup Utility recently wiped of my selected printer (HP 2710) & when I attempt to add it again gives the error "server-error-service-unavailable."
Under Terminal Help there is a solution for this problem
(also @ http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107054),
however when I open terminal the follow error appears, "login:PAM error: Critical error-immediate abort."
I have no idea what this means or how I could fix it (& then hopefully my printer setup utility).
Thanks for any suggestionsHi Justin,
Where it's located (or should be) is in the directory 'pam.d' which is in the directory 'etc' on the boot drive '/'
Thus the path: /etc/pam.d/
The file is called 'login'
To see from the Finder:
Because the /etc directory is invisible in the Finder use 'Go to Folder…' from the 'Go' menu (commandshiftG) and type in the path to the directory, i.e. /etc/pam.d/
This will open the directory if it's there. The 'login' file will probably open in TextEdit for viewing.
To see from the Terminal:
Either cd (change directory) and list...
<pre>cd /etc/pam.d
ls</pre>
or just list without changing your working directory...
<pre>ls /etc/pam.d/</pre>
View the file in question with cat (concatenate and print)...
<pre>cat /etc/pam.d/login</pre>
or if you've changed your working directory, just...
<pre>cat login</pre> -
I am trying to install adobe photoshop and dreamweaver CS4 on my windows xp. But both of them during the loading of setup file returns the following error:
"Crtical errors were found in the setup. check the setup log file for details."
I checked the log file and found the following lines relevant to the error:

I don't what's the problem. many people have this problem but they had not found the relevant thing in the log file. With this information provided please tell me what to do????Download the clean u script for CS 4 fro the Adobe site you have to search for it.
Then try this, create a new user account and log in to this account and the try to install from there.
Since this ihe Mac forum I assume yu are on a Mac so if that fdoes not work try a safe boot and then install.
A Safe Boot is rebooting while holding down the shift key until you see the safe boot welcome screen.
then try to install.
Oops this is the illustrator forum cross platform sorry I do not know how to safe boot on the PC. -
Please help with Windows 7 x64 System error: Critical Kernel-power Event 41
I'm recieving this error while moving my laptop or working with it? Can someone help me to read memory dumps and to understand what causes this error please?
Where i can fount theese dump files? Can someone read them and is it possible to understand what is happening?
I have made full check of my memory and there are No errors I've also checked HDD with regenerator there are no errors too. but this not means that they can not be the problem. There is doubt about one of my HDD because when laptop is blocking there is bad
noise from HDD.
PS: There is another issue which is strange two of times when this happens the whole MBR was destroyed and the system refuses to boot ... only reboots. And i made bootrec /fixboot /fixmbr and this solve the problem ... I don't know is this connected with
system error, but i'm trying to give more details.
Thanks a lot.

ESS Time Sheet Entry Error - "critical error, data has been lost"
I tried saving his time sheet data on the ESS . I noticed that when I went back to check on the draft, Draft has no longer exists or had any information. When I tried to find the draft, I got the message "critical error, data has been lost"
Can any one help on this issue if faced.Hello,,
Are you able to enter time on the backend via Cat2, for example?
Please provide further details for the community to assist you.
Details like:
- Which ERP version are you running?
- Do I have any dumps or logs on ST22 and SLG1?
Thank you. -
Blue screen errors - critical updates - XP SP2 SP3 - device drivers
We initially had an internal program error on an XP program that caused it to quit running. We
started getting blue screen errors that I could not resolve.
(painfully) I reinstalled XP sp2 after:
removing the boot partition, ran delux tools (complete) with not errors, repartitioned boot camp
(the long way), reformated the windows partition, (long way).
I went back and forth getting the windows and apple updates after installing XP until it said I only
needed SP3, which I was not yet ready to go to.
I still got errors and crashes, even with no applications running except Norton antivirus (only).
I left the unit on over night and had 24 save dumps in the event viewer. I checked for win updates
again and express said only sp 3 was available. I decided tocheck for custom updates.
Custom told me there were 102 critical updates. I tried to install them. They all downloaded but
98 of them would not install.
I convinced myself I had done something wrong and repeated the process with the same result.
In that the updates would not install, did I really need them or was boot camp/windows misinformed?
I installed sp 3. (boot camp 2.1) Seems to be running OK but with some errors in the eventvwr and
some more crashes.
I compared with another unit and could not replicate the errors. The other unit (same setup) had two user accts. while my broken set up had one that came up right away with reboots.
I added a second user and the crashes (though not all eventvwr errors) went away. Is this another
boot camp/windows xp issue?
I wanted to know how to find which device drivers and which versions I am running. That seems to
relate more directly to blue screen errors if they return.
Thanks,
-umHi and welcome to Discussions,
sorry to hear about such a misery.
Sadly Windows XP does not offer such a 'list' of hardware components and associated drivers.
Only way is to use the Device Manager (from Control Panel - System - Hardware) and click through the components to find out which driver version is used.
On a personal sidenote: I would stay away from any kind of Norton products either in Windows and/or OS X.
Searching around in these Forum you will find numerous mentions of problems with Norton products running.
Good Luck

Installation Error, Critical Errors were found in Setup...
Hello,
I try to install CS4 Trial, but this Error pop up to beginn of the installation.
Redownloading doesnt help, also runnin cs4 cleaning scropt doesnt help, it correctly say "no data found" because i dont have any photoshop version or trial version at any time on my pc before now.
now i woould try this software, but it doesnt work...
i use win vista as adminYou have to install the software as Admin. Look on the folder on the desktop. Inside there are 2 files. Right click on the .exe file (installer) and choose run as Admin.
(Being logged in as Admin is not the same as running software as Admin)
Before you install: Also if you have Adobe reader installed, remove it. Turn off any anti-virus software and windows defender. -
Critical Error installing CS3 on Win7 64bit
Hi all,
I've combed through the forums and tried every fix that I've read, however nothing has worked. I've just been given a new work laptop with a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit Enterprise Edition running SP1. Full administrator privledges.
I am attempting to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 straight from the DVD, so no updates, patches, etc.
After running either the autorun or directly setup.exe within the Adobe CS3 folder, the Initializing Adobe Photoshop CS3 bar makes it between 80-90% before jumping to the Loading Setup screen where I'm presented with the error, "Critical errors were found in setup. Please see the Setup log file for details."
OK, the support pages have had me look for "FATAL" (case sensitive) within the setup log. It appears on the very last line of the 80 mb text file. Here's the surrounding elements:
loading page "installationProgress" from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\2ac78060bc5856b0c1cf873bb919b58\resources\pages\installationProgre ss\installationProgress.js
updating path to Win32

4 GB RAM
Adobe Reader and Acrobat are also installed, however Acrobat was installed well after I began receiving this error. I haven't tried running it with Reader completely uninstalled. You do know that it's not supported to run Photoshop CS3 on Windows 7, right?
That said, it should be possible to make it work.
Have you tried running the installer As Administrator? UAC doesn't actually GIVE you administrative privileges unless you specifically escalate the installation. Complete unawareness of UAC is one of the reasons Adobe doesn't support running Photoshop CS3 on Windows 7.
If you're saddled with problems running older applications on Windows 7 and really need the compatibility vs. the dubious added protection UAC provides, there is a way to turn UAC off. But I suggest you read about UAC and fully understand what it does before taking that route.

SaiHi,
You need to maintain entry in table T7XSS_SER_RFW for XSS_HR_IN_F16.
You should maintain entry as follows:
Applid classname
XSS_HR_IN_F16 CL_HRXSS_IN_F16
This table value is delivered in standard delivery. Because the delivery class is E "Control table, SAP and customer have separate key areas" Kindly compare in your client 000.
You need to maintain this entry because all applications based on the Generic Reporting Tool (GRT) require a unique application ID. Every application has a class that implements the IF_HRXSS_SER_RFW interface
and controls the back-end logic.
To maintain the entry you can proceed through IMG as follows-> SPRO-> Personnel Management-> Employee Self Service-> General Settings-> Generic Reporting tool(GRT)-> Assign Application ID to application class->
I hope this information will help in resolving the issue.

How to change java error message in transaction page?
Hi experts,
I want to ask, how to change ess critical error message to a user friendly message?
the message appear because of user exit that we used on the back end.
so here's the case:
we use user exit of travel management to check end date of trip maximum is 2week from now.
the user exit run correctly,
but, the problem is it(error message) is appear in a new page. (and we can't undo or go back to the transaction page)
how to make it appear in the transaction page? so the employee could easily change the date without input the transaction again from beginning?
thanks.here is the error

KartheekThis statement should be prominently displayed in this and all similar forums, but the best advice I can give anyone here is that if you're struggling with a problem for several DAYS, not to mention weeks, and the only resource you've used is this forum, you should file a support request with Oracle right now. That is one of the most important skills you will need to use WebLogic effectively.

Can anybody pls guide me to solve this erro.
Thanks,
KartheekYou probably changed your system password in the console?
Look for your boot.properties file in the following location:
[domain]\servers\[server]\security
change the following line:
password={3DES}Ytm72Oh4zE0bsptrYn13Xw==
to:
password=mynewpassword
WebLogic Server will encrypt the password on the next boot, and your problem should be resolved. -
