May I ask how can I execute two reports showing:
a) open POs with IR but no GR
b) open POs with IR and partial GR

thanks for your prompt reply. i've tried following your suggestion. however, i found that the choosing both (REHNUNG and WE101), the system displays ALL OPEN POs AND POs with OPEN invoices.
i would need a report that displays ALL OPEN POs WITH INVOICE (Open POs with IR).
it seems that multiple selection in ME2N only satisfies the condition "AND", and not "WITH".
any further ideas?

Report of POs with GR but no IR

Hello,
I need to run a report of all open POs for a range of Vendors with GR but no IR.
Is there a standard report I can use? Or which table can I run a query on?

Hi Pratibha
First get all the POs using open invoice, then u get a list of POs with no invoice and it is possible that for some of them GR is not there, so just copy them in a spreadsheet(ur local copy) and then again go to this report enter selected POs(copied from ur local copy) again document number field(Use multiple selection) and finally select selection parameter as No GR exists.this way you get POs with no ivoice and no GR.

I can't open .xml files from a CD using firefox. They open OK with IP, but not Firefox.

the .xml files are on a cd, when using MS Internet Explorer they open OK, with Firefox set as defasult browser I get a message saying unable to open <filename>

I've compaired two machines that have had this issue. One I fixed by simply reinstalling v9.3.3 off the Adobe Site. Once fixed I compaired the Registry Settings to the one that was still broken. I found that a registry setting was missing in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat. All you have to do is right click on Acrobat, select NEW --> KEY, and call it EXE. Select the newly created folder, and in the right pane, right click, select NEW --> STRING VALUE. Double click the newly created string and under the Value Data: copy and paste the following line including the qoutations. "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" Once you are complete, close IE and reopen it and try and open a Adobe Reader File.
If you want the easier method you can also copy and paste the following code into WordPad and just change the file extention to .REG
Then all you have to do is double click the file and it will insert it into the registry automatically.

have a scenario, where when we create a delivery for certain customers, quantity should be blcoked, but not batchwise. whenever stock comes on that particultar delivery date, delivery should pick up the stocks. Pls help........

have created a batch strategy based on customer gp/material: when delivery is created no batch gets displayed, user can select the batch when PGI has to be done. In this scenario, if stock gets blocked when delivery is created, but without batch which one will it allocate.
let me clearly state my problem. user needs to create delivery and block the stock without batch. If he blocks 10 kg(without batch) on 20.11 and he wants to do PGI on 27.11 ( 10 kg shud be blocked till 27.11) , if material of batch bb1 is available on 27.11, then 10 kg of bb1 shud be selected and pgi done...............

Background music is lost when opening pps with keynote

When I get an email pps with music. I'm able to open it with keynote, but unfortunately I lose the background music.
How can I fix this problem ?

What format is the music in? If it's some Windows only format, then it won't play in Keynote.

Open links with an app

I have a Samsung S3, Android version 4.1.2 and using Firefox 25.
When I was using the default Internet app, every time I clicked on a youtube or play store link, it would ask me what program I would like to open it with.
But when I do the same in Firefox, it goes to the mobile site automatically. Can I change this?

I have a mac air and an iMac and both have Pages. I use Pages on my air and save all documents to iCloud. I can see them on my iMac but it won't open with Pages. It becomes visible if I change it to open with preview but I can't interact with it.

I also have an iPhone 6 and an iPadair2 but I would be happy just to have the iMac and macair sync for starters. I have folders within folders in my documents,. The folders which contain pdf's and individual files open OK . The one I am having difficulty with is the file which I use for ongoing correspondence - in other words it is quite long - I keep adding to it ( by copying letters in and letters out so I can see a sequential history of what has been going on by scrolling down ) in date order so that it could be 1 - 100 pages long - but I don't think the size is a problem. I don't understand why some folders can open and others not . Has anyone any suggestions please. I have been trying to get this to work for months since iCloud drive came in. It has got much better but it is still not good enough - or maybe it's me?

All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

I suspect if you're trying to open a file in 08 that's been opened in 09 the file has been updated to 09 and will not open in 08.

Yup, it was uploaded to our school Wiki as a PDF, and Pages did open it. I was then able to move it to iBooks, but I'd rather avoid the extra steps.

We are in a phase of data migration from 11i to R12
I was discussed with client & they wants extraction of all open POs which was generated after 01 Jan 2014 to till date in 11i.
Condition for open POs is PO qty-received qty=>0
critical Example for open PO is :PO no: 10 has 4 lines, 3lines full qty has been received & for 1 line partial qty(say 50 out of 100) received.
in this case he wants in R12 uploading as PO no:10 should entered as open PO with all 4lines & 3 lines complete receipt should be done, for 4th line partial qty i.e 50 should be received.
the question is if we upload on hand qty first, then open POs & receipts, it will increase the onhand qty in new system(mismatch of on hand qty's 11i to R12)
Is it possible to do the onhand qty upload with over riding of all receipts which uploaded against Open PO lines.
Or Please advice best solution.
