MM-SUS CONTRACT

Hi,
I am changing the contract with the new message output type and retrigger the idoc. The problem is the contract is not getting replicated to SRM System.
Please let me know how to find the error in this case(We are connecting to a PI system between R/3 and SRM)

I have created a contract in R/3 and i am not sure which table it gets stored in SRM...In R/3 it stores in EKKO table but where does it store in SRM i mean table name.

Mohammad,
CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_H tables stores the Header and Item level information of SRM Application Documents. Object TYpe will differentiate the same for Contracts.
For other data in the Contracts like Account Assignment, BE Document etc, Go to BBP_PD transaction , open any document in that transaction , go to various sections at header and item level and all the details of the Contract will be displayed in various sections for different Contracts.

Follow all the steps given in SRM 4.0 config gidue(plan driven procurement) to set up, make sure all the PI configuration is done.
Following use PI path for replciating the documents from ECC to SUS and vice versa: PO and Service confiramtion rest of them are still on IDOC.
To enable replication of PO and service confiramtion follwoing workflow need to enabled in SWETYPV:
BO BOR object type BUS2012(PO) CHANGED WS3800008
BO BOR object type BUS2012(PO) CREATED WS3800008
Limitation is only free limit PO are replicated to SUS, contract limit and Overall limit is not supported.

Does it cover the IDSM-2 licensing and the signature updates ?

"CON-SUSA" contract will allow you to update the signature to the latest signature pack.

Does SRM SUS support contract negotiation from supplier point of view?

Dear experts,
could you please share your view on whether SRM sus support contract handling? can a supplier monitor contract fulfillment or potential expiry of a contract from SRM SUS side? can supplier take part in contract re negotiation from SUS side?
As far as I know, SRM 7.01 supports scheduling agreement release in SRM SUS.
Your thoughts will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Then, can we enable our suppliers to monitor contract from Supplier Portal in the SRM server itself like the way Suppliers can participate in the bidding in the SRM server? Any thoughts or input will be highly appreciated as my client wants to enable suppliers to monitor expiry of the contracts from their side.

Archiving SRM EBP and SUS Data at End of Contract Period

Hi Team,
We are implementation SRM EBP and SUS solution to one of our Customer.
Below is our Landscape Details
SRM 7.01 SP09
Portal 7.3
SP08
MDM 7.1 SP07
We have deployed all the application in our Data Center and customer have signed a 5 contract to use the solution. At the end
of the 5 years, if the customer wants to move to other solution, they the want the master and all SRM related datas to be archived and copied in
a media, where they can retain for 7 years.
Please confirm how this can be achived the SRM solution

I believe supplier can see their release values of contract.
i think it must connect with BW reports
SUS-BW combinations
I believe your requirement is to create a contract in SRM or ECC and want to transfer to Suppliers right.
we can send via email/fax/ print.
but for eg. for PO -supplier action is required like ASN/POR/GR and INV.
but in contract no information can perform by the supplier on contract. Just supplier has to monitor to release value in the contract and call for negotiate to renew the contract.

SRM 7.0, PO details are not getting populated in Contract History Tab

Hello Folks,
I am stuck with an issue and would need your help regarding that.
Scenario: (Extended Classic Scenario) SRM version 7
A catagory Contract is created.
Shopping cart created with Contract as the source of supply.
Once the SC is approved PO is generated.
Now if we open the contract and view the History tab, under Tracking PO details should appear.
However we are not getting any details of the PO in the Contract. Could you please suggest where to look, to resolve this issue.

Since we are in SRM 7.0 ECC 6.04 Ehp 4, with PI 7.11 + ROS and no SUS.
doent the system uses ESOA Service for PO replication.
We did CCTR / CPPR scenarios too. Both are sucessful.
Do we need to impl BADI PUR_SE_PO_INTERFACE_OUT_SELECT
But thats for Service hierarchy and Service POs - We dont have Service hierarchy or SUS in our SLD.
IF PO replication also uses PI, what configuration do i need to do?

BU_RELNR error while transferring a vendor from EBP to SUS

Hi experts,
We have EBP on one client and SUS on abother client on the same server. SRM 5.0 and (srm server 5.5) and XI 7.0 (PI). We could succesfully import the scenario of service procurement with supplier enablement and we are going with Extended classic scenario.
All the XI settings are done properly and we could send the vendors from EBP to XI. there is a problem in the inbound XML messages when it is creating a BP in SUS. The no. ranges are maintained properly in SUS and the No. range Grouping done si fine.
01) We have an error in the SUS in the SXI monitor telling that:
We found the BU_RELNR in the table NRIV is set as external and there is no table maint. for this. We cannot uncheck external indicator.

02) We are not using the bidding functionality in EBP as we are going with e-sourcing. Hence, we will have to replicate vendors from R/3 to EBP. We set the standard communication as XML/XI and make as a portal vendor in EBP in manage business partners in the web transaction. Do we need to create contact persons in EBP and then transfer to SUS? Will it send an automatic mail regarding the login details to the user?
03) Or do we need to create contact persons in SUS. Will it send an e-mail to the vendors from SUS?

The issue to which you have replied is to do with the namespace in XI mappings. The standard content seems to have a bug when it got imported into the configuration.
Coming to the e-sourcing, SAP is giving phase wise integration with ECC and SRM. The roadmap is already SAP has delivered the xi content for E-sourcing to ECC for the master data like Material masters and vendor masters. In general, E-sourcing is a hosted application till now. But, there is an exception for us to have it hosted by ourselves. There are few integration issues in this. But, it is working fine now. Only thing is you need to send the company codes, p orgs, p groups etc... 17 objects I guess before transferring the material master and vendor master from ECC to E-sourcing.
Then, e-sourcing to ECC integration for contracts push, SAP is moving towards ramp-up. This will take some time to have the GA.
Finally, e-sourcing to SRM integration, it will happen (?????????? lot of question marks) in SRM 7.0. Right now, we are planning to have a customer interface from e-sourcing to SRM.

Use of cFolders can be one of the option, which version you are working on.
SRM supports integration with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) cFolders 2.0 or higher. Once SAP PLM cFolders has been installed, purchasers can create a folder there to store information and share it with potential suppliers.

Contracted software downloads

I have been trying to download Solaris 10 6/06 from the contracted downloads site for days now. No luck. Even using the Sun download manager I cannot manage a connection. I thought it might be worth proving that my network connection wasn't the issue. Since I have an Ultra 20 and am paying for the support for 3 years, I thought I'd look at the alternaitve operating systems: SuSE Enterprise Linux, RedHat Enterprise, and the 64bit Windows XP. Great news! I've been able to download all three in the time it has taken Sun's download site to continue to fail. What's the difference between Sun's site, and the windows and linux sites? Sun's the one I already paid for.
Anyone else seeing this? I know I sound sarcastic here, but really I think this is just sad.

I recommend that you download the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from Microsoft and run it to see if it is worth the effort of finding drivers.
The most recent Windows operating system that drivers is available for on the HP servers is Windows Vista. Some of the drivers may be run in compatibility mode to allow them to work in Windows 7.
That means that you will have to use a utility to see what chipset is installed and then which LAN networking device and which graphics solution is installed. Utilities like CPU-z and Speccy will tell you what hardware is installed and more.
You are going to have to do the legwork on this. I have supplied you with the utilities you need to get the information required to get started. Once you have the information use Google and Bing to find the Windows 7 drivers at the individual device manufacturers websites.

Display Contract Times Out

Hi,
We are currently upgrading to SRM 5.0, SP6.
When I log in as a purchaser, and click on display contract under sourcing it takes some time to load and times out thereafter.
I am able to access the GUI frontend using transaction BBP_CTR_MAIN, it also takes some time to run but does eventually display the contracts screen.
Any help would be appreciated,

Is there some way to see only contracts that belong to a specific vendor? I need to do a link that allow to see only contracts from an specific vendor.

Hello Lauren, the problem is not that. Sorry if I don´t explain very well the problem.
I have a link between SUS and SRM to see all contracts.
This link calls internet service bbp_ctr_searcc (I need to see GOA documents). But when I call it, I have a list for all contracts created in SRM and I need to show only those that link with vendor that is clicking SUS link
Can I do that?

SUS Invoicing in EBP-SUS Scenario

Hello SRM Gurus,
Due to various business process we will be deploying ECS SRM with EBP-SUS scenario. We have strong requirement to provide PO invoice and non PO invoices ( eg utilities) via SUS. I know EBP-SUS scenario is limited to POR, I would apprecite if anyone has implemented invoicing in SUS as people tell me it is technically possible. If so, please share information.

Error in Replication of SRM PO change to SUS

Hello Everyone,
We are using SRM 5.0 with extended classic scenario.
We create the PO in SRM and then we transfer this PO to SUS. For the first time it is working fine but anytime you make a change to it the change does not transmit to the SUS portal. Usually we make a change in price.
This is not happening with every PO but only PO's with certain type of contract .
So for this issue what should I do?
