MM02 Select View option releated

I would like to confirm my understanding regarding MM02 Select View popup screen where we get list of views like Basic data1, MRP 1, etc.
Is this views are only controlled in OMS2 and OMT3E for one particular material type?
Is there anyway where we can restrict these number of views to any specific user, if this can be done how these can be restricted?

Hi,
1) control though spro
You can control the view through Logistics general--> Material master >Configuring material master> User setting.
Here you can select the User name & then select the view selection--> list of screen.
you can select the which you want control
2) better control form authorization object
restrict by authorization object:
M_MATE_STA ( for particular view authorization )
M_MATE_MAR with ( for particular material type authorization)

Hello,
I have a requirement to add a field onto the standard selection of the program PC00_M99_CWTR.
The field I need to add is PA0031-RFP01 (Reference personnel number). Can this be added??
I have been told that I can add this field to the dynamic selection screen by changing the fields
behind the logical database PNP. However, when I go into SE36 and enter the SELECTION VIEWS
option choose PNP and SAP STANDARD to display the system replies with 'The selection view does
not exist' ?????
How can I add fields when I can't see the SAP standard one to copy from.
Or should I be changing the reporting category.
Any help much appreciated.

Just wanted to know if it was possible or not. Sometimes with SAP it says you can do
something to the SAP standard and then you have to go and create a custom copy
having spent many hours in the first place!!

ITunes View Options- No Ringtones!

I would like to put some different ringtones on my new iphone, so I searched the apple site, and was instructed: "If you do not see the bell icon on any songs, choose View > View Options, and make sure the Ringtone checkbox is checked."
Now I've gone in to itunes, selected View Options from the View menu, and looked very hard for that Ringtone checkbox, but there is none! I checked for a software update, and my system tells me I'm up to date; so now what? I've searched a few dozen pages here, but frankly don't have the patience to sift through the hundreds of pages of threads... I hope someone can help!

I have MacBook Pro and Mac Pro.
I live in UK. I could not find "Ringtone" from View option.
Then I checked my MacBook Pro, it has Ringtone view option that I can see.
Both Mac are iTune 7.7.1.
I checked carefully, both same but my MacBook can not see the select option for to tick Ringtone.
Then I l Sign out for iTune store, then I could tick Ringtone from view option, then I sign in again.
So I have now "Ringtone" in view.

Permanently Set View Options

Greetings. I'm looking ease a minor frustration that occurs when using ARD 3.3.2. In the app, I have a number of scanners, each representing a specific range of IP addresses. When viewing any one scanner, I like to customize the view options to see only: Computer Name, IP Address, Current User, User Status and Current Application. However, once these preferences are set for each scanner and I quit ARD, the View Options are then reset to Default when relaunching. Is this considered standard operation? The issue persists beyond complete reinstalls of ARD. Thanks.

I think I have found the fix for this problem. I thought there was only one way to change your Remote Desktop view options by selecting View from the Menu Bar and then selecting View Options. There is another way and your selections stay. In the Remote Desktop window Control Click on the header bar of the columns that has the Name, IP Address, Mac OS Version, ARD Version, etc and in the box that pops up you can put a check mark next to or remove the check mark from columns you don't want listed. I've quit ARD and re-opened it and the list of columns I want to show is staying. It's not defaulting back to the default view setting.

ITunes view options dialog missing

Hello, brand new Macbbok 13.3. When I select "View Options" in menu, or ⌘J, the View label flashes blue, but no dialog appears.

I was having a similar problem, and it turned out it had to do with how I set up my external monitor with my MacBook Pro. Specifically, when I had set up the external monitor to hold the menu bar, the iTunes View Options dialog box would not appear. When I moved the menu bar back to the laptop screen, I was then able to see the dialog box. If you're using an external monitor, double check the menu bar placement under the Arrangement tab of the Displays System Preferences.

ITunes view options

Hello, I have my Itunes library on my Imac and I stream it onto my Macbook pro. On my Macbook I have altered the column view to show last played and number of plays as well as song, artist, album, which is the same as on my Imac. The probem I am having is everytime I open Itunes on my Macbook the columns have changed. Last played has gone and Genre and Rating have appeared. Any idea how to lock the columns?

In the iTunes 7, each item you select to "View options" for will affect that item.
So when you select "View options", on the window that opens, what is listed in the upper left, your iPod, music?

DJ1970, Unfortunately no. iTunes does not have the key in the database.
People who want to know the key of a song can use (unless they already have perfect pitch!) key detection software such as Mixmeister.
Once you know the key, iTunes does not even have a field to store it, although you could stick it into Comments or some other unused text field such as Grouping. These fields are indeed viewable in iTunes.

Hi,
use this Function module <b>SELECTION_VIEWS_FIND</b> to find the view position.
This One of functional modules for those who still has to use BDC for Material Master transactions (MM01 and MM02). Allows to determine line number for desired view in the "Select View(s)" window, to prepare BDC for the view access
Find the positon of the View based on this function module and write the code to select that perticular view.

Please go to SM30 and enter the table USRM1. There you can control the user departments for the users and check the required filed " View selection on request" field name : -ASCHL.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
*Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize"
*Check that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette in the customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
*If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up

    I m creating one bdc for tcode mm02 ,in this bdc i want to select only one view
    QUALITY MANAGMENT but when i run bdc ,bdc select another view that r not
    required . In our select view list required QUALITY MANAGMENT comes
   after scrolling 3 times. so plz provide me solution .

when u rcording u will get a screen no , before scrolling to next page for views.
press page down once , press enter
press page down second time , press enter
press page down third time , press enter
select your required view .
after record completion ,
insert the screen no statement perform ,,,,,,,
before every page down ( for view )statement   in your bdc report .

Itunes view options no (song key) selection

As a music producer I would love if the staff at itunes could create a (music key) option under the view options?
Has anyone heard if this will at any stage be added?

Year/Annual planning/view option in iCal

I would like to find a way to print a Year/Annual planning/view option in iCal, but I could not figure out a way to do it.
Does anybody knows how to do do it?
If it is not possible, can anyone recommend a script/plugin to achieve it? Or another software that can import iCal calendars and then print Year/Annual planning/view?

Me too! Please please someone reply to this request! This is a vital option that needs to be made available as a view AND print option.
Some small improvements to the print dialogo window would also be appreciated:
I think it would be more efficient if the calendars/subscriptions to print were all OFF by default: I would imagine it is more often the times you are printing a selected calendar, rather than all of them together.
The frame containing the calendars also needs to be expandable making them all visible at a glance. Scrolling through lists in a dialog is a no-no (or for Windoze).

View option in bi publisher 11g

Hey,
There is a bi publisher report embedded in obiee dashboard page.There are several view options in the report.When we try to view the report as excel or rtf it gives a pop up to either open or save.It acts more or less same as Export to Excel/rtf option.
Is there any option to make them viewable in the same window .Is this a tool limitation?.
