MMC not showing J2ee process table

Dear Gurus,
I installed ECC 6.0 SR3(ABAP+JAVA) Development and Quality on the same server windows 2003 operating systems.
in MMC it is showing only development system J2ee process table it is not showing the quality system
J2ee process table.
Can any body give the solution for this.

Hi All,
Inside my SAP server MMC i am not getting J2EE process table and ICM also. how ever it was available till yesterday. today morning i restart SAP server and it is not found there. However Java process are running in JCMON, SDM is working with NWDS.
Also MMC is set in expert mode.

I am unable to see J2ee Process in SAP MMC.
There is long running job (OCS_Import_queue) is going on from last 40 hours, i have terminated that job, update the statistics of database and restart SAP server, after that it's not showing the J2ee process and even also my dispatcher is not connecting with message server.
Kernel detail are as follows:
disp+work information
OS = Win2003
Datbase = Oracle 10
kernel release                701
kernel make variant           701_REL
patch number                  23
Kindly give me the solution, how to get resolve this issue, as i need to again start the saint import.

It's hard to say without seeing the code for TreeTable. But they probably have something like an addNode mothod for the TreeTableNode which will take care of all the updates for you. If you want to do it youself, you will probably have to get the data Model (tree.getModel()???)behind the TreeTable and use one of the fire... methods on it like fireRowChanged(???) or fireTableChanged(???). I would suspect Sun would do it this way.

J2EE Process Table not in MMC

Hello All,
I just installed Solution Manager 4.0 SR2, Windows SQL 2005.
Install went ok, however I am not able to see the J2EE process table in the MMC. I can see the services running using jcmon.exe, just wanted to know if anyone knows of how to get that view, its convenient.

1) Goto <b>usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run\sapstartsrv.exe</b>
2) Click on <b>sapstartsrv.exe</b>
Specify SID, Instance number, J2EE profile path and click on ok.
Then you can be able to see java instance details in MMC.

Hi,
I have seen this before. After installation is succesful, please stop sap via MMC and reboot the server.
After rebooting the server you will see J2EE process table in MMC.
Please try.

Server0-Swiched off ---J2ee server
Why SDM server & server0 are swiched off & dispacher is disabled in the Debug mode??When we need to enable it??

OSX preview not showing acrobat-created table of contents

I built a nice pdf bookmark tree/table of contents in Acrobat Pro. This has worked fine in the past. However oddly on this occasion while the table of contents looks fine in Acrobat, it does not show up in Preview. It's a 90 page doc assembled from MS Visio.
What's going on?

I'm running into a similar problem. In my case, I'm trying to add some bookmarks into an existing document using PdfBox 0.7.3. The original document was created with FOP 0.9.5 and Preview displays the bookmarks just fine. But after having added some bookmarks, Preview no longer shows any bookmarks!?
Oddly, Gnome Evince 2.22.2 and Windows Acrobat Reader 9.1.1 have absolutely no problems with the modified document. It might still be a problem with PdfBox, but then I would expect other viewers to fail as well.
If anybody has any ideas, I would very much welcome your feedback. Thanks!

Activity monitor is not showing any processes - why?

I have a new MBP which seems to get really hot for no reason. The CPU temperature is at 68-70°C constantly and I only have mail and firefox running. I opened the activity monitor to see what is taking so much effort and it is not showing me anything. Not a single process is listed. What am I doing wrong?

Has this been the case since you bought the computer
or did it once work? Is the computer quite new?
Have you made any changes to the original installed
software such as updates, installation of
third-party software, etc.?
The computer is brand new (bought it in December) and I don't think it ever worked.
Here are two things you might try:
A. Boot into safe mode. Does Activity Monitor work?
Tried it, didn't work.
B. Create a new temporary user account. Log into
that account. Does Activity Monitor work?
Did that. The activity monitor wouldn't work in the test account either.
On the off chance your copy of Activity Monitor is
corrupted you can replace it with a fresh one as
follows:
Restoring Lost OS X
Files
If you erase or otherwise "lose" an OS X system
application or utility (such as Mail or Disk Utility,
for example) you can restore them without having to
reinstall OS X.
Download the shareware utility Pacifist.
Read the documentation. Use Pacifist to extract a
fresh copy of the missing application from the file
archives on your OS X Installer disc. The file
archives are usually found on the installer disc in
the /System/Installations/ folder.
After restoring the application you need to reinstall
the OS X Combo Updater for the version of OS X you
currently have installed. This assures the new copy
of the application is updated to the current
version.
Lastly, it's a good idea to repair permissions.
Well, I downloaded Pacifist and replaced activity monitor and that finally did it. Thank you so much for that suggestion. I spend nearly two hours on the phone with Apple support this morning and they gave up on it. The only useful thing they could contribute is that the problem was probably created when I migrated everything from my PB to the new MBP. Anyways, problem solved. Thank you thank you thank you!

Activity Monitor not showing any processes

Hello all, my activity monitor opens as it should, the bottom section works as it should, but the Processes list fails to appear, not matter which list I choose to show (My Processes, All Processes, etc.)
Here's what I've done:
- Booted from install disk and completed a permissions repair.
- Booted from install disk and completed a disk repair.
- Restarted the computer.
- Slept on it.
Nothing has worked; any ideas?

Delete the word "Local" from the search field in Activity Monitor's tool bar: click the (X) next to "Local" in the search field and all should be well. There are no processes matching that search term, hence none are shown!

J2EE Process Table Server0 J2EE server status is not started

Dear Experts,
When I open J2EE Enging Visual Administrator and choose default connection as usual, I am getting an error "Unable to lookup connection default
http://<server>:8101/msgserver/text/logon returned empty list of connection parameters"
I have checked in sapmmc and found that server0 status is "stopped" and disp+work.EXE in Process List is showing status "Running, Message Server connection ok, Dialog Queue time: 0.00 sec, J2EE some processes running".
I have checked server0 log file and this is part of error.
"com.sap.engine.core.thread.impl5.SingleThread.run(SingleThread.java:150)
Caused by: com.sap.security.api.UMException: Cannot find first configured anonymous user: J2EE_GUEST: USER_AUTH_FAILED: User account for logonid "J2EE_GUEST" not found!"
This problem has been occurred after I have accidentally changed the computer name.
I found many threads in sap commutinity that posted the problem seemed like my problem, and I followed the steps to solve but I am still getting this problem.
Right now the Basis guy helps me on this, but has not get the answer yet.
Any suggestions and information would be appriciate.

Hi,
check the SAPJSF User which is Communication User between Abap and Java Stack and there password must be synchronized between Abap and java.
Open Config Tool and go to cluster-data -> Global Server
Configuration->Sevices->com.sap.security.ume.service.
Select the property ume.r3.connection.master.passwd
and setup the proper password there.
Save the changes.

Crystal report not showing all the table in SAP CRM

I am connecting crystal report 2008 using open sql connectivity (SAP table, cluster or Function ) with SAP CRM system. It is showing some of custom tables under "DD" but not all.
Wanted to understand what setting make a new custom table (transparent) to show under DD in SAP table, cluster or function connection

BPM 11g Workspace Audit Trail not showing Sub process inner activities

Hi all,
I have been developing some BPM Process in JDev 11.1.1.5 and have deployed them in BPM Suite 11.1.1.5 over Windows Server 2003. I've found the following and would like to hear your opinion:
1- The Process audit trail in BPM 11g Workspace shows the activities of the process but the Sub-Process call activity appears as just a single activity and you can not see the inner activities of the sub-process... making impossible to track the sub-process.
2- In the EM Instance trail you can track the subprocess activities, but they appear wrong; diffrent names, diferente types (ex: interactive activity shown as service call)..etc..
Are these known issues? is this the expected behaviour? Is it just some configuration I missed?

For anyone with the same question, I got this from Oracle support about both questions:
1- I checked with our Engineering team and regarding the expanding of the subprocess activity , it is planned to be released in 12g. So right now , it is a work in progress feature being addressed by our developers.
2- Thanks a lot. I have reported a bug 12909848 to our Engineering team. You can track the status of the bug from the SR.

IView Appraisal Document not showing customer process step names.

the iView "Appraisal Document", after pressing the pushbutton to move to the next process step, shows the text
"status changed to 'In Review'" in the info area of the iView.
we have changed the names of the standard process steps using IMG "Define Tabs and Process Configuration for Template"
for instance we renamed "In Review" to "Progress Tracking".
the issue is the iView "Appraisal Document" still shows "status changed to 'In Review'" instead of showing "status changed to 'Progress Tacking'".
note: the names of the steps in the roadmap (on top of the iView) show correctly, it is just that the state transitions "Status changed to..." the names of steps show standard instead of customer steps.
any idea why?

Hi,
My first advice would be to talk to customer out of this.
As a client using SAP you're using standard software which has predefined 'names' for certain things. The names of appraisal - statuses is one of them.
(I've never seen a client wanting to adopt the names of menu texts in Microsoft Office and personally I don't seen the difference. Of course, it will take some time for the client to get used to the new names but in a year or two, everybody is used to those terms).
If you don't succeed, there's no need to change programs. You'll need to change the values of the standard SAP - domain mentioed before.

Subject: Why Restricting Calendar Year/Month Does not show some process cha

I am struggling to figure to how to debug BEX queries. I am on BI 7.0.
I am developing a query on 0TC_C21.
1.     I want output like:
Process Chain Id:   Average Duration
When I run this query for an interval on 0CALMONTH (01.2009 u2013 12.2009), I get all the
Process chains executed and their average duration.
2.     Now I want to see Average Duration for each month. I simply put 0CALMONTH on top of the key figure Avg Duration. I now do see
Process Chain Id:   Avg Duration 01/2009 Avg Duration 02/2009 u2026. Avg Durtaion 08.2009
But problem is only some process chains are shown. Why? In the output, I do see for some process chains there is no Avg Duration, e.g. in 01/2009 because process chain was never run.
So, I do not understand why some process chains are not being shown.
I know for sure that process chains not being shown were run in 08.2009.
Appreciate any feedbacks, in particular how to debug this problem.

Jdeveloper does not show sequence and table name in dB navigator.

I have a table and sequence.I need to map sequence to this table.
But i don't see this table and sequence in jdeveloper DB navigator under my connection.Why is this happening?

Incase if you are not the owner of the table, why don't you look under synonyms/views as well. Also double check you database connection to see if it is pointing to right database server (i.e. DEV or TEST) sometime you may overlook them as well.
To double check this, connect from any other sql client tools like toad and see if you are seeing those database objects in the desired location, if not then you are looking in wrong location.
