MMS will not be available until later this summer in USA
It looks like many were caught off guard by not being able to use the MMS. I thought that was common knowledge by now that it's not going to be available in the USA until later this summer, even for those getting the new 3G S. There are already a couple of threads about this. It's not available yet, we have to deal with it. Keep using the email instead. It sends bigger pictures that way anyway.
It amazes me that people don't bother to find out what they are getting when they upgrade, then complain when they find out that they can't use a feature that has been stated over and over in every spot in adverts, and online, wont be available for either their iPhone model, or from their provider.
I've read over and over today people with 2G and 3G phones complaining that they can't get video to work - Every single spot that has any info about video states in overly simple, plain text that this is ONLY a 3GS option.
Please refrain from complaining about the lack of a certain feature or option, as if you're surprised it isn't there, until you know if your hardware/service provider supports it.

THEY SHOULD BE RELEASED AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!! THAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!!!!!
Apple can contact me and I will proudly pay for one. But making me wait a month for an unlocked one, puts AT&T, Sprint & Verizon's interests before mine, and that is not right, for it is MY money that keeps you guys in business, so my best interests should come first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I understand your frustration, but when any form of rationing is required you have to prioritise. The number of unlocked vs packaged phones will be quite small and the number of unlocked buyers wishing to upgrade immediately will be smaller still. Against this you have the corporations sharing $billions between them.
It would, you're correct, have been fairer to release all at the same time, but fairer doesn't come into it: it's business. -
I have upgraded my iMac to Yosemite but now my two Canon Printers no longer print from Photoshop CS6. I have upgraded the drivers. All other applications including Lightroom are fine. I am receiving an error message as follows:"There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." How can I get the OS to return a list of printers to Photoshop when Photoshop requests a list.

Printing from PS CC worked fine today. I made no changes to preferences. In between working with 2 projects, the first one printed fine, the second gave me this Error Message.
There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents.
Now I've checked for updates for my printer, reset my printer, reset PS CC preferences, picked my printer as Default and Last Used, and rebooted. I've followed all the recommended fixes for this issue I could find here and on the internet. I can print fine from any other program. Alas, the error message keeps popping up and I can't print.

PROBLEM: Cannot print from Photoshop
After restart error message appears:
— “There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents.”
• All print commands are greyed out and unavailable — even to call up the printer commands cannot be done.
The printer printed fine until about 2 weeks ago when this error message appeared. Printing continues from Pages, I-photo, preview etc. — only Photoshop fails.
The printer has been turned on and off, as have open documents been closed and open etc.. Preferences reset. Repeatedly I have read through blogs and forums and attempted to contact Adobe — all without results
Epson support struggled to find reason and several solutions were tried and they assume this is an Adobe problem.
Running Mac Powerbook X 10.10.2 / Photoshop CS6 13.0.6.x64

I've never had this problem before. It only affects Photoshop CS6 and CS5 that I have installed. I'm running MAC OS 10.9.5
I have three printers and HP and two Epsons, and I get this dialogue when trying to print from Photoshop CS6 or CS5.
There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents.
Other applications print fine on all three printers. I tried deleting the Photoshop Prefs numerous times without results.
Does anyone have an answer for this?

Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." Even after closing and reopening the program, the print command is greyed out so I cannot select any printer. This also happens with a Brother laser printer. Both printers will produce a test page out side of the Adobe product. Help!

I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. My printer crashed mid printing photo. Printer works OK in other apps. Now locked out in PhotoshopCC with error message: There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents.

We have a Windows 2012 server with Exchange 2013, all is working fine except now i am getting issues with the backup.
'Exchange - The application will not be available for recovery from this backup. the consistency check failed for the component Microsoft Exchange Server'
I have checked the database all is fine, i have created a new db and move all mailbox;s over and then removed the old db, i have enabled circular logging and then disabled it, it seems no matter what i do i cannot get a full backup!
i did have to restore the server once and the backups still worked for about 4 days after that and then stopped, i have also tried to remove and re add the backup role!
i am stumped, any advice would be great!Hi
Ok, i created a test db and tried to back it up right away, it failed, i did not add any mailbox's to it either. i got quite a few events in the windows logs, as well as the same event above i got the following:

My iPad is suddenly not loading any apps. When I click on an app, the screen flickers to black and then back to normal, but will not load the app. This is ALL the apps, not just one. Have tried rebooting, to no avail.
Was a Restore one of the things tried.? [Attach the iPad to your computer and in iTunes click on your device. On the Summary page click on Restore and go through the process. Be sure to click YES to Restore from a previous backup.]

i have tried to download version11.1 to my itunes so that I can transfer all my info to my new iphone 5 c i am using an imac operating system 10.6.8 OSX it will not allow me to download this !
What error message ar eyou getting. Why do you say it will not allow you to download?

I have done absalutely nothing to my 4g apple ipod touch, and it over heats, won't hold a charge, and the front camera will not work. I bought this brand new in december, and i've barely used it. I've tried restarting it and everything, I honestly think this is out raging because i spend over $200 on this. To have for music and instagram. I use it about an hour a day, but i've only been using it for about 3 months although i've had it since December. Any suggestions that may help me?
Try:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. -
Every time I try to download anything firefox stops responding and will not do anything until I restart it. Can I revert back to a previous version, or is there a fix for it? When I restart firefox, then the download continues and all is well until I try to download something new (which I do quite often).
