Mobile 1.3 .x in SBO 8.8x PL06 and before
Hello
How can I connect the new SBO Mobile Application to SBO 8.8x that come before SBO 8.81 PL07 ? for example to SBO 8.8x PL05 ? I get error messages in the approval procedures.

The latest version of Snow is 10.6.8. There are also pro applications updates that have come out since 10.6. Logic is also now, I believe, at 9.1.4. These upgrades may solve your problems.
Also have you got the latest driver for your audio interface, iLok [if you have one] installed?

Another issue related with this is that during the time that I tried out Mobile me, I had my ical alarm set to go off every 2 hours. NOW my computer has an ical pop-up every 2 hours. I cannot find how to stop it.
Another issue, Yahoo is trying to sync with my computer and I have no idea why or where that one came from.

I have downloaded the latest Itunes update, but it will not install and I receive a message 'apple mobile device failed to start'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes but still have the same problem!

I understand that with my Photoshop/Lightroom 9.95 subscription I can activate two "machines". Do I have to include my iPad and Android cell phone, both of which have LR Mobile installed, or can I just count my desktop and the laptop I'm getting ready to purchase?

please advise me?As long as you do not activate the phone with the T-Mobile sim card initially and just use the sim card you want, then the phone should remain unlocked.
These were exactly the same questions asked when the iPhone 5s was released - if you want the phone to be unlocked then purchase the sim free T-Mobile phone, but DON'T activate it with the T-Mobile sim card. If you do activate it with the T-Mobile sim, then the phone will be locked to T-Mobile, but if you activate it with another sim card, then it should remain unlocked.
The problem with sim free is that it normally locks to the first sim card that you put in the phone and if you activate it with the T-Mobile sim, then it will, so don't use that, but the sim card that you want instead.
Other than that, it normally takes about 6 months after the initial release date before Apple starts selling unlocked phones. -
I recently downloaded a new update of the operating system on my 3GS It seems to be a bit slower since and I have no idea if that is part of what is going wrong. I cannot get itunes to recognise my phone. Windows pops up a 'window' that says my 'mobile device services' is not working and would I like Windows to look online for the problem - I say yes, windows does it's thing, blanks out and I am back where I was. I tried updating itunes but no luck.
I found the mobiledeviceservices.exe file and made sure it was all 'on' and 'enabled' still no luck I did a search and came up with some other people who had the same problem but the answers that they were given didn't help me.When you erased the disk did you select Mac OS Extended Journaled as the format option?

How do I synch calendars from mobile me to the iCloud on the iMac, iPhone and iPad?!
I have the imac, ipad 2 and iphone 4 - all are updated to ios 5, lion and have just moved from mobile me to the icloud. I am having no end of problems synching my calenders. Ical on my iMac is perfect however when I sync with my ipad, birthdays and subscriptions appear twice even though they are a single entry in ical. Some events are completely missing on the ipad calendar and since upgrading I cannot even use the ipad calendar to delete events even though I have tried resetting it. In the ICloud calendar there are no birthdays or subscription events showing up at all, most of my events from years ago are missing yet all events from the last year are there.
When I enter an event into my icloud calendar it does not show up on either my ical on the mac or ical on my ipad.
When I enter an event on to my ical from my mac it does not show up in the calendars in either the icloud or the ipad.
If I enter an event on to my ipad calendar it shows up in both the imac and icloud calendars but completely disappears from the ipad calendar!
If anyone has any suggestions I would be extremely grateful - I have spent so much time trying to figure this out - every upgrade seems to bring a whole new round of problems and always with the synching of calendars!MobileMe was terminated more than a month ago. It's too late to migrate from it to iCloud.
If you have migrated, then your @me.com and @mac.com still work and refer to the same account. Are you saying that calendars on MobileMe are still showing up on your mac? They shouldn't. There's only iCloud now. -

to Windows Mobile Device Center. Our Group Policy Objects are very lean and limited, and we do not have any policies that specify how Windows Mobile Device Center should behave. The only GPO that I could think would interfere with this is to prevent malware
and viruses, we have disabled Autoplay on removable devices.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I too am experiencing this issue, as well as an unrelated machine that is not on our domain that is having exactly the same problem.

My itunes will not update. I get a message that is saying that MSVCR80.II Is missing from your computer, Try reinstalling to fix this problem. So when i tried to reinstall, it says itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall error 7 (windows err 126) Then when i tried to reinstall i get this....Service applemovile device failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priveledges to start service...the I see abort, retry and ignore....when I hit retry, it sill fails and i get the same message again. How do I fix it? Will I lose all my music if I delete it all and reinstall itunes? I haven't tried that yet.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

I connect my iphone to iTunes everynight, only tonight this message pop out?You can try to start the AMDS by going to task manager (ctrl/alt/delete), Choose the services tab and right click on the AMDS and choose start service.
