Mobile App Connection Issues.

I am having issues linking my MyBB account to my mobile app. I have tried it on several different platforms and nothing seems to work. Any suggestion?

Greetings PrestoMagic91, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
If your BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™ accounts are linked, then you should be able to access your My Best Buy™ account when you login to the mobile app.  I have the Best Buy mobile app and it just had me perform an update, so make sure you have the newest version of the app.  You may even want to uninstall and reinstall the app just to make sure.
I looked over your accounts using the email address you registered with the forum, and as far as I can tell, your accounts are linked.  I want to make sure the information we have on file is up-to-date, so I will be sending you a private message to gather that information from you.  To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

  • Intune Company Portal iOS app - Connection Issue: Unexpected connection issue occured

    Greetings,
I am in the process of enrolling an iOS device and I have installed the Intune Company Portal App.  When I attempt to sign in, it starts to redirect me "We are taking you to your company sin-in page" then the app says "Connection Issue,
    an unexpected connection issue occurred.
However if I attempt to enroll via the web site, "manage.microsoft.com" I am redirected to our companies sing-signon portal which is expected. When I login there it attempt to connect what I think is "manage.microsoft.com" but the
    page never loads.
Earlier I was able to get to our Companies Portal but there was no option to "Install a Profile" onto the device.
The Intune Service Dashboard is reporting issues so I am wondering if this is part of the cause.  However when I was able to connect I still did not have any options to install a profile onto the device.
We are utilizing Intune with Configuration Manager 2012 R2.
Thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.
    Cheers

    Hi Jörgen,
Thank you for the response.  I am able to bring up my company portal page now via the iOS browser which looks like the area to install the managed profile, however their is no option on the screen to "Install".
When I look at my Intune admin portal, the Enterprise Mobility Suite selection boxes are greyed out and it does not appear from the console I have any options to enable this for my user account.  I am thinking this is the reason
I am not getting any options to install the manage profiles.  We are integrated with SCCM 2012R2, and I have configured the Intune subscription inside of SCCM and have added the site system roles to the server as well.
I think part of the issue is we recently enrolled in the Enterprise Mobility Suite and we had a trial of Intune which has expired.  I do have the option in the portal to enable "Microsoft Intune" for my account
but that service is expired and should have been replaced with the Enterprise Mobility Suite but those options are currently greyed out.
I don't know if this is going to prompt a call to MS Support to see what is going on with our account.
    Thank You

  • Messages App| connectivity issues since upgrading to Mavericks

is anyone having problems since upgrading to Mavericks with connectivity issues in the "Messages" app? Im on a 2011 MacBook Pro. I will start a desktop share session with my folks (IMAC) and within 2-3 minutes of having access to their desktop, I'm unable to control any longer and their system freezes.

    HI,
When iChat 3 came out someone tested whether it would work on the platform that was running iChat 2 and also tested whether iChat 2 would work on the later OS.
This eventually led to the Reinstall procedure for iChat 3 up to the iChat 5 version.
Since then the app has required either a Backup version from when it was working, a copy on another machine running the same OS and app version numbers (the two go hand in hand) or you have to Reinstall the whole OS which will always update you to the latest version of the OS (and in the case of Messages any updates it has had).

  • Mobile app connection to SAP

    Hi all,
I have developed a normal windows application which connect to SAP through the .NET connector in VS2008 and it worked fine. when trying to use the same connection code to write windows mobile application, the connection didn't work and this error appeared:
    System.TypeLoadException was unhandled
      Message="Could not load type 'SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcDestination' from assembly 'sapnco, Version=3.0.0.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436DCA5C7F7D23'."
      StackTrace:
        at Test.Form1..ctor()
        at Test.Program.Main()
      InnerException:
I have searched about this error and I understood that mobile applications can not connect to the .NET Connector directly and a web service/server should be found to handle these connections, but these findings were all dated to 2007-2009 (somehow old) so my questions are:
1- Is there a direct way to connect my mobile app to SAP?
2- if no, can you please show me an example of how to connect to SAP indirectly?
    Thank you in advance

    What version of SAP is?
Do you to try ITS Standalone or Embbebed?

  • SAP Mobile App Connection Failed (-1004)

I am trying to setup an SSL certificate on our test system so that the latest version of the Business One mobile app can connect to it.  The system is running SAP 9.0 PL 11.  I followed the steps outlined in Note 2019275 to install OpenSSL and generate a self signed certificate, then apply it to the B1if server using the commands provided in the tech note. I've imported the new certificate on my iPhone 4S running iOS 8.1.2 and version 1.11.1 of the Business One mobile app but I get the following error when I attempt to log on to the server "Could not connect to the server. (-1004)"  Any suggestions on where to begin troubleshooting this?  I've gone through note 1602674 but there is not a reference to this particular error. I did run the troubleshooting tool B1if and that checked out when using my mobile device information and credentials.

    What version of SAP is?
Do you to try ITS Standalone or Embbebed?

  • NFL Mobile app Upgrade Issues

I Upgraded my NFL Mobile app and now I get an error "Error starting nflmobile_vzw_blk: Class 'net.rim.device.api.crypto.BlockDecryptor' not found" Was directed to update my OS. Using the Desktop Manager (most current version) It gets to the connect to Boot ROM and fails "cannot reconnect to the device"
Not sure if that is the correct verbage. I suspect the device is taking to long to reboot and the software times out.  Also my phone says my OS is up to date the software says an update is available. Running Version 7.1.0 Bundle 457. Ideas?

    Hey Trojanb,
So I checked my phone to see if there were software upgrades to the OS.  The phone said no.  I decided to plug it up to a computer and check for software upgrades that way, and the desktop software said yes, I needed to upgrade to OS 7.1 Bundle 1737.  I completed the upgraded, redownloaded the NFL Mobile 2012, and this time it worked!  Try using desktop software to upgrade OS, then reinstall the app!

  • Droid DNA Mobile Data Connectivity Issues

I have the HTC Droid DNA, about 6 weeks old, and for some reason my phone has randomly started to lose connection to mobile data. I've never dropped it or spilled anything on it, so I don't understand why this is happening. I've tried turning my phone off and on again, changing the preffered network to global and back to LTE, and removing and re-inserting the SIM card..but it still randomly happens. My phone can be fine for a week and then it will randomly just disconnect from mobile data again.
My first question is why do I pay for this when I have to sometimes wait for more than an hour for mobile data to come back? My second question is does anybody else with the DNA get this problem? I realize that when you have Wi Fi activated it would automatically disconnect you; however, this isn't related to my issue. I've turned Wi Fi off and that's when I get the mobile data disconnected issue. This HAS to be corrected. I'm not paying over $100 a month for data when I can't even use it when I need to.

  • How to troubleshoot Windows 8 Mail app connectivity issues with Google Business Apps?

My company went to Google Apps last year. I am unable to connect Mail App on Windows 8 to my corporate Google account. I am using m.google.com for server with SSL enabled, but no luck. I also enabled bit locker as my company policy requires device encryption.
Mail App does not give a clear error message. It simple states that this PC does not meet security policies enforced by Google. Please advice. I already made peace when my Nokia Lumia 920 running windows phone 8 does not connect to Google
apps because of a bug that would not turn on device encryption unless requested by Active Sync and it would not turn on with Google sync.
These are annoying issues that Microsoft must fix to gain enterprise support. Here are the settings from my mobile settings page:

Answer is of no use. I tried all the forums and websites. I am not able to connect to corporate google apps because it requires SD card encryption. How do I enable this on windows 8.
Please discuss this with your boss and other peers before answering. This is an advanced question. I am going to paint this a little bit more..
Today's enterprise requires that most devices support device encryption and Windows Phone does support device encryption but here is the problem- there is no support for SD card encryption. Even for phones like Lumia 920 that does not have an SD card cannot
connect to Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync due to a bug in the implementation.
When the policy parameter Require Encryption on Storage Card is enabled, Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 devices misreport the presence of an SD card, even if the device has no SD card slot. The policy enforcement occurs, provisioning fails, and the device
cannot be synchronized.  You can read more on their support site:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2464593
This long thread on the Microsoft community is a testament to this problem:
    http://answers.microsoft.com/e...3ce3-49e4-8069-ecdccd55a5f9
This is also a problem for those enterprises that are using google apps and running Microsoft exchange activesync. Take a look at this request and policy that will throw the 85010013 error on your windows phone.
    Request :
    https://m.google.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
    Server Data:Provision/Policies/Policy/Data/EASProvisionDoc/RequireStorageCardEncryption=1
Overall, I hope Microsoft fixes this issue soon

  • Messages App Connectivity Issues

I have been having loads of issues with the Messages App. This one revolves around its tendency to spontaneously stop sending and receiving messages. An example of this goes as follows.
My friend (with MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion) and I will be chatting using the Messages App. Everything seems to be working fine. However, if we stop talking for more than about 5 minutes or so, my messages stop getting "Delivered" (as I have read receipt on). His messages stop coming through. Sometimes they will go to our phones, but not always. Once I regain connectivity (usually through quitting and restarting messages), all of the messages come through at once. It is becoming increasingly frustrating to both of us that this App seems to spontaneously decide when to work and when not to work.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    HI,
Any one router can handle 255 other devices other than itself.
That means if there are more than 255 students and teachers you have to get a second router (or more).
This can mean that as you move about you are hopping between routers.  This increases the chances of being "dropped" by the whole set up.
Depending on the number of employees at your work and how much you move about between any routers may see the same sort of issues arise.
Part of the issue could be how IP address are allocated.
When you join a network you get an IP from the router.
You are what is called "leased" that IP number.
The default period for many router is 24 hours. As long as you rejoin within that period you should get the same IP.
Issues can arise when the router's timing of a lease period and a computer's timing don't match and two computers try to use the same IP.  Both would normally get a message pop up telling them so.
Getting kicked of the network silently (no error message) is somewhat less likely.
Are you having issues with other apps that go On line, particularly Web Browsers ?

  • Viber App connection issue

I am having a very strange issue with my Viber.
When i am using viber behind a wifi at my office, it just could not establish a connection (incoming or outgoing).  Basically I can make and receive calls but cannot answer, the phone rings and when answered the status on viber stays "Answering" then cut off after a few seconds
I have tried all 3 scenarios below
calling another person under the same wifi
calling another person that is using 3G from our wifi
receiving a call from a 3G network to our wifi
None of those works. So i am pretty sure that there is something blocking the voice traffic at the firewall.
I have open the ports at the firewall as advised in viber support which are
    1) TCP 5242
    2) TCP 4244
    3) UDP 5243
    4) UDP 9785
    Any advise?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Jörgen,
Thank you for the response.
    Thank You

  • PayPal Mobile App notification issues

I have a new Samsung Galaxy S6. I installed the mobile PayPal app. I went to the notification tab and checked all the boxes. I am not getting any notifications. Each time I go into the notifications tab, the boxes are unchecked again and there is no way to "save" your choices. Also, sometimes I see a "spinning" icon that just spins forever unless you close the app. I've cleared data and cache and reinstalled the app with no luck. What am I doing wrong?

I am having the same issue. Did yours get resolved?I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on my phone but nothing seems to fix it! Robbie11 wrote:

I have setup an internal test Lync 2013 system to get sign off from management. I have installed all the roles on a single server. So far clients on PC's can sign in and so can iOS devices once I had turned on the internal web settings. However, we use Windows
Mobile 8 devices and I can't get any to connect. What ever I try I get a message saying that I need to check my network connection.
These devices are on the same internal network as the iOS devices. Is there anything special that needs to be done for Windows Mobile to work?
    Thanks.

    Hi
Sorry for the delay in replying. I have tried your suggestions and a Windows Mobile 8 device will still not connect. I have saved the log files and attached them. I can't see what the actual error is!
I have recreated my internal Root CA to include http urls in crl & cdp as this is mentioned as an issue, but this hasn't worked either.
    Thanks.
