I am needing help connecting my printer to a new Samung note 10.1 tablet. Where can I find info. It was not a problem connecting to my phone , but seem to be having isses here. I need some instrustions or guidence

Android OS devices require the HP Home & BIZ app to be able to print to a printer. It is a free download and can be found in the Google play store. Here is a link for more information on that app to help you determine if it is one that you would want.

How can I add more than one email address to my oj4630 printer to use mobile ePrint? Do I have to use one email address for each mobile phone?

Hi,
Are you talking about the authorized list ? If Yes, you have to logon to your ePrint account (HP Connected) and add more email address(es) to the list. ONLY authorized email addresses can send successfully to your ePrint printer email address. You can use any email address on the list one any device given it can access to email account on the list.
For example, in my authorized list, I put my hotmail and yahoo emails addresses in there. I can access both accounts on my smarthone, iPad, desktop, laptop ... and I can use my hotmail or yahoo email address to send to my ePrint printer email address to print.

Mobile WP7 eprint app

I'm looking for a Windows Phone 7 App for ePrint. Is there any apps out there in the Windows Marketplace?

ePrint App is avaiable for iOS devices as of now. Click HERE for more information on mobile ePrint Apps. So from your WP7, try sending email to the printer by opening the browser.

Eprint won't work

Hope this is the proper forum.
C310. Prints, scans, copies. ePrint doesn't work. But before I start, I had a C310 and ePrint worked perfectly. Had a power outage and teh printer never worked again (not even a light on the power button). HP replaced it and this works perfectly, ummm, except for eprint.
Part of the problem, I think, is Web Services. When I try to connect I get "Problem connecting to Web Services server." I have read posts here. So far, I've tried uninstalling/installing sw, setting a manual IP, shutting down/restarting the printer. No luck. I have logged in to the printer web page and retrieved an email address. Suggestions please.

Have you checked for a firmware update from the printer?
What happens when you enable web services? Does the process appear to complete successfully? Does your web services info sheet print after enabling? If web services enabled and the info sheet printed, have you created an account on ePC and added your printer to your account?

I cannot get back into my eprint account.

I cannot get back into my eprint account. It will not recognize my password and when I click on "Can't Remember Password" and go to the page where I need to enter my account email address it will not recognize it. It's the same email address that appears in the window of my new 8600. I run Windows XP. Any idea of how I can get back into my account?

LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw For ePrint

Currently, as of 11/26/10, it's not listed as supported for ePrint, any projection when this will occur. "I'm getting a "no printers found" response on my iPhone that has iOS 4.02 installed.

ePrint allows you to print via email to your printer from any location - you do not need to be on your printer's network, just send an email to the printer email address and it is printed. The printer must be connected to a network and have internet access.

HP OfficeJet 8500A Premium doesn't print from wireless (operating system is XP with service pack 3)

From all indications, my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A Premium is connected to the network. But, when I send an item to print from my iPhone via email or from my computer via email, all I get is a message that says my print job has been received, but my printer is busy printing other stuff--which it isn't.
I have the HP ePrint app on my iPHone, and I can sit near the ocmputer and printer and print a picture from my iPhone using this app. But I cannot print using the printer's email address. and, yes, I've double checked the address.
Any ideas? thanks

Why don't I see apps under My Apps after adding them to my printer?

The HP Deskjet 3050A supports ePrint, however the Web Apps are not supported, as you may find listed below:

When trying to initiate Web Services getting server connection error

HP PhotoSmart 5510, 6510 and 7510 all get Server Connection Error when trying to do the initial Web Services setup. I connected with no problem to my wireless router and have received an ip address but all three printer give me the same error when trying to set up web services. Any insight would be appreciated.

HP F2210 printer, wired LAN, cannot print from iMac when printer is installed on Windows XP.

Let's try this again...
I have a home network, and have installed my newly purchased HP F2210 printer on one of the PC's running Windows XP SP3. I have fully installed & updated the drivers, and the printing functions work perfectly from the computer on which it's installed.
I am also able to print without issue from any other PC running windows on my network.
My wife has an iMac running Macintosh OS 10.4.11. When connecting directly to the network via a wired connection, I am unable to locate the F2210 as an available printer on the network.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
* I have tried disabling airport to ensure it's trying to find the printer through the wired connection rather than the wireless.
* I have attempted to install "additional drivers" on the PC the printer is connected to. THIS FAILED, as I was unable to get windows to find the correct drivers on the install disk.
* I attempted to install the printer drivers directly on the iMac. I was still unable to locate the printer after doing this.
Any suggestions for other steps to try would be appreciated.
