Mobile "here and now" application

I read about this recently and was wondering if this available with JavaFX, I can't find any additional information outside of a mention in a conference paper. Is this the same as the Nokia application for mobile phones?

Nokia, shame on you!! Thanks for nothing, I found the answer in another threat, and my guess is that applies to this: "Unfortunately the weather service with the Weather app is not available any more, the service has been discontinued in Dec 2013. For alternative weather apps, please check Nokia Store. There should be several weather apps available at Nokia Store for your device."
Than is really nice Nokia, you should support Symbian until 2016... is clear that all this was a lie, as looks your current customer policy.
I'm really upset, I trusted the company and now I'm seriously thinking of migrating to some other supported OS.
Forget about this support.

5233, here and now app, error code- 17009

Day before yesterday I updated my nokia 5233 software from version-v.21.1.102 to v.40.1.003. With this, OVI showed update available for 'Here and Now' application, but when I tried to update this application, ovi suite showed an Error code- 17009. I uninstalled my OVI suite & re-install again, but error code 17009 still exist.
What is the actual problem, problem with new version software or something else ? How to solve it?

OK, i had checked it now, on device. device shows all applications are up to date. but when i opened OVI suite, it shows here and now 2.0 application for installation, however, my device also shows here and now 2.0 installation failed in update history. i'm confuse now.

Your web pages on MobileMe have been deleted. If you were using iWeb you wouldn't have been able to open them anyway.
As long as you have the iWeb 'Domain' file in your user Library, or whatever the program you are using stores the information in, on your Mac you can publish to another hosting service - there are plenty to choose from. More information here:

if it aint in ovi store you just need to be patient then and remember that to gain something you need to lose something too unfortunately belle makes you lose a lot more .

How can I set up iCloud for my wife's computer and iPhone 4S when I previously set up an iCloud address for her and now can't use it in the iCloud set up?

I set up an iCloud address for my wife, evidently before running the iCloud set up and now I can't connect her to
an iCloud email address through the set up because it is already in use?

I did not articulate the problem properly. I have the sign in for Birgit on Apple BUT I am unable to set up the
icloud.com email address for her because I had already established it before running the iCloud set up on her computer and now when I try to set up an iCloud email address for her through the iCloud application I can not do so because the email address is "already in use." I have no idea how to meld the two.

OK folks- I have been reliably informed that the update last week which included iTunes and QT updates is a bit of a stinker.
Sure enough- iTunes receipts confuse the Disk Utility and now I cannot verify unless I move the older ones out of the folder.
And a lot of my applications just plain refuse to launch. They bounce in the dock and then just do nothing. No message- no nothing!
Sadly I really really need to access JAlbums as a matter of serious urgency: I have a slide show to present in less than 12 hours and I still have to make it!
Reading through threads here I note that folk are warning to NOT update but hey- it is too late for me. And others are suggesting going back down a version of QT to correct this.
Can someone tell me how to downgrade the QT version or how to uninstall the recent upgrade without resorting to reformatting as I cannot get hold of my disks to do this until it is too late (UK time is now 22:30 and they are at work...)?

Well it DID fix the problem with JAlbum.
So note to all who come after me- QT is definately the problem if previously working applications will not launch.
Downgrade by reinstalling an earlier version as I did (and I have not yet bothered going back up to 7.0.3 which, I assume, I had before) and make life easier for yourself.
That is- if like me- you are on OS10.3.9!

I had my ipod set up on mobile me and now it is stolen and I don't have icloud, is there a way to fix that?

My ipod touch was stolen and I had it set up on mobile me, but now it's telling me that I can't use that and must switch to icloud. Unfortunately, I'm not set up with icloud and cant track my ipod. I think this is outrageous and it should have done that itself since i was already set up on the other, but it did not. Is there a way to fix this and track my ipod?

You open itunes to change you itunes password.
You go to your e-mail server to change your e-mail passwords.
You go to any other program/service that you accessed form the iphone and change those passwrods.

My sister synced the ipad2 with the laptop of a random friend of her, and now lots of apps don't work.

She made That cause se Wanted to insert some music, before that, i've never synced the iPad with any device.

Added RAM and now Applications won't open

I just added RAM (8GB)to my computer and now my InDesign will not open.
I did the OptApple+PR reset.
Do I need to do something after upgrading RAM so things run smooth?

Will the computer start up normally? If not, is the led on the front blinking? If it does start up normally how much RAM does it think it has?
Have you tried going back to the original RAM?

I had all of my important file in my locked folder and now the app is missing and it is no longer available on the App Store.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Hello people. Now, I have just experianced extreme disappointment so I am in a bad mood so dont expect me to be kind here.
I have reported my MacBooks hard drive buzzing noises before and have done nothing about it, even when people were constantly telling me to back up, but I guess the more impatient side got the better of me there, and I never did it. But tonight, me doing my thing on YouTube and Facebook, reading e-mails in Microsoft Entourage, and BUZZ..... 'Oh, just ignore it, it recovers' BUZZ, Click click click BUZZ click click.. Volume of it goes up by at least 50%. BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ. Review of Sonic Jam on YouTube freeses. Everybody in my living room are annoyed at this point by the buzzing noise its so loud. Clock freezes, quickly followed by the Beach Ball. I paniced thinking 'CRAP, ITS DEAD! I DIDN'T BACKUP! CRAAAPPPPP!' and I shut it. I did try opening it again, and it did come back on and stop buzzing, but its still frozen.
I have grabbed a 500GB external hard drive and power cable, and am finally ready to back this bloody thing up. I'm just too scared to turn it off. If it cant read the boot loader I get the dreaded Question Mark and Folder of doom. Then I need my install disc, to use Disk Utility..... which is never helpful.
Somebody, please, tell me, I am now willing to try anything now... Somebody help me and my only Mac.

If you are wanting suggestions on backing up then download SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Clone (both free). Then use which ever one you choose (i use SuperDuper) to backup your Macs drive. They will create a full system backup that is bootable, your backup will be identical to your internal drive. If your Macs drive dies you can boot from the external clone until you get the drive fixed.

Acrobat Pro X crashing so uninstalled and now application manager says its installed yet its not. H

I installed all the Creative Cloud apps last night. Acrobat Pro X is not working. When opened it opens and then crashes. I uninstalled today and deleted the pref files in my library folder after the unistall. When I open the Application Manager is shows that Acrobat is installed. How do I reinstall the application? Where do all the programs download so you can reinstall if needed? FYI, I am on a Mac.

Here and Now for Nokia N8 doesn't work!

I have had this problem ever since I received my phone during Christmas. I have contacted Nokia Support through the phone and email. Of course, sadly, no response and supposedly they escalated the issue.
Whenever I run the application and run a search of a city, it states "This service is temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties." For how long is "temporary?" Forever?
I tried uninstalling the application in the hope that I would be able to reinstall it. Unfortunately, it cannot be done.
I am stuck with a useless application on my phone that is made by Nokia... Sad...

Well two weeks isn't long so you may be able to return it to wherever you got it from. Alternatively its a trip to a Nokia CAre Point.
