Mobile Me Alias not showing up in "From" drop down list in Mac Mail

I have a couple of older .mac/Mobile Me email aliases that used to show up as either [email protected] or [email protected] in Mac Mail in the From drop down list, as recently as yesterday. Today, all I can see for any alias that has both the .mac and @me options due to their age, is the @mac.com version. I want to use the @me version of the alias, but this option no longer shows in the list. Newer Mobile Me aliases only have the @me.com address and they show up fine. One last point. If I use the Mobile Me web mail app, I can see both the @mac.com and the @me.com choices in the From drop down list, so it's working as it should.
Mail isn't working correctly, but since I've not updated the Mail app recently, I suspect Mobile Me isn't sending both versions of the aliases over when the list is refreshed.

It started about a week ago. The "From" drop-dow is now missing in Mac Mail. It should appear beneath the subject line. I was working with MobileMe Chat support for about 3 hours. They cannot solve the problem and have now escalated it to the "Senior Advisor Team."

If you have not done so already, I would exhort you to go to the Canon web site to download the latest driver for your machine. The installation disk may have been produced prior to release of PSEv.12. Nothing to lose!

Downloaded brushes not showing on right click drop-down list

I have recently reinstalled Photoshop cs5.1 and ran into a problem. My installed brushes are not showing up on my right click drop-down list. I took the old brushes and copied the folder to the new location. When I go to use these brushes there used to be a big drop down list when I right click anywhere on the canvas. It now only shows the basic brushes, but here is the thing though I can load and see them through the preset manager but they are not on my drop-down list like they were before I reinstalled.
I have noticed something odd as well this may help in the solution I have noticed that some files from Photoshop are saved on to my second hard drive, but I do not know if this is the cause.
The reason I reinstalled is my GPU acceleration wasn't working and had to reinstall to fix this. If any other information is needed I would be glad to share. This is just cutting into my workflow time since I have to load every single brush singlely and if I load them all I have to search through every single brush to find what I need.

I found a solution to my problem it may help others! I run Windows 7 64-bit this has two seperate folders for applications when installed. I did a windows search for one of the names of the available brushes on my right click list. The search showed me where the brushes were at. (Example: I searched in windows: DP Brushes) Aparently photoshop normally installs as a "32-bit" program in this location, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe PhotoShop CS5.1\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 (64 Bit)\Presets\Brushes it is here that I copied my new brushes to and it showed up again. Hope this helps anyone who was in my situation!

I'm not sure you're going to be able to change this. I think (but I'm afraid I don't know for sure) the section is defined by \WEB-INF\uitemaplates\com\nakisa\manager\omg\ui\subucs\sectionDesigners\DetailHistoryButtonSectionSubUC.xhtml, which after a quick search through the application looks as though it might be populated by a NakisaTrollBin.jar ... which isn't really something you should be looking to edit.
Nakisa do often write in various settings that can allow features to be tweaked and enabled/disabled. It could be that there's something you could add into SettingsResources to apply the change you require, but you would need to contact Nakisa about this as they don't document all of these options.
All this being said I would query why this is being done. It is not uncommon to say have multiple positions with the same name - e.g. HR Administrator might exist in several org units. If you are looking through several identically named org units or positions, the unique identifier is going to be the object's ID. As such it seems most logical to me to keep the ID in the history to allow a user to discern the difference between identically named positions/org units.

Web UI - Value not getting selected from drop down list .

I am facing a problem in one of the fields which is enhanced with a drop down functionality .
I have created the GET_V_** method and also the GET_P_** method for the same .And finally I am able to see the values in the drop down list . But the problem is , when I am trying to select a value from the drop down no values are selected .
Can anyone plese help me in this as What has to be done .
I have taken references from few guides but I am not getting any clear idea of what has to be done .

Hi Ranjita,
To trigger a round trip, you must have given the event name in GET_P method.
Same event handler would trigger.
Please put a break point in Event Handler in IMPL class, and in SET_attr method of the attribute in CN class and see if value is getting set properly or not. Final value that would be displayed on UI would be there in GET_attr method of CN class.

When exporting from Elements to Revel, only "Library" shows in the Revel drop-down list.

I am having difficulties in exporting images from Elements 11 to Revel.
If I use the recommended procedure (i.e. clicking on File and then Export to Adobe Revel) the captions on the images are not exported.
Even if I use that method for an album that has no image captions, only "Library" displays in the drop-down list and not individual albums.
Is the only way to address these problems to buy Elements 12?

Unfortunately I am still experiencing various problems and I don't know whether the difficulties lie with PSE11 or with Revel. My aim is to export albums from PSE 11 on my PC to an iPad Air. The process is very hit and miss. Having done further research, it now seems that my operating systen (Windows 7) may not be compatible with Revel. If that is the case, there would be no point in upgrading from PSE11 to version 12. Are you able to comment?

Base on my test in excel 2013, it works fine.
Create a new excel file and save as xls
Add data (data validation for dropdownlist)
What’s the version of your excel? Could you reproduce that issue in a new file? You may share the sample file on the OneDrive.

Weather not showing in my notification drop down iOS 7

Please advise how I can get weather in iOS 7 to show in notification centre drop down on home screen. thank you.

Make sure that you have Location Services turned on and that the Weather App is also turned on within the Location Services section. When you go to the homescreen you should see the location service icon to the left of the battery symbol and after a short while it should disappear check the notification area now and hey presto, should be a text version of weather there for you.

Using getElementById() to get values from drop down list

Hi, I am using Netbeans to write this program. I have this .java page that gets the url of the HtmlPage from the .properties page. And when this page is opened in the browser, there are drop down lists that have values I want to get from the user when he/she has selected, and save it to a database. I'm actually using mozilla firefox to open this page, and using firebug to inspect the drop down list element.
I know getElementById is a javascript code, however, my friend told me to use it in the .java page. This is how part of my code looks like. What I'm not sure is how to implement getElementById() and where.

I am not sure if I successfully deploy the portlet?

According to your description, since this is SQL Server forum, as Olaf Helper’s post, could you get the correct result if you execute the following query in SQL Server Manager Studio (SSMS)?
select UserName from aspnet_Users where UserId in(select FreindId from myFreinds where UserId in(select UserId from aspnet_Users where UserName = '<your typed name>'))
If you cannot get the correct result in SSMS, I recommend to check the Transact-SQL statement. Apart from the error message, we also need to know the table structure, data, join relationships between tables for further analysis.
However if there is no problem in SQL Server query, it will be an issue that regards ASP.NET and website deployment. I suggest you to post the question in the ASP.NET forums at
http://forums.asp.net/ . It is appropriate and more experts will assist you.

Output devices list not appearing completely in the drop down list

Hi,
I have a query where I am not able to see all the 583 output devices in the drop down list of output device for a transaction code whereas I can see all the output devices in SPAD. Can anyone tell me the reason for this?

Dear Brijesh,
You can show all the value, click on the restriction button, then change the max numbers of hits to 10000,then you can list all the data in drop down, as per i know in standard it will only give you 500.

Not able to select in drop down list

We have an on line database for our school. I can move around in it fine but when I try to select an item from a drop down list nothing happens.
Any thoughts?

There are a couple things you can try:
1. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Debug Console and turn it ON. Return to Safari and reload the web page. Tap the Debug Console banner to see any issues when loading the web site. Then try tapping the drop-down list (select element). Do any new issues appear in the Debug Console?
Don't be alarmed if there are a lot of items listed in the Debug Console. Most of the time they're harmless. You're looking for a JavaScript error message (as opposed to CSS or HTML) that might give a clue as to why the page doesn't work. Is there is a JavaScript message that corresponds to the broken drop-down list?
2. Launch OS X Safari. Open Preferences (Cmd-,). Click on Advanced tab. Check the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" checkbox. Open a new browser window (using Cmd-N). With the new browser window focused, select Develop > User Agent > Safari iOS 5.0.1 – iPad. (You can check that the setting is correct by loading http://www.whatsmyuseragent.com/ and comparing it to the real iPad.) Then navigate to the same page with the inactive drop-down list. Does the same issue occur as on the iPad, or does the drop-down work?

Acrobat Color Management - Color Profiles Missing from Drop down list

I have created a custom .icc profile for my large format plotter. The .icc file is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color, but it is not visible in my Color Profile drop down list, in the Color Management section of the Advanced Print Setup box, which is available via the Advanced option in the print dialog box. I have set up 10 users, some have Acrobat 8, some have acrobat 9. Of those 10 the profile is not showing up on one of the Acrobat 8's and one of the Acrobat 9's. To complicate matters, last night I sucessfully created a preset for an Acrobat 9 user and linked the profile, but after he logged off and back on today he can no longer see the profile either. you cannot set focus on a subform but on a field, as only interactive objects can be focussed.
From a dropdowns exit event the script will look this way:
