Comment trouver ce mode d'emploi détaillé imprimable (Pdf) en français.?
Seule une version en Anglais sembre disponible

Le premier lien donne accès à la notice de Elements 10 mais pas 11
Le deuxième donne accès aux fonctionnalités de l'organizer d'éléments 11
mais pas à celles de la partie modifications qui est celle qui m'intéresse le
plus.
J'avais bien trouvé ces deux liens en allant sur le bouton HELP, mais la
seule notice complète sur Elements 11 est en Anglais. Il n'y a rien en
Français...à ce jour.

Panneau script de Photoshop CS6 version Française.

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai Photoshop CS6 en Français d'installé sur mon pc et contrairement à la version Anglaise je n'arrive pas à réduire la taille du panneau script pour faire qu'il apparaisse sur une seul colonne comme la vue de gauche.
Il y a t-il quelqu'un qui aurai une piste a m'indiquer pour résoudre mon problème ?

Bonjour! Oui: il faudrait essayer de réinitialiser les préférences, en maintenant CTRL+SHIFT+ALT dès que l'on démarre Photoshop, ce qui supprime le fichier des préférence et le remplace par un nouveau. On doit alors obtenir un message qui demande si on veut recréer les préférences.
La réinstallation ne remplace pas ce fichier, et c'est lui qui peut être corrompu lors d'un arret fatal de la machine.
On peut le remplacer manuellement, en suivant les instructions de ce document remplacer évidemment CS5 par CS6: http://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/kb/preference-file-functions-names-locations.html
Les pilotes des cartes graphiques datent de Janvier. Y-a-t-il des mises à jour disponibles?
De même, Photoshop n'est pas dans sa version 13.0.1.1 il convient de se rendre dans Aide>Mises à Jour

Next to the word English is a tiny triangle pointing downward. If you click on that, you should be a drop down list including
French above the yellow Download button. If you set that to French, are you saying that you get English when
you set the download for Adobe Premiere Elements 13?

si j'ouvre un fichier pdf et que j'essaie de l'enregistrer sous le format jpeg (en conservant les options et formats proposés), j'obtiens cette erreur :

Photoshop Elements 13 on Windows 8.1, window freezes on startup

I bought Photoshop & Premiere Elements a few weeks ago to run on a new Windows 8.1 computer. I entered the serial numbers of both programs during installation. Premiere has been working all along. Photoshop worked for a few days, then the window started freezing. I have to kill it with Task Manager. I followed the trouble shooting guide and did things like reinstalling, running in different accounts and so on. I even reinstalled a Windows backup onto a different hard drive and did a fresh install of Photoshop and Premiere. All the reinstalled versions of Photoshop have frozen as soon as I tried them, and Premiere has always worked. I've also tried disabling my firewall before starting up Photoshop, and that didn't make any difference either.
I've had two Chat sessions with support and they've had remote access to my machines. They've tried a few things like changing permissions on some files and asking me to reinstall yet again, but basically they haven't accomplished anything.
I've notice that when the Window is unresponsive, Task Manger shows that Photoshop is using a small amount of CPU.
In order to get some idea what might be going on, I've tried running Microsoft Sysinternals Process Monitor while the Window is frozen. It appears that the Photoshop Editor process is in a loop that runs 3 or 4 times a second and makes about 13 system calls. The stack tracebacks all include entry points in AMTValidateProductLicense in amtlib.dll.
I can't imagine why it's doing the same thing over and over instead of telling me what it's unhappy about so I can try to make it happy. Most places I've worked would regard this sort of behavior as a bug.
I hope this is enough information for someone at Adobe to figure out what's going on. I have a saved procmon log with all the details that's about 800K bytes. I could send it to Adobe if it would be any help to you.
One more detail: At the time things stopped working, I was having some problems with sharing printers & scanners that was causing anything that tried to access a printer to freeze, so I had to exit unceremoniously from several programs including Photoshop a few times.
I'm working with a new DVD purchased from Amazon for this computer. It's been reinstalled several times on two different hard drives, but always in the same computer.
If you're unable to fix this, I'll be returning it to Amazon for a refund. I could write my own program to open a window and then freeze if I wanted one.

3. Unplug the network cable
4. Restart in normal mode
5. Run Photoshop elements. It worked with the cable unplugged.

It seemed to me that the problem had something to do with license validation. In safe mode there's no network connection, which might disrupt validation. When I left out steps 3, 4 and 5, it still didn't work. After doing that once, it seems to work. If it stops working, I'll post another reply here.

Switching from Organizer to Editor in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and Adobe Premiere Elements 12

Can not switch from organizer mode to editor mode in both adobe photoshop elements and adobe premiere elements 12.

Convert the songs to .wav format using Apples instructions here - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1550 and import the .wav file to your slide show. Note this may not work if they are DRM protected (that would be stuff purchased from Apple prior to spring 2007).

Using Photoshop elements 13 and windows 8.1. After one week, Photoshop elements photo editor will nit load. This occurred after I scanned in some large files. Is there a connection?

Not only will photo editor not load from organizer@@@@, it wont load at all on my computer. What happened? more importantly how do I fix it?

After undating bitdefender when I try to edit in PE 5.0 I am prompted with Attempt to access invalid address followed by unable to connect to editor applications. How can this be fixed?

I don't have BitDefender but I recall seeing complaints that there is a conflict between BitDefender and Photoshop Elements. I believe, the workaround was to place BitDefender in "Gamer Mode" while editing with Photoshop elements.
If the above doesn't work, you should probably read through the thread I have linked below...especially if you have Google Chrome which also has a history of conflicting with Photoshop Elements.

Installing Photoshop Elements 13 for Mac OS

Just record Photoshop Elements 13. I have a Mac (OS X Yosemite 10.10.1). Adobe Flash is up to date. When I insert the disk, it runs for a few seconds, then ejects automatically. The installation does not initiate.

It sounds like your Mac can't read the disk. If you have an older iMac, it might be time to go pick up a can of computer duster (compressed air) and give the CD slot a thorough cleaning (with the machine turned off). I just had to do the same thing.
If you don't want to mess around with that, it's probably easier to just download the trial, then enter the serial that came with the disk to convert to "paid" mode.

Unable to View .mod files in Photoshop Elements 11, can see they are there but no picture, I import them into Premiere and all OK ?

I have hundreds of .mod files which are supported but I am unable to view them on my Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. I cant see the picture icons as pictures or see the vision when i select them? I am running the latest Windows 8.1 PC with heaps of Ram and memory. If I import the files into Premiere they play fine?

I did re-set the prefs - but to no avail
I checked and my graphics driver and audio is all up to date.
No sure how to verify Windows Media Player's hardware acceleration options. I opened WMP Options /Perfformance tab and under Cd the DirX tab is checked.
Running Windows Vista - so does the same caution apply regarding a re-install of Windows Media Components and DirectX ?
Appreciate your help with this somewhat frustrating issue. I am converting some old 8mm film to avi with the hope of doing some edits then burning to DVD.

Magnify/Zoom missing in Photoshop Elements 8 Organizer Full Screen Mode?

Am I missing something or has the abilty to magnify a picture been dropped from the full screen organizer mode in Photoshop Elements 8?
If so this is a serious regression. This means you can't zoom the picture up enough to examine the quality of multiple shots of the same subject. The only alternative is to go into full edit mode which takes a long time if you have any significant number of pictures.
Anyone figured a way around this?

Overall I like Full Screen view of 8th versio of Elements...
Here are all the things Adobe broke in PSE 8 Full Screen view:
- With a larger catalog (12K files), it takes 16 seconds to open an image in Full Screen view, several times slower than in PSE 7. (In Bridge and most other programs, it takes less than a second.) This is due to a bug in PSE, where it needlessly accesses the catalog database tens of thousands of times.
- With a larger catalog, when you first open Full Screen view, it loses keyboard focus. So if you want to use the right-arrow key to move to the next pic, you must first use the mouse to click anywhere on the screen.
- The settings for Toggle Quick Organize Panel and Toggle Quick Edit Panel are not sticky. So if you want to make them completely disappear so they don't overlap your beautiful photo (is is full screen view, after all), you have to toggle them off each time you enter the view. This is a step back to PSA 1 and 2, which always floated a toolbar above your photo.
- The tag cloud in the Quick Organize panel is completely useless if you have more than a dozen or two tags -- you'll be scrolling forever looking for a keyword in the flat list.
- The Tag Media text box in the Quick Organize panel doesn't do auto-complete on tags you type, defeating the whole purpose of allowing text entry of tags (that is, making it quicker to select from among hundreds of tags). The Keyword Tags text box in the Organize pane does auto-complete, but I guess the programmer for Full Screen view didn't bother to share that same code? (Of course, the Keyword Tags text box is seriously buggy as well, but that's a different topic.)

How can I get Photoshop Elements 13 to start up in Expert Mode?

I just upgraded to Photoshop Elements 13 for Windows (I was using Photoshop Elements 12 for Windows), and I can't get it to start up in Expert mode. When I exit in Expert mode and restart, it starts in Expert mode and then after a few seconds it reverts to Quick mode.
Note that I have tried the recommendation from previous versions of "Reset preferences on next launch" and that didn't help.
I'm running 64-bit Windows 8.1 and Photoshop Elements version 13.0 (20140831.m.62014) x64, and I've set it to start in the image editor, not in the launch window.

Can you try renaming the %APPDATA%\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\13.0 folder and see if it helps.
