If I have several screens open in the back ground the screens will unvolentaryt twitch back and forth.  Then if I have just one screen open at a time it will twitch/throb quickly.  Tried rebooting and it will help for a but but eventually come back.  Tried reloading software with saving settings not a total shut down/reboot.
