i have purchased a Compaq Presario cq61 on the 24/07/09 (uk date) it came with vista home premium and it is in the eligible list on the hp support site for the windows 7 upgrade, but when i enter my serial number and product number into the arvato site, it says "We are sorry, but the Model Number you have entered is not listed in our database. " i cannot see how this is possible as i meet the specifications to be able to upgrade to windows 7, what do i do?

CS4 Upgrade, the serial number you have entered does not match the product you have selected

I have a valid CS2 premium license and have installed CS4 upgrade to a new machine but get the dreaded error "the serial number you have entered does not match the product you have selected" Now I got this error when I originally installed in 2009, back then I could call customer service and get the problem resolved but now when I phone I get an automated message saying phone support is not available for CS4? Does anyone know of a work around or a UK number where I can get this resolved? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the store didn't properly activate the card. You purchased an upgrade, so you said you had an older version. It is the serial number of this older version that you is your "qualifying product".

I have two Skype to go contacts and two registered numbers from which I will make calls to these contacts. Each time I try to use the Skype to go numbers, and I try to authenticate my saved numbers I receive a message telling me that the number and password inputted is incorrect.
I have checked the information stored for both the numbers I want to call and my own details. Please advise me what I need to do to fix this problem and to enable me to use Skype to go.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

It happens only while surfing te's. Then there is a choice of "leave page. you may lose info and "close page."
Then it goes away until another site and keeps coming back on and off.

You Have Entered Upgrade Serial Number

I've purchased FCP6 Studio 2. Fresh out of the box. I tried to install it, but get an error message of "You have entered an upgrade serial number. Please enter your original serial number."
This is the serial number on the Installing Your Software manual required.
Anybody else have this problem? What steps to take?

How much did you pay and where did you purchase the box?
If less than $1299 and from a non-standard vendor, you may not have a full version.
In any case, call AppleCare support.

I turned my email server off so that my emails wouldn't come to my Iphone while I was communicating abroad. When I turned it on again it will not receive emails says check you have entered the correct details. I haven't altered the details

I turned my email off on my I phone while I was receiving emails from abroad. When I turned it back on I get the message my server is not responding verify you have entered your email correct account info in mail settings, but I haven't altered my mail settings.?
How do I put this right, I tried connecting to icloud but had to turn the mail off in that it kept throwing up all my past emails.

Is that a new iPhone? Bring it in to Apple for a replacement.
But do this first:
hold the Home Button and the Power Button at the same time, keep holding, ignore everything on the screen, keep holding until you see the white Apple logo appear, then let go and let it start up.
It should charge both when on and off, unless you connect throug a hub and there are current eaters also on the hub: connect directly to the usb port.
