Model SG200-08 Input Power

I just received a Cisco model SG200-08 switch.  The A/C power adapter label claims that it will take 110VAC or 208VAC, but it has a typical 110VAC plug.  I want to power it from my UPS protected rack which has 208 power distribution units.  Is there some kind of adapter that adapts the 110VAC plug on the SG200-08 power adapter to accept 208VAC power?  Thanks in advance.

I honestly don't see a problem with it. In fact, there is a caveat with with larger switches that support inline POE which can incorrectly supply POE due to false detection to other switches. Even on that circumstance with normal power operation I'm not aware of any damage.

  • Unable to get the SharePoint 2013 List names using Client object model for the input URL

Please can you help with this issue.
We are not able to get the SharePoint 2013 List names using Client object model for the input URL.
What we need is to use default credentials to authenticate user to get only those list which he has access to.
    clientContext.Credentials = Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials
But in this case we are getting error saying ‘The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.’
Instead of passing Default Credentials, if we pass the User credentials using:
    clientContext.Credentials = New Net.NetworkCredential("Administrator", "password", "contoso")
It authenticates the user and works fine. Since we are developing a web part, it would not be possible to pass the user credentials. Also, the sample source code works perfectly fine on the SharePoint 2010 environment. We need to get the same functionality
    working for SharePoint 2013.
We are also facing the same issue while authenticating PSI(Project Server Interface) Web services for Project Server 2013.
Can you please let us know how we can overcome the above issue? Please let us know if you need any further information from our end on the same.

    Hi Mistry,
I sure that CSOM will authenticate without passing the
"clientContext.Credentials = Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials" by default. It will take the current login user credentials by default. For more details about the CSOM operations refer the below link.

  • Timestep too small and Input Power Factor cannot be got

    Hi All
I've just started using multisim 2001 to simulate Electronic Ballast circuits and am having trouble.
About Double-Stage Electronic Ballast circuit,it works well before using EMI circuit, but I get a "timestep too small" error message after using EMI circuit.
About Single-Stage Electronic Ballast circuit,it also works well before using Wattmeter,so I cannot get input Power Factor.Besides, I try to add EMI circuit, but noting works.
I attached my circuit to this email, could someone please give me some assistant? I would be really appreciated
    Thanks

I have tried something, but I am still not sure I am getting accurate readings. What I did was to remove the bridge rectifiers and the AC Voltage source and replace them by a DC power source at the same voltage value. It seems to stablize the reading, but I am not sure how reliable it is or if that is what it should be. What I will do is post the two circuit for you and let you look at them. It takes a little bit for the reading to stabalize so just be patient.

  • Power mac g4 Model 8570 won't power on

A few months ago I installed Leopard on my g4 tower and since then I've been having power problems. I realized I pulled the wrong power cord in when I set everything back up, so I figured that waws the problem, thinking it was an issue of not drawing enough power; however, the problem has persisted. It used to be that I'd have to press the power button a couple of times for it to really take, then it was taking longer and longer to make that happen. Now it just won't power on at all. We popped the battery out for a bit, unplugged everything, and then re-assembled it but that didn't work. I keep reading about a pmu button or something, but I don't see anything like that and none of the diagrams on here match my logic board. can any one suggest what I can try? does my model even have a pmu button? I'm not that seasoned at trouble-shooting the hardware so any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks so much, this was incredibly helpful! Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem tho. Is there anything else you would suggest I try before replacing the battery? I want to try all options before having to buy a new battery, and also whatever I can do before having to take it in somewhere (not having a car makes that a difficult task). Thanks again!

  • SG200-26 Switch Power Loss

We have 2 of the SG200-26 switchs. When ever we loss power all the settings are reset to default. Even if we loss power for 1 min. This includes the IP, user, password, etc. How can I change this so the settings are saved?
    Thank you

    Hi Bill,
I want to be sure you are taking advantage of the newer switch firmware version 1.1.0.73 for your new switch.
    http://www.cisco.com/cisco/pub/software/portal/select.html?&i=!m&mdfid=283452721
    But,  to answer your question,  you need to save your running  configuration to the switches non volitile memory.  The Admin guide on page 6 warns;
CAUTION Unless the Running Configuration is copied to the Startup Configuration, all changes made since the last time the file was saved are lost if the switch is rebooted. Save the Running Configuration to the Startup Configuration before logging off to preserve any changes you made during this session.
A flashing red X icon displayed to the left of the 'Save' application link indicates that Running Configuration changes have been made that have not yet been saved to the Startup Configuration file. The flashing can be disabled by clicking on the Disable Save Icon Blinking button on the Copy/Save Configuration page
    reference Admin guide
    reference Quick Start Guide
Alternatively,  go to the File management section of the GUI and copy the running configuration to the startup configuration.  This will save any changes you dynamically made to the switch to a file in the switch.  (This startup file is read as the switch boots up.)
Even though the screen capture below was taken from the 200 series  bigger brother the 300 series, the save function should be pretty much identical to your switch. Note the save icon I have highlighted in red.
Also note,  I have the GUI section displayed  that shows copying the running configuration in the switch to a startup configuration location within the switch.  This GUI is not identical to the 200 series switch as the 300 series switch family has more functions compared to the 200 series switch.

  • Macbook pro (model number a1226) no power

I have a Macbook Pro (model number A1226) - the computer has been working perfectly.  However, I let the battery drain and since then, the laptop will not power up.  I have tried everything:
    Using two different power cords
Plugging the power cord(s) into different outlets - even in different rooms
Pressing CTRL + Command + Power
Pressing Option + Command + Power
Taking out the battery, unplugging the mag power cord, pressing the Power Button for 10 seconds... plugging back in mag power cord... trying to start it.
Nothing on all of the above.  Someone please help.  There was absolutely nothing wrong with the computer and it has not moved an inch since the power went out!
    I appreciate it.
    Stephanie.

Something new has happened though - the power indicator has now changed to amber and the battery pack that you can remove is now flashing green (there are 5 indicator lights on the battery and the first one is now flashing).
    Is that a good sign?
That is a very good sign. It means the battery is charging, and I suspect at this point you should be able to boot the MBP (leave it plugged in until the amber turns green).

  • Exactly what is input power for DAQPad-6015?

If we include the DAQPad-6015 in our system, what power do we connect it to? Using what type of cable or connector?

    Hello Jack,
From the User Manual and Specifications, the power requirement is 9-25 V, 12W.   Out of curiosity, did your unit not come with a power supply, or are you making your own?
See the attached picture for dimensional information of the power plug for the unit.  Unfortunately, I do not have any part numbers for that plug.
    Hope this helps,

  • Importing logical and physical model from Sybase power designer/Erwin

    Hello,
We have several models created in Sybase Power designer, logical and as a well as physical. Is there a way to directly import models into Oracle designer?
    Thank you for your help.
    Syed

    Hi Syed,
ERwin has a facility to export to Designer 2000. Of course you're probably not using Designer 6.0 or earlier so it's of little use.
I have been looking at a couple of tools for importing from ERwin: Reischmann Informatik’s TOOLBUS Interface for Oracle Designer and ALLFusion ERwin; and Meta Integration Technology’s Meta Integration Model Bridge (MIMB). Neither product is free (nor inexpensive) but if you've got a number of models to convert then the tools seem cheap by comparison. Also, none of the products that I've looked at recreate the actual diagrams (not that I expected them to).
I am leaning towards TOOLBUS as it provides more complete migration of Logical and Physical models (especially the linkages between the models) using Oracle Designer’s API rather than a DAT file as provided by MIMB.
    Hope this helps,

  • Power Supply Model Number

My daughter somehow managed to wreck the power supply plug that came with her  HP 14-B031US Sleekbook laptop and she threw the power supply away. Can anybody supply me with the model number of your power supply so I know I'm going to get the correct replacement?
    Thank you.

    Hello,
I see that you're having an issue finding out what Power cord to purchase for your notebook.
You can go here to find out what part you will need to get to replace the power cord.
Also, if you want, you can just give me the product number of the notebook and I will find out both part #'s and also show you where to purchase the parts.
Here is a document showing you how to find the product number on the notebook.
Please let me know if you need anything else. I look forward to your response.

I cannot able to see LOAD TO DATA MODEL option in my power query. Please help.
    Thanks.
Note: I have PowerPivot already with my excel.

In Excel 2010, the data model is encapsulated by the PowerPivot addin and not accessible to the Power Query addin. You can, however, either load to the sheet or don't load at all (clear that one check box you saw) and then go to PowerPivot and find the connection(s)
that Power Query created and use them.

Disabled the RTC Alarm power, left the computer off overnight. It did not power on. I'm gonna let it go another night or two then I'll consider this issue solved.
Anatolik I'll take a pint of Red Rocket Ale
2 Days now and no uncommanded power on. I'll consider this solved.

  • Different power requirements between 3G and newer iPods?

Can anyone inform me as to whether there is any input power
requirement difference between the 3G and newer "dock connector" iPods? I'm wondering why Griffin Tech sells a PowerPod car power cord for the 3G and earlier dock models and a PowerJolt for the 4G and 5G dock models and Shuffle. If there is no power difference, I'd like to buy the PowerJolt, and use it for both my 3G dock model and my Shuffle, without buying 2 different car power adapters. Any light that can be
shed on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I answered my own question. I found my 3 year old owner's manual and found the page where it noted that the iPod will NOT charge the battery when connected via USB to dock cable. Concluding that I probably would not damage my iPod, I tried connecting the PowerJolt, and, as suspected, the iPod does NOT charge. The Griffin Tech solution for vehicle power for the 3G iPod REQUIRES PowerPod.
