Model updation in table /sapapo/model

Hi,
Could any body give solution to this query?
To get update the table : /sapapo/model  which remote function module we can use?
Actually I have created one model using Function module RSDMESC_DB_MODEL_CREATE.
this model is getting updated in table :  RSDMA_DBT_MODELT.
But I need this newly created model available in to the table :   /sapapo/model
How can I do this.Please update me.
Regards

HI,
   As per my requirement data is not getting updated in to the table /sapapo/model.
using   the function module which you have given, it  is just checking the model and given the status whether it is  available or not.

  • Table /SAPAPO/RES_HEAD update?

    Hi All,
    There is an inconsistancy between the values shown in the Resource Master and those in the table /SAPAPO/RES_HEAD.
    What could be the possible reasons for the same? Does the table refresh from the parent structure periodically? What do I do if I need the updated values in /SAPAPO/RES_HEAD???
    Warm Regards,
    Shiva

    Shiva,
    Do you mean the below fileds not matching?
    LC DAYS MINUS
    LC DAYS PLUS
    Is yes:
    These values are stored in the table: /sapapo/reslct
    the values in CFC9 defines how many time slots CIF transfers to APO
    for each resource with external time stream. If there is nothing
    defined the system uses -30...+600 as default values.
    But the length of the time stream of the resource itself has to be
    defined in the resource itself. Otherwise the system uses a default
    value defined in database table /SAPAPO/RESLCT.
    If you delete them and create yor own entry this should work as
    expected for new resources.
    Since this values are created while you tranfer the resource first time.,the values are taken from CFC9 settings.
    If my understanding is wrong for your problem , let me know the exact field value you have the inconsistency.

  • ADF master-detail master selection not updating detail tables properly

    Hi All,
    I am using JDev version : 11.1.2.0.0
    I created new Fusion Web Application Module. In that module I created a master-detail data model and added them to a page fragment with a query panel. When I run it as a separate module, It works perfectly and Master selection correctly updates detail tables.
    But when I integrate that module to another Fusion Application(Add application jar file to the Master Application libraries), Master-details master selection not updating detail tables properly. This problem occurred sequentially.
    The problem is that.
    After the page load, first selection of the Master Table works correctly and detail tables update correctly.
    But second selection doesn't work, means detail table doesn't get update according to the Master table.
    And again in the third selection works correctly.
    This happens in a sequential manner. I monitor the behavior using Firebug. Observations are as follows,
    When running correctly, Response of the Post Definition is

    Hi,
    sound to be an implementation specific issue that is hard to comment on without knowing how to reproduce it. If you have a rerooducible test case based on the Oracle HR schema using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6, zip it up, rename the "zip "extension to "unzip" and sent it to the mail address you find in my OTN profile. If you don't have that test case, explain how this can be reproduced

  • How to update the table value in the valuechange event?

    I have an input field in the datatable with the valueChangeListener
    <rich:dataTable id="cart" value="#{cart.cartList}" var="item">
    <h:inputText value="#{item.cost}" id="qty" valueChangeListener="#{items.updateCost}" onchange="submit()">
    <h:outputText value="#{item.errorMsg}"> </h:outputText>
    in the backing bean
         Item item = (Item) model.getRowData();
    // do some update, if the cost too larger, change to max_cost
         item.setCost(max_cost);
         item.setErrorMsg("Error Msg");
    After calling the valuechange method, the screen output doesn't update the cost.
    How to update the table value in the valuechange event?

    As you're misusing the valueChangeListener to set another input field, you need to skip the update model values phase. Otherwise the value set in the valueChangeListener will be overridden by the submitted value. You can do this by calling the FacesContext#renderResponse() inside the valueChangeListener method. This will shift the current phase immediately to the render response phase, hereby skipping the update model values and invoke application phases.

  • Code To Update the Table in ECC from Webdynpro

    Hi All,
    I want to know, the table is dispalyed in the webdynpro browser when we calls the Adaptive RFC Model.
    after i want to add one more row in the webdynpro and just clicking on add button the row will be updated in the ECC server(backend) for that how can i write the coding,  regarding this issue can you please help me.
    ThanX All,

    Hi Sriram,
              Assuming you have a table filled with records by adding one by one, If you want to update a table in SAP ECC, follow these steps..   i think already you are triggering the action for the button in view(for table updation) to method in controller or created a custom controller and mapped the model node.
    1.  Initialize the main model node and bind the model node with the intialised object like
         Zbapi_MainModelNode_Input input = new Zbapi_MainModelNode_Input();
                           wdContext.nodeZbapi_MainModelNode_Input ().bind(input);
    2.  Now loop the table node and set the values with corresponding class in the generated model (from webdynpro explorer) and initialize like
            IPrivateControllerName.ITableElement myTab = null;
           for ( int i = 0; i < wdContext.nodeTable().size();i++)
                         myTab = this.wdContext.nodeTable().getTableElementAt(i);
         Bapi_structname name = new Bapi_structname();
                        name.setFieldName1(myTab.getFieldName1);
                        name.setFieldName2(myTab.getFieldName2);
                        input.addT_Bapi_(name);
    Finally execute the BAPI..
       wdContext.currentZbapi_MainModelNode_Input tElement().modelObject().execute();
    Hope this solves your issue - Update the Table in ECC from Webdynpro.

  • Problems updating a table.

    Hey, I'm writing a program to manage a mysql music library. So far everything is working ok, but I seem to have run into a wall. I have my user interface create a custom table model that displays my data on a frame. I want to have a refresh button that updates the table based on changes made to the database. I've been trying to figure this out for several hours now and haven't come up with anything useful. Anyone have any advice? I've searched the web pretty but haven't really come up with anything that helps me out. My main problem I guess is that I need to call a method that sends new data to the tablemodel but the table is inside of the user interface so I can't really call a method that refers to a table it doesn't have access to. So yeah. Sorry if I'm not being very clear. Thanks!

    Alright I don't know what's going on now. Here's my code:
    Edit:In my user interface class this is how it's declared:
    SongTableModel myTableModel = new SongTableModel();
        JTable table = new JTable(myTableModel);and then in my database update class:
    SongTableModel myTableModel;
       public DBCom(SongTableModel stm) {
            myTableModel = stm;
        }and a in my add song method I inserted this to update the tablemodel data.
    myTableModel.updateTable(getData());But when I run this I get a null pointer exception at that piece of code. It must be something simple but I can't figure it out.
    Here's the tablemodel update method:
       public void updateTable(ArrayList<Song> s) {
           songs = new ArrayList<Song>();
           songs.addAll(s);
           fireTableDataChanged();
       }Any ideas?

  • Update user table from matrix

    Hi I've created a matrix in a new tab on the Item Master data form. It loads data from a user table called @Test. This table has 2 udf U_Model and U_Engine. The matrix uses a datatable to query the table. Is there a way to update the table? this is my code:

    Hi Costas,
    You can use Matrix.FlushToDataSource() to save the data in the Matrix into the datasource.
    But if you want to update the data in the DB, you have to use DI API.

  • Updation of table records having 5-6 primary key columns.

    I have a table structure having 12 primary composite keys.I have created report + form on this table.My requirement is to update the table by using form items fields.I am taking help of url option on report attribute page of application to fetch data on form page when we click on edit link of report page.Now i am having two problems which are as follows:-
    (i)I am unable to update data as requirement is to update 5 to 6 primary fields along with other non primary keys.I tried to create Pl/SQL process which will run update query but this process is not updating values.Is there any way that i could fetch data direct from database table in query rather then taking item values.Is there any other workaround?
    (ii)One of the primary key column contains records which have ' , ' in them .For ex:- cluth,bearing.So when i get navigated to edit page i am only getting text displayed as clutch i.e. text before ',' is getting displayed in text field while comma and the text after this is not getting displayed in text field of form page.
    Any solutions will be very helpful.
    Thanks
    Abhi

    Hello Abhi,
    >> I am unable to update data as requirement is to update 5 to 6 primary fields along with other non primary keys
    APEX wizards support a composite PK with up to 2 segments only. For every other scenario, you’ll have to manually create your DML code.
    If you have control over your data model, I would listen very carefully to Andre advices. Using a single segment PK is the best practice way. If you can’t add PK to your table, it seems that you’ll have to write your own DML code. The Object Browser option of creating a Package with methods on database table(s) can be a great help.
    >> … I am taking help of url option … One of the primary key column contains records which have ' , ' in them …
    Using the f?p notation, to pass a comma in an item value, you should enclose the characters with backslashes. For example,
    \cluth,bearing\In your case, it should be the item/column notation.

  • Doing new JTable doesn't "update" the table on the screen

    Hello
    I am writing a program in java/swing which has several "layers" of panels. In the constructor method of the frame (using JInternalFrame) I create a new instance of JTable, place it inside JScrollPane which is then inside JSplitPane and then place that as the frame content pane.
    In this program I run an sql command and the table is the result from that. Every time I execute a query it should update the table with the new results.
    What is bothering me now is that when I execute a query I call new JTable() on the variable that held the JTable() object created on startup. When I create a new instance of JTable() and place it in this variable nothing seems to happen. What I need is some kind of "refresh" button. I tried to construct the whole window again but then the program started behaving odd so I gave up that method.
    So, does anyone know how to do this?
    The code behind this class can be found at http://www.heilabu.net/kari/Session.java (little commented, sorry :/)
    You can see the table being constructed in the constructTable() method.
    If I am a bit unclear I apologize, don't know all these technical words in english ;)
    Thanks in advance!

    You really need to use a table model. The table you created is great and once that is in you shouldn't mess with it. Instead, when you create the table be sure to create it sort of like this:
    DefaultTableMode dtm = new DefaultTableModel(<various constrcutors use the one suited for you>);
    JTable table = new JTable(dtm);
    To set different data on the table set it in the table model and then refresh the table, also through the table model. This works perfectly every time.
    dtm.setDataVector(---) <- 2 methods, one for vectors and one for arrays...
    dtm.fireTableChanged();
    the folowing code shows exactly how to use it
    import java.awt.*;
    import java.awt.event.*;
    import java.util.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    import javax.swing.table.*;
    public class RandomTable extends JFrame
    GridBagLayout gbl = new GridBagLayout();
    JPanel buttonPanel = new JPanel(gbl);
    JTable table = null;
    DefaultTableModel dtm = null;
    JScrollPane tableSP = new JScrollPane();
    JButton randomButton = new JButton("Randomize");
    Object[] headers = { "a", "b", "c", "d", "e" };
    public RandomTable()
    this.getContentPane().setLayout(gbl);
    randomButton.addActionListener(new ActionListener()
    public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent evt)
    dtm.setDataVector(randomStrings(), headers);
    this.dtm = new DefaultTableModel();
    this.table = new JTable(dtm);
    this.dtm.setDataVector(randomStrings(), headers);
    this.tableSP.getViewport().add(table);
    this.buttonPanel.add(randomButton, new GridBagConstraints(1, 1, 1, 1, 0.0, 0.0,GridBagConstraints.CENTER, GridBagConstraints.NONE, new Insets(0, 0, 0, 0), 0, 0));
    this.getContentPane().add(buttonPanel, new GridBagConstraints(1, 2, 1, 1, 0.0, 0.0,GridBagConstraints.CENTER, GridBagConstraints.NONE, new Insets(3, 6, 6, 6), 0, 0));
    this.getContentPane().add(tableSP, new GridBagConstraints(1, 1, 1, 1, 1.0, 1.0,GridBagConstraints.CENTER, GridBagConstraints.BOTH, new Insets(6, 6, 3, 6), 0, 0));
    this.setSize(300, 300);
    public Object[][] randomStrings()
    Random rand = new Random();
    int rowCount = Math.abs(rand.nextInt())%50;
    int colCount = headers.length;
    Object[][] array = new Object[rowCount][colCount];
    for(int row = 0; row < rowCount; row++)
    for(int col = 0; col < colCount; col++)
    array[row][col] = Long.toString(Math.abs(rand.nextLong())%100);
    return array;
    public static void main(String[] args)
    RandomTable rt = new RandomTable();
    rt.setVisible(true);

  • Issues with BDLS for table /SAPAPO/TSTROBJR after system refresh

    Hi,
    After a recent refresh of our QA system from the Production system, when we are running BDLS for the table /SAPAPO/TSTROBJR to convert the logical system from Prod to QA, it's not allowing us to make the change.
    Error message reads:
    /SAPAPO/TSTROBJR          LOGSYS                              1                              0 <<<<
    <<<< Error in field  of table . Manual correction required.
    I have already tried to run the report /SAPAPO/SCHED_BUFFER_RESET, but this has not been of much help.
    What can we do to resolve this issue?
    Do we need to take some extra steps before we can run BDLS, or is there some other way to update these time streams for unloading point?
    Thanks - Pawan

    Scheduling buffer reset did not update teh time stamps, but the new GATP checks are noe able to change teh time streams. So, issue doesn't exist now.

  • ROW COMPRESSION - table /SAPAPO/BOP

    Hello guys,
    I have a big performance problem in table /SAPAPO/BOP at SCM system. I run the /SAPAPO/BOP_DELETE to delete entries older than 7 days. I saw in my database lot executions as sequential read, update and delete during of SPP and GATP - BO processing. As I have the ROW COMPRESSION active for this table, I would like to know if this could have some impact for the performance issue.
    Could you please advise about this?
    Many thanks,

  • How to create a Maintenance view in order to update 4 tables

    Hello,
    I want to update 4 tables having the same key. MANDANT + SIRET (fiscal french ID).
    I try to create a maintenace view, i need to update the 4 tables using a single screen.
    When i use the relationship the system display a message "Relationships with unsuitable cardinality"
    The first table contain only the ID, the 3 others contains some informations (adress, name, and others)
    Thanks for your help
    Christophe

    Hello,
    you could check, if your other three tables have a correct foreign key definition on the field  SIRET.
    Tranaction SE11 -> pstion on the field and press the foreign key button.
    Check Table has to be your first table; cardinality has to be 1 :1 or 1 to N.
