Modem hung up during a download-Do I still have to pay?

I purchased 8 new songs today, and, during the download, my modem unexpectedly hung up, then iTunes unexpectedly quit. (Note: high speed Internet is not available where I live, so I can only us dial-up.)
As soon as I reconnected I went to my 'purchased' list, but the songs that had not download yet were not on the list, nor were they in my library.
Do I still have to pay for the songs that did not download?

Go to menu Advanced -> Check for purchases.
It should start to redownload them

App store it says I have downloaded Mavericks, but still have old software? helppppp

Previously you said nothing happens & now you say it stops so it isn't very clear exactly what is going on. Do you get a progress bar next to the install button after you click on it? If so, by "stop" do you mean the progress bar appears to stall or something else?
Also if you open the Applications folder in a Finder window & arrange the screen so you can see both that & the App Store window, when you click on the Install button, do you see the Install OS X Mavericks app appear in the Finder window, even briefly? (It may help to set the Finder view to list view & sort by date.)

I got to the Accepting terms and conditions and kept agreeing but it just hung. I checked my itunes and confirmed that the update was successful/complete so then I turned my phone off and then turned it back on again. Untill the movie studios agree to allow past downloads of movies outside of the US, you aill always have to have a copy of purchased movies on your computer. If not, you will have to buy them again if you delete them.

Not necessarily. You could go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and turn on Automatic Downloads (for Music, Apps, and Books). But that will probably apply to future purchases, not past ones.
My suspicion is you can use iTunes to get Pages, or go through KC7GNM's advice and download it through the store and not get charged.

You've paid to have your music collection that is on your computer's iTunes (whether it was bought from iTunes, bought from other sites and/or copied from CDs) stored in the cloud - so you can then access/download/stream from your computers and/or iOS devices without having to copy them over yourself

Usually you will still have premium until the end date shown even if you have cancelled. If you cancelled then you won't be charged for another billing cycle.

it depends on which device and OS you are on. Once you bought the application you do not need to pay for it again
to install it. It goes for both iOS and Android.

If it hangs much longer you may need to disconnect and then grab a micro USB to restore through iTunes
