Modifier abo CC et faire valoir Licence CS6

Bonjour et bonne année à tous !
Je tente désespérément de contracter le service client d'Adobe depuis quelques jours... La période des fêtes n'étant sans doute pas propice à établir un contact.
Bref, je dispose d'un abonnement CC pour Photographes et je souhaiterais le modifier en y incluant Illustrator, Indesign et Acrobat. J'avais acheté une licence CS6 Design et Web Premium donc je souhaite la convertir en abonnement CC pour l'occasion (j'ai découvert après mon abonnement à CC pour Photographes qu'on pouvait le faire).
Mes questions sont donc les suivantes :
- vaut-il mieux annuler mon abonnement actuel à CC (mais comment centrer en contact avec Adobe pour le faire?) pour réinstaller CS6 et reprendre à la suite un abonnement CC complet ?
- dans ce cas, mes espaces divers CC (Behance, profil...) seront-ils conservés lors du passage de CS6 à CC ?

How can I modify font size in selected text, using CS6 of Dreamweaver please?

For some unknown reason, I see that coding on some of my pages has the unwelcome or tags present in some places. Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

I sometimes manually delete each such presence that I see, but it's tedious to do so. Nevertheless I don't see a feature on Dreamweaver CS6 that enables me to change selections', as opposed to entire pages', fonts and their corresponding sizes. Perhaps Dreamweaver's Modify feature has the desired option tucked away in there somewhere, but I haven't seen it. Any thoughts, please?

The code you are showing is all old deprecated stuff. DWCS6 would not write that. Is this old code that you are trying to update?

The , tags have been replaced by styling with css.
So your code might look like:

and the css (which goes in the <head></head> section of your page OR a linked css stylesheet) looks like:

If you just want to target a specific piece of text in a <td> table cell you can do this:

Sounds to me like you need to read up on styling elements with css.

I am user creative suite Production premium CS 5. upgrade CS6 and I will cross grade to MAC CS6. It's possible only with No Licence or I need a new Nbr ?

Message d'erreur recurant a chaque utilisation de Photoshop cs6

Je suis débutant sur Photoshop, je suis une formation à l'initiation de Photoshop CS6, et je démarre a peine ma formation et a chaque fois que je clique sur un icône pour modifier une image ; où faire un nouveau calque, ce message d'erreur apparaît, " Vous devez entrer un nombre entier entre 0 et 100. la valeur la plusproche entre 0 et 100. la valeur la plus proche dera utilisée " et même à l'ouverture de Photoshop, il apparaît sans que je ne sélectionne un fichier,
le message dit qu'il faut rentrer un nombre entier entre 0 et 100 , c'est ce que je fait je peut rentrer n'importe quel chiffre entre 0 et 100 sur lissage, comme demander dans la boite de dialogue mais cela ne change rien, le message réapparaît sans arrêt, pouvez-vous me dire, s'il y a un paramétrage quelconque à faire pour éviter ce désagrément, car pour l'instant, je suis bloqué dans mes cours et mon professeur ne voit pas la solution.

Cannot open Canon 6D Raw files in CS6 [was:Camera raw update]

Could someone please help me. I am struggling to get Photoshop CS6 to accept my Canon 6d raw files.
As far as I can tell I have downloaded Camera raw 8.3 and have run the installer but still Cs6 won`t accept my images.
I`m fairly new to CS6 so could someone please help me?

Cannot change "Open with" (in context menu) from CS3 to CS6

I have CS5 and CS6 installed, and now I've also installed CS3 (because of problems with ps actions that does not work properly), and in the context menu "Open with", "Open" and "Edit" now starts CS3 instead of CS6.
How change all that to CS6?
Note:
when choosing "Open with", "Select standard program", and browse/selecting the CS6 exe-file, then STILL the CS3 is displayed in context menu and the CS3 starts. It's like there is some assocciation from CS6 to CS3 that cannot be altered??
Do I have to uninstall CS6 and install CS6 again, or what?

When you install a version of Photoshop the install will associate many image file types the the Photoshop versions your installing. You may want to re-install CS6 on top of itself and the update it. You will still have all your Photoshop preferences and CS6 add-ons install and CS6 will be the default application for image file types. Or you can manually change all the image file type associations. Adobe Bridge CS6 may also be able to change image fie types associations in its edit preferences UI. I not sure about the bridge fie each version of the bridge I have installed shows that the same level as tne bridge version of Photoshop is associated with image file file type. After I installed CS2 I manually change Image File association back to CC. However I had to re-install CC a couple of times since then. I have CS2, Subscription CS6 version and CC installed on my workstation.
If you have old CS3 actions that do not work in CS5 and CS6 you can edit them and modify them to work in CS5 and CS6. If the action add adjustment layers and that is where your you having Problems.. Adobe introduced options in CS4 adjustment panel that can cause Photoshop to work incorrectly. If you set the option to Adobe defaults setting you may fine that your actions that add Adjustment layer work correctly. For some unknown reason Adobe refuses the address the bad options they added to the Adjustments panels fly-out menu. The options change Photoshop Behavior some time which simply put is a bug waiting to bite.

3 Licences in 1 Account makes problems

For my company I bought 3 Licences. Two complete creative cloud abos und one single photoshop licence. 3 people are using it but every day I get a message that this account is used in 3 computers and that I have to log them out.
I think the problem is the Photoshop Licence. Because my collegue and I are using the same account.
What can I do to solve this problem?

We don't have the option to move the subscription from one account to the other. Please ask your colleague to sign up for the Photoshop subscription using their own ID and let me know when this has been done. I can then cancel the Photoshop subscription under your Adobe ID.

CS6 saving Tiff file only as .pbm

I'm saving a tiff image from an Imacon scanner before opening in ACR and modifying it.
Then, proceeding to Photoshop CS6 for Mac for further modification. On saving it will only save as .pbm and not .tif. If I modify the suffix is shows as .tif.
However, it will then not import into LR4.
It will then open in CS5 Photoshop and it also tries to save as a .pbm, but it will easily change to a Tiff suffix and save and then re-open in LR4 as a .tif.
Confusing. What's wrong and how can I fix it ?

My crystal ball says that you did one of two things:
You copied plug-ins from your older version of Photoshop to the plug-ins folder of the newer version.
Or you set the Extra plug-ins folder to point to the plug-ins under the older version of Photoshop.
You can't mix plug-ins provided by Adobe with the older version of Photoshop up with the newer version. Weird things will happen, such as what you're seeing here.
You need to undo whichever thing you did above.
To get all your old versions of plug-ins into Photoshop CS6 you need to get new installers, or failing that, isolate JUST the 3rd party plug-ins (excluding any Adobe-supplied plug-ins) and copy them to a new folder from which to access them.

Bonjour, depuis l'installation de 2 licences CS6 dans notre service, nous sommes déçus par certaines lenteurs incompréhensibles en particulier dans Photoshop. Exemple, quand on retravaille dans un fichier créé sous CS4, toutes les actions sont affreusement longues ou bien quand on veut simplement taper du texte, on finit par renoncer tellement cette action est longue. Nous sommes passés sur CS6 pour être plus performants, pas pour être moins rapides ! Avez-vous des explications et des solutions à nous proposer SVP ? Merci d'avance.

You have not provided any system information, so nobody can say much. If the issues are openGL realted since your graphics hardware isn't up to snuff, update the drivers or turn it off in the prefs. for anything beyond that you would have to be much more specific and well, ask in the PS forum.

Illustrator CS6 strange crashing behavior

Hello:
I upgraded to CS6 from CS5 today and am noticing some odd crashing behavior. It occurs most commonly when I'm using the navigator panel, either while zooming or moving the image. But I've also gotten it while using the Hand tool ( with the navigator closed) and while just drawing with the pencil toll or line segment tool. I don't get any error message except that "Windows has detected a problem and is shutting the program down" message. I can't find any other crash report or problem notices ( Win 7 Home Premium 64 Bit).
I tried updating my video driver ( AMD Radeon HD 6450) and also updated the driver for my Intuos 4 tablet. That didn't help.
When I reopen illustrator, my saved workspace comes back ok, but everything is reset to defaults. For example, the rulers will come back on and any changes to tool attributes are reset to their default status.
One other thing the first time I opened CS6 after installing I got a message about Windows needing to make some registry changes.I followed the directions in the dialog about letting Windows fix it and CS6 has started ok afterward.
Could this behavior mean my install got corrupted somehow? If so could that be the cause of Windows not "playing nice?" Incidentally, Photoshop CS6 is working perfectly.

I read with horror the things tech support told you and did to your computer. There are good tech support people and bad tech support people (at any company, not just Adobe) and you seem to have run into two bad ones.
My suggestion would be to create a new administrator account in Win7 and see if IL CS6 works when you're logged in to that account.
Unfortunately, your tech support sessions have probably hosed your old account (and possibly the IL CS6 installation) beyond repair -- you've already noticed the weird command prompt and sluggish boot times of Win7, now, which are symptoms of "not good".
To recap the tech support errors -- Win7 manages memory exceptionally well, so there's no question of other apps (like Office) "hogging" resources. That is an outdated concept from the ancient days of personal computing. No need to modify registry entries, either -- simply running IL CS6 "As administrator" from its icon is all that is necessary. It was also a bad idea to modify security permissions -- Win7 has excellent security features enabled by default for a very good reason: they protect you from malware. Modifying those permissions haphazardously is detrimental to your safety. You'll like the extra RAM, anyway, but 6Gb in Win7 x64 is sufficient to run any application and will not cause an internal application function (the Navigator window) to crash the app.
Sorry for the long diatribe, but I once worked in tech support for a small software company and one of my pet peeves is bad tech support.

P.S., I'm running IL CS6 on a Win7 Home Premium x64 system. Other than having to run it "As administrator" because of a problem with Save For Web, leaving the Navigator panel open does not crash the app. I do have 8Gb of RAM.

Adobe licence costs

I have 2 questions about the licences costs of Adobe forms in SAP.
The first question:
Do you have to pay the licence costs for adobe interactive forms only one time?
Or is it once a year, month or do you have to pay licence cost after processing xxx forms?
And the second question:
What are interactive forms under the conditions of SAP?
I have read in the documentation that if the form is not editable, none extra licence cost have to be paid.
But are interactive forms, forms which are only changeable for an user? Such as a textfield, combobox or other GUI elements?
Of are interactive forms also forms which are changed by a developer? i.e. a user has changed default SAP forms, or a user has created it's own custom forms.
So, if i made a custom adobe form in SAP and i use it only for printing purposes. And if the form is used in a productive enviroment, are those interactive forms? Which an extra ADOBE licence is required? And should be paid for?
Of can i use this custom made form in the productive enviroment without an extra ADOBE licence?

Here is what I know:
- Licence is needed only for Interactive forms, meaning forms in which user can enter data.
- There is no licence needed for printable-only forms, either using a SAP provided form, custom one or modify a SAP provided form.
- Licence apply for a productive environment and I believe is per user per interactive form.
Check OSS Notes with "Adobe Credentials".
Best you can do is talk to you SAP Account representative to find out more.

Soucis pour transfére illustrator sur un nouvel ordi

Je cherche à transférer ILLUSTRATOR CS6 sur un nouvel ordi.
Sur mon compte client ADOBE, j'ai bien retrouvé ma clé de licence CS6, elle était d'ailleurs également sur la pochette du CD d'installation
Mais si je lance le CD et que j'indique le numéro de clé, j'ai la réponse suivante :
"le numéro de série indiqué est valide mais aucun produit éligible n'a été détecté sur cet ordinateur. Pour utiloiser ce numéro de série, vous devez posséder..."
et là on me site de plus anciennes versions avec demande d'une clé d'activation pour cette ancienne version.
Sauf qu'effectivement, j'ai bien eu précédemment une version CS3... mais dont le n° de série n'est plus indiqué dans mon espace client adobe !

When I create a tablet/desktop/phone version of a site, why are all the pages blank?

Hello, longtime listener/user, first time caller
I've been using Muse since jumping on the Creative Cloud train a couple years ago, but to date all my experience had been in maintaining and updating a desktop version of a couple small sites. I loved the idea of Muse being able to assist in the creation of separate desktop/tablet/mobile layouts (ie responsive design), and this past week was my first experience in using it as I worked on a ground-up rebuild of http://www.eridusociety.org. I started with a Phone layout, with the intention of getting that right and then expanding outward to a tablet version, and once that was finished, adding a desktop layout.
After completing the mobile site and testing it on Business Catalyst (thanks to all involved in that seamless integration, by the way), I clicked on the +Tablet button and proceeded to build out the tablet layout of the site. To my dismay, all the pages it built were blank. I tried deleting and re-doing it with different combinations of the options checked, to no avail. Then I raced off to the nearest web browser and started searching - surely I missed a step, or the great collective brain of the internet could alert me to some way to achieve this. Alas, no such luck.
The blank pages are intentional, and the way to populate those blank pages is to go back to the phone layout, open the page, then copy all the content, then switch back to the tablet layout, open the corresponding page on the tablet layout, and paste in the content from the source layout... and of course, rinse and repeat for the desktop layout as well (though for my workflow, I copied the finished tablet layout pages to create the desktop version).
For me, starting with all the page elements from the source layout is much easier than starting from scratch on each and every page. That way I know I have all the elements on the page, and I can add to (or subtract from) as well as modify the layout in fairly short order. I've been driving myself a little crazy with all the bouncing back and forth between layouts to copy/paste elements as I work on my site, and for future reference I'd like to know if there's some way that can be avoided in the future?
Ideally, I would like to see an option in the create layout dialog box to be able to copy content (and choose the source layout to copy from).
Beyond that, another great option for this dialog would be to let me choose to switch all the page links to the new layout. That is, when it copies and pastes all the page content from source layout, Muse would then also update the links to pages within the site so that they link to that layout's pages. So when I build a phone version and click +Tablet, I can check a box to copy page content from source, specify that source, and then check another box to update links for layout. After Muse does its magic, I have a tablet layout that's already got page content on it, and it's linking to other pages on the tablet layout (and not to the source/phone layout pages).
Thanks to everyone on the Muse team for a pretty great product, and to the people manning the Twitter account for responding to my tweet and directing me here.

Sanjit, I think one of us is missing the point. It could be me - is there some way to easily and quickly pop open multiple layouts and pages? Because for me (running a 12-core Mac Pro with 64GB RAM and FirePro D700 GPU's), Muse lets me switch between one layout view and the next (not open them simultaneously), and takes several seconds to do this every single time. Opening and closing pages (to create separate tabs/windows) is also incredibly tedious.
I can appreciate that select and drag works just as well as selecting all and using copy/paste shortcut keys, but that is the least time consuming part of the process.
Without copying the page contents from the source layout and transpose internal page links to new layout, Muse falls short of the mark of making it really easy to build responsive sites. It's kind of like trying to take a cab to a destination across town that makes you get out and walk halfway. No matter quickly or easily the cab made it through town, it still only got you half way there.
