Modifier icône d'un exécutable sur PDA

Bonjour,
Je développe actuellement un programme à l'aide du module LabVIEW PDA 8.2, et je souhaiterais personnaliser l'icône de l'exécutable.
J'ai essayé la procédure définie dans ce lien http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/AA87B627C42616C48625711A0063FFAF
mais après modification des icônes sous Embedded Visual C++ et sauvegardé le fichier mon icône ne change pas.
Comment dois je procéder, d'autres solutions possibles ?

Apparemment, ces personnes ont eu le même soucis que vous, et la nouvelle icône peut être mise à jour en renommant l'executable.
Je vous laisse tester cette solution, et reste en attente d'un retour sur l'efficacité de cette technique.

Je développe actuellement un projet à l'aide du module LabVIEW PDA. Je souhaiterais créer une application sous LabVIEW permettant d'envoyer un fichier (texte) sur un PDA (Ordinateur vers PDA).
Je sais que sous LabVIEW PDA la connexion utilisée est à l'aide d'ActivSync pour envoyer un exécutable sur un PDA mais comment faire pour recréer cette fonction.
Existe t'il un exécutable pilotable sous LabVIEW permettant d'envoyer des fichiers vers un support PDA.

Exécution d'un exécutable sur un ordi sans labVIEW

J'ai créé un vi qui marche bien et l'ai transformé en exécutable grâce à la version 2012 de LabVIEW. Sur la station où j'ai créé ce .exe, l'exécutable fonctionne bien (normal, puisque la version de LabVIEW est installée sur ce poste). J'ai donc testé si mon application autonome pouvait être exécutée sur un autre poste qui ne comporte aucun logiciel LabVIEW. J'ai donc transféré mon application par mail et essayé de lancer le programme sur le poste cible.
Le système m'a alors demandé d'installer le moteur d'exécution de LabVIEW : (mon .exe s'appelle Application)
"impossible de trouver le moteur d'exécution de LabVIEW. Application requiert une version 2012 (ou compatible) du moteur d'exécution de LabVIEW. Pour corriger ce problème, contactez le vendeur de Application ou téléchargez le moteur d'exécution de LabVIEW à partir du site Web de National Instruments."
J'ai cliqué sur le lien proposé et je me suis retrouvé sur le site de NI où j'ai dû choisir une version de ce moteur d'exécution. Comme je ne savais pas trop laquelle choisir, j'ai pris la plus récente : LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2014 SP1.
Peut-être me suis-je simplement trompé de version (j'aurai dû prendre la version 2012) ?
En tout cas cette version s'est effectivement installée sur le poste cible, mais lorsque j'ai de nouveau lancé mon exécutable, le même message que ci-dessus s'est affiché, comme si le système ne trouvais pas le moteur que je venais d'installer.
Malheureusement, ce courrieleur ne me permet pas de vous envoyer les trois fichiers créé par mon application Builder de construction d'exécutable (notamment le .exe). A la place, je vous envoye le programme d'origine ("base de nombres pseudo-premiers-forts.vi") et Application, mais en version compressée (les .zip sont autorisés).
Si vous arrivez à lancer mon programme depuis un poste sans logiciel LabVIEW, pourriez-vous m'indiquer comment vous avez fait (notamment quelle version du moteur d'exécution vous avez utilisé) ?

Vous avez eu la bonne intuition dans votre message, il faut le Runtime version X pour faire tourner un exécutable créer avec LabVIEW version X.
Vous pourrez télécharger le runtime ici :http://www.ni.com/download/labview-run-time-engine-2012/3433/en/
Et il n'y a aucun souci à avoir plusieurs runtime installés sur une même machine.

Variable partagée entre 2 éxécutables sur deux machines en réseau

Bonjour, je désire communiquer par variable partagée entre deux éxécutables (créés en LV 8.6) sur deux machines différentes d'un même réseau local. Le noeud de méthode "déployer une librairie" me retourne une erreur dès que je place une ip différente de localhost ; d'une façon plus générale, l'exacte marche à suivre n'est pas très clair pour moi : qui déploie vers qui, necessité d'un "binding" ou pas, etc...Quelqu'un a t-il déja réalisé cette opération ? Merci d'avance...

User "system" doesn not have Permission "modify"

Using the Admin console, I am trying to add a new permission to an ACL and I am running
in to an error. The ACL is "weblogic.jndi.lightbridge.rms" and I am trying to add
the "lookup" permission. The error that I encounter is:
User "system" does not have Permission "modify" based on ACL "weblogic.admin.acl".
I have tried given the "system" user the permission (through the Admin console) but
I encounter the same error. I seem to have run into a "chicken or the egg" problem.
How do I give the "system" user the permission?

Try adding this entry to filerealm.properties and rebooting the server
acl.modify.weblogic.admin.acl=Administrators
and make sure that the "system" user is in the "Administrators" group. It should be by
default.
Now you should be able to add any ACL's and corresponding privileges that you like.
You could also add your ACL manually to fileRealm.properties--
acl.lookup.weblogic.jndi.lightbridge.rms=system

Acrobat X standard pb pour modifier le texte d'un document

Je n'arrive pas modifier le texte d'un document sous acrobat X standart qui a été crée à partir de acrobat distiller 7.0.5.
Message d'erreur: le texte accumulé dans la zone de seléction tentée a subi une rotation ni horizontalement ni verticale. L'outil de retouche ne peut pas créer de sélection de texte.
Le plus étonnant c'est que je peux modifier le texte avec avec acrobat pro 7 mais pas avec acrobat X standard pour ce meme document.
Test effectué sous windows XP pro service pack3 et windows 7 pro service pack1.

Modifying a Contribute site outside of Contribute

I have been asked to modify the left navigation bar in an existing site that was built with Contribute. Can I modify the HTML directly or do I need to use Contribute to modify the site.
I am not sure if a local copy of the web site is kept on the PC and then published to the live site OR Contribute modifies the live site directly.

I took a look through the Documentation and forums (even coming across your post to their support staff). More than likely it sounds like you are correct in assuming that you should only need to edit that template.html page and the associated CSS file. However, I think you are misinterpreting how Dreamweaver works. With Dreamweaver you will bring the files back to your computer to work on and then they need to be put back on the server. Now if you setup the remote server connection in Dreamweaver, the Live View function can pull active content from the web so you can see how it looks, but it will not be an interactive edit where as you are making changes they are automatically seen on the web. This is because Live View is a much more accurate view of how your page will look on the internet compared to Design View because it uses the webkit engine that Safari and Chrome use.
Although I will say you have some work cut out for you, because looking at their demo page they are using an HTML5 document type, which seems very strange to me, yet they are including tons of obsolete HTML elements that have been replaced by CSS since XHTML 1.0. In my opinion it looks like to use most of their code you should first change the document type from HTML5 to the HTML 4 document type in the page properties window of Dreamweaver because otherwise, with all this mixture of code, sometimes browsers will be sent into a "quirks" mode where it guesses on how it should render a page leading to inconsistent layouts and unnecessary headaches.

Modify process flows using Oracle Workflow

Hi,
I'd like to use Oracle Workflow to enhance the process flows created using Warehouse Builder, as some features are missing if compared with the full-blown Workflow Builder, and it is desired to integrate OWB processes in larger ones. I have successfully applied changes on the Workflow processes generated from OWB but it's not clear how far I can go, especially because I don't want to lose too much of the benefits of the original Workflows:all mapping results should continue to show in the Runtime Audit Browser, and it shouldn't be impossible to deploy the processes in a new environment.
I am worried that when I change the processes manually in Workflow, I lose the possibility to re-deploy automatically from OWB, but this is tolerable as long as the final Workflow processes are maintainable and deployable.
Has anyone tried a similar approach? How much can it be feasible/supported??

I'm still evaluating what will be done through OWB and what through OWF. However my first attempts were oriented along the lines you suggest, that is to keep the process flows generated by OWB untouched, and use them as building blocks for larger processes. At the moment I am trying to realize what balance gives the best result. One extreme would be to use OMB scripting to wrap mappings in very simple generated processes, deploy them and build all the workflow logic in OWF. The other extreme would be to implement complete workflows through OWB and modify them through Workflow, but I'm sure this would certainly not be supported (as the Workflow developer manual states).
My intent is to use OWF to add some flow logic I find difficult to introduce using OWB, especially for recovery actions, eg I added a join operator to the standard AND and OR, which purpose is to wait that all joining processes complete and than to branch depending on a failure in any process. I don't want the following recovery/logging actions to start unless processing has stopped.
I built such logic very easily throw OWF but it's very involved using OWB, unless I'm missing something...

Is it possible to modify SQL DB tables using TUXEDO services???

I dont know how to use to resource manager to connect to the SQL Server Database
nor have I ever worked with SQL Servers.
But you could possibly try doing the following.
In the Tuxedo Server / Service, using Pro*C, you can use the
EXEC SQL CONNECT :userid IDENTIFIED BY :password statment.
This should open the connection to the SQL Server DB. and then using the regular
Pro*C SQL Statement you should be able to do modify the tables.
But please be sure that the user id you use has the Insert/Update/Delete rights
on the tables that you access.

Hi, It's possible to open, change and save a universe directly in the Web Interface ?Any user not used MS Windows and want also interact this modification.The BusinessObjects COM SDK don't work because some user don'thave this.Now, BusinessObject is compatible with Linux but this functionnality don't exist ?The user don't want view universes and reports but only modify some parameter in universes and reports.I have already this code in COM SDK with VBA but the conversion into JAVA not work. je voudrais modifier l'ouverture par defaut qui est sur aperçu quand on double clique sur la vignette pr mettre PSE par défaut mais je ne trouve pas comment faire!

Merci Franck pour votre réponse mais je ne trouve rien au niveau des infos ! sur bridge avant en double cliquant sur la vignette cela ouvrazit automatiquement PSE et depuis qq jours sans avoir rien modifié cela ouvre simplement aperçu qui est noté (par défaut) et je ne sais comment reprogrammer pse par défaut!

Erreur ??? avec l'exécutable pour une connexion avec une centrale de mesure.

J'ai dévelloppé une application utilisant une centrale de mesure YKMX100. Le problème survient lorsque je génére l'exécutable et que je désire m'en servir sur un autre poste.
Lors de la génération de mon exécutable, j'ai bien mis tout les VIs nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de celui-ci (dont les VIs drivers de la centrale).
Mais lorsque j'essaye de me connecter à la centrale via mon exécutable (sur un poste ne possédant pas labVIEW), il me met :
ERROR -1073807346
??? dans YKMX100
Initialize.vi -> Test_connexion_MX100.vi
Je pens que vous pouvez vous appercevoir que l'erreur non explicite ne m'aide pas beaucoup à la résolution de ce problème ... merci de m'éclaicir sur ce point !

Le poste que vous utilisez ne possède peut être pas de driver VISA. Le code erreur que vous donnez correspond à une erreur VISA. Si vous allez dans Expliquer l'erreur LabVIEW donne : La session ou la référence de l'objet donnée est invalide.
Avez-vous installé NI-VISA sur la machine?

Modifying individual name in group listing

How can I not change an individual name in a group list with out effecting my main "ALL" listing. for example.- Mr and Mrs Smith in my "all" list " I have a Group List ( xmas cards) that I want to change to Mr and Mrs Smith & Family ! - and not to change the main/all listing
Is there a way that it won't correct my "all" listing" ? or Can I export my group list into Word or other programs that I can modify each name ? I know I can create a PDF though It would allow me to change individual names.

If I understand your question, you want to create a customized address list for a special purpose, but you want to do so without modifying the current entries in Address Book. Unfortunately, since the group listings derive their basic information from the individual entries, you cannot change one without modifying the other.
I am not sure about how you would go about exporting to Word. What you might need to do is create new entries in Address Book from which you can print your lables.

If you have the correct country on your account, then go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app, tap on your id and log out, and then log back in - that should get the store to show your country.
If you want to change the county on your actual account : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account

Not sure what your interviewer was expecting as an answer. But yes your understanding is perfectly correct that you cannot create/modify/delete the vlans from client mode as it would through you the error saying: " VTP vlan configuration ont allowed when the device is in CLIENT mode.".
The only difference I can think of: As a _user_ in VTP client mode you have restrictions on_what you can do_ (create,delete,modify) to the vlan.dat file whereas in Server mode you(the user) have none of those restrictions. But from the _switches'_ own perspective it doesn't make the distinction between the two modes. In other words the switch is not aware of the mode the other switches are in.
A switch would not advertise to another switch like "hey I am a client/server" but will advertise "hey this is my revision number" and the other switch will then compare to it's own. The one with the highest revision number will be the one who gets the privelege to 'sync' its vlan.dat to the other switch.
