Modify default Class icon
When you create a new Class in LabVIEW, you get a default Icon heading that takes up 3/8 of the icon. I prefer a heading taking up less space (1/4). Is the icon template available someplace so I can make this a little smaller, rather than having to edit the "base" icon for every class I create?
No. I think the closest you can do is create a template and select it each time you edit the icon.

System preferences default icons set not showing when modifying user account icon
Hi!
I was willing to change my account icon and went into system preferences, accounts and groups, open my account and clicked on the icon in order to change it.
To my surprise there was no default icons showing.
All the icons are in their place in System/Lybrary/User Pictures/ but it seems there is not any info connecting them to the default icon set when modifying the accounts icon. The problem is on all the accounts.
I updated the system to 10.8.2 and the problem is still there.
I already did the permission verification and the only one which is alwasy appearing (even after repair) is someone related to "ruby".
I can give more details if needed.

i am actually using jinitiator 1.3.1.28 with Oracle HTTP Server of OAS 10gR2) calling Forms Server 6i (f60cgi). After setting up according to Bernard's recommended setup steps, the java console showed that it loaded the icon jar file when it could not read the form, but it skipped the loading of the icon jar file once it read and started the form. How do we specify in the form to pick up the icon from the jar file instead from a directory ? Or do we need to specify ? Any ideas ?

I'm working on modify table classes for reporting purpose. We have a report where we have to find the trend analysis, need to check if its uptrend or downtrend..
We have data like this:

based on this data I have to create a new row which will see how the trend is moving with an icon.
for instant if you see the data, 8-9-10 this called uptrend.. and 10-9-8 is a downtrend.

How do I change what the default Dock Icons are when a new User adds an account to the Machine?
I'm setting up a lab of about 50 iMac, each computer will be set to authenticate via a remote Server, once logged in for the first time the computer will create a local profile. I want the default dock on each of these new local accounts to include specific Applications on the computer and remove some of the default Apple ones.
I tried com.apple.dock.plist but that only exist after the account is created. I need it to do it as the account is created.Place the modified com.apple.dock.plist file on the desktop, and then open the Terminal in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder. Run the following commands:
sudo cp ~/Desktop/com.apple.dock.plist '/System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist'
sudo chown root '/System/Library/User Template/English.lproj/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist'
Each command starts with sudo; the first command will prompt you for your administrator password, which won't appear on the screen while it is being typed.

When I drag and drop a website onto my desktop, how can I make Firefox use the icon native to that website instead of the default firefox icon?
I have even gone painstakingly (SEVERAL TIMES) to the sites with IE, dragged the site onto my desktop in order to obtain the site native icons for my desktop (and deleted the ones with the Firefox icon) .... but they all soon revert to the default Firefox icon.

I want the icon that comes from the website I'm making the shortcut for.
(If you go to a site in IE you will see the site generated icon at the left end of the URL in the address field.)
If I make IE my default browser I am able to get (and keep) those icons as shortcuts on my desktop without a problem.
I want to keep Firefox as my default browser.
So I want to know how to make Firefox accept the icon that comes from the website like IE does.
I have even gone to the trouble to use IE to create the shortcuts with the site specific icons.....but after I do that...... FIREFOX CONVERTS THEM TO THE FIREFOX DEFAULT ICON as soon as I re-boot or refresh my desktop.
I generally prefer Firefox as a browser....but If there's no fix.....I'm going to dump Firefox. -

It does not give first message. and second message come properly and immediately when I start the AddOn. I checked it makes all fields accuratly. But when I open the related form it gives error message "Data Source not found". I checked fields name are same as used in form and database .What can the reason? Should I use a simple function for creation of database fields which will run when a button is pressed? Is it fine to using default class for database fields creation?

UNINSTALL ORACLE WRAEHOUSE BUILDER SOFTAWARE.
'GLOBAL_NAMES = FALSE' in init.ora file.
RESTARTED MY MACHINE.
INSTALL THE ORACLE WRAEHOUSE BUILDER SOFTAWARE. -
Changing the default edit icon of interactive reports

I have tried to look around to find a place to set the default edit icon of interactive reports and I cant seem to find it.
Another thing is: What would be the best practice to change the icon to a new image that is NOT part of the apex installation? Right now we have 8 icons to choose from, which are all located in apex image library. Its not even located in the theme. The first makes perfect sense, but what is the class-default used for? Cisco says
"This class map appears at the end of all Layer 3/4 policy maps and essentially tells the adaptive security appliance to not perform any actions on all other traffic. You can use the class-default class map if desired, rather than making your own
match any class map. In fact, some features are only available for class-default."
But I see stuff like this:

Obviously it is being used here to act on traffic! So I am confused.

This is Mike. I dont think it is well documented. Basically it is just a class map (that does not appear on the configuration unless an action is specified) that will match all traffic passing through the ASA firewall. Some features like NSEL (Netflow) and Traffic shaping are only allowed to use this kind of class maps because they dont support any other match command.
The one that you currently have (and God I hope its not applied) will look for tftp traffic on every IP packet passing across the ASA.
This specific type of policy you have there can only be applied on the interface (as it is not a layer 7 inspection policy) you can check if it is applied or not by running the show "run service-policy command"

Default class map is dropping all Packets
Hello I have a Cisco 871 router that used to have Access list based security. now I am trying the ZBFW for the first time. I thought I had a pretty good program until I found all my traffic was getting dropped. This is my first stab at ZBFWs and I am a bit confused esp with the default class part. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
The router is for my house and thus also has to have priority for gaming. I will add the gaming and voice QOS once I get it working,

Finally to the class map
class-map type inspect match-all MyNetNet-Class
match class-map MyNetNet-access-list

That keyword MATCH-ALL is the one causing the issues!!
Why?
Because you are telling the ZBFW to inspect traffic only if matches all of those class-maps so a packet will need to math the base protocols and the extended protocol and as you know that is not possible ( Just one protocol )

Show ebook cover page instead of default EPUB icon
Hi,
As my collection of PDF ebooks was growing, I grew to appreciate the fact that Acrobat was showing the ebook cover in Windows Explorer instead of the default icon. It allowed me to quickly search for ebooks by browsing through the covers quickly, much like I could quickly scan a bookshelf of “real” books to find the one I am looking for, remembering the layout and the colours.
Unlike Acrobat, Digital Editions does not show the EPUB ebook cover in Windows Explorer; rather, it shows a default EPUB icon (it does show the cover in its library, but not at the Windows Explorer level).
As a growing number of ebooks I purchase are now in EPUB format, I would find it very convenient to see the ebook cover instead of the default EPUB icon.
Is there a way to achieve this with the current Digital Editions? Is there an obscure setting somewhere that would turn this on? If not, may I suggest Adobe to implement this feature in the next release of Digital Editions? Although I prefer to stick to official Adobe products rather than third party software, in the meantime, I am also open to third party EPUB reader that would have that capability if someone could make a recommendation.

If i recall there was a custom icon for the "download' folder. Something maybe with an arrow.

Recursive generic classes - Automatically assign default class?

I'm working on a kind of ArrayList with some extra features... (named FullRangeList)
To realize this, I need a way to create a new Object of my generic type for the current instance.
Basicly, it works for me as described here: http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?forumID=31&threadID=5221886
But in my case, my generic type will very often be the very same class, and I want my class to set its default class automatically.
Here is my code:

2. It turns out that I have to cast elem in order to use ist.
((this.defaultClass)elem) causes a "Syntax error on token "elem", delete this token"-Error... what's wrong about that?

and their Childs "Class<FullRangeList<SomeObject>>"?As spoon_ already mentioned, there are no generic types at runtime. Working with reflection targets runtime, so no Generics.
Another point is, that there is no FullRangeList<SomeObject>.class but only a FullRangeList.class. Hence, what you desire does not make sense in Java.
Reading your approach, I would suggest working with some factory approach rather than implicit contracts on parameters given. Initializing the FullRangeList with some factory would provide what you need. -

ShaileshI have done this in the past, but have not published anything on this, as I do not recommend using this approach. The reason being that within future releases, a java interface for web design for APIs will be available and this approach will not convert in the long term. Therefore, the recommendation at this point is for table interface, use the BW 3.x runtime. There are numerous examples of how to do tabs and the such in that runtime (see web template 0ADHOC) in BW 3.5 releases...

I need to modify default workspace(Applications are stored in Local Environment viz, C:\Users\username\Workbench ES2) instead want to store all the files in some other location, sounds the issue is silly but i am not able to find the option change it in workbench can somebody suggest on this.

First explain, I am a Chinese Windows user, my English fighting is only 5（very poor）.Then I will try to use some simple English to tell you my problem.
I use the method used in windows8 to modify default installation path of WindowsApps,but defeated.
Why I want to modify default installation path of WindowsApps?
Because when I installed software that is suitable for the traditional model, my C disc had only 10GB space.
I think Win8.1 is perfect.And I like the traditional mode and Metro interface.(I heard Win9 can’t use two modes at the same time,but I think simultaneous use of two modes the operation is very nice.)
The method used in windows8:
First,Enter WinPE,create a file that is the mirror image of WindowsApps in D disc.
Then,Enter Win8.1,make User get thechanges to the “Appx” folder under theregistry.
Last,Amended registry master key of “packageRoot”as “D:/WindowsApps”
This operation can be completed in Win8,but default in Win8.1.
So,could you tell me how to modify default installation path of WindowsApps?
If it’s impossible ,I hope Microsoft team could solve it.In my opinion it's a bad idea to change this, as most software is set to install on drive C: and not all of it may be using the proper CSIDL system calls to get the locations.
You can be sure the majority of testing is done with applications installing in the system default location on C:.
A much better idea is to save a few Yuan and buy a much larger SSD for the system drive, then use the default drive C: locations for the operating system and installed programs.
