Modify std MIGO transaction

Hi experts,
when i am doing MIGO transaction against purcahse order all data automatically came after entering PO(purchase order) in table control of migo screen , but business area field is blank , so i want to move business area value and shows on the screen .
plz anyone help me hows this will do?

Hi,
Transaction Event Key "BSX" is used for inventory posting.At the time of MIGO Stock/Inventory Account is debited.
Please check your material code. As per the error message the valuation class for your material code should be 3000. Maintain appropriate GL account for Valuation Class 3000 in BSX key.
Use T Code OBYC to view all the transaction event keys. Scroll down to BSX which might be 11 th in the list, and double click on it. You will find a combination of Valuation modifier, Valuation class and GL Account. Please mantain appropriate GL code against valuation class 3000.
If you are not confident enough you can take the help of your MM consultant.

How to provide document attachment (DMS) functionality in MIGO transaction

Dear All,
How can I provide the document attachment functionality (Document will be stored in content DMS server)
in MIGO Transaction.
The same functionality provided by SAP in ME21n, ME22n Transactions.
In ME21n user can upload any type of document related to line item wise and that document can we view/ modify from ME22n as well as from DMS side ( T.code - CV02n).
can anybody help me that how can i provide same functionality in MIGO transaction.

Additional fields in MIGO transaction

Hi Everybody,
We have a requirement where we need to have additional fields in MIGO transaction when the user chooses 'distribute qty' option to split the quantity, the normal screen shows the following fields,
1. Qty in UnE
2. Stock type
3. Movement type
4.Stor location, we need Serial number, Drum number in Screen number 1000 of SAPLMIGO program, Can any one tell me how do I achieve this functionality,

The only option I see is design your own custom screen with the required fields and call it as popup ( Modal Dialog Box ) from user exit ZXMBCU02 .
This user exit will be triggered when you click on "CHECK" or "SAVE" button.
There is no way to modify MIGO screen itself , so maybe you will have to pass the item number etc from MIGO and have a table control on your custom screen for data entry.
For saving data into database donot use this exit as a user may just check and go out and you will unnecssarily push the data into z table . In this exit do an export to memory for your custom fields.
In another exit ZXMBCU01 , do an import from memory and update the required Z table . This exit is called while updating material document in update task.
However to goto popup screen for displaying chnaging custom fields you will have to press "CHECK" button , maybe a user training issue.

MIGO transaction Extra Tab

Here we are facing one problem in one of the Business Add ins for MIGO Transaction .
The BADI we have used is MB_MIGO_BADI. It successfully adds the extra tab in migo transaction. But if the change the fields of the communicating structure in Line_modify method it says BADI doenot allow to change the fields and it doesnot modify the database Table MSEG. we have append structure in goitem structure and MSEG Table ... but still we are still getting a msg that the field cannot be modified ....

There is a BADI MB_MIGO_BADI for adding tabs for MIGO transaction. When you go to se18, open the BADI. Then go to 'GOTO' -> sample code -> display. You can copy the example and play with it.
The Badi, you can use multiple times. Which means you can create more than one tab. You just need to create more implement against the BADI.

Disabling G/L Account field in MIGO transaction

HIiya Gurus,
                 I have got a requirement to disable the GL Account field in Accounting tab in the MIGO transaction. since i am an abaper i am not sure how to disable this field. i have gone through the transaction SPRO , but unfortunately for the filed G/L Account field KONTO there are only 2 options :--
either to make it optional or mandatory.
                 But my requirement is to make it disabled (greyed out), IS it possible to Grey out that field.
In my customization this field is set as Option.
               Kindly provide me with your valuable suggestions.

In order to make the fields to be in display mode during the display of material document, create a module under PBO and import the flag value and the production order number details in the method LINE_MODIFY and if that flag = u2018Xu2019, use

Error In MIGO Transaction

While creating MIGO transaction against a PO I am getting this error continously
PL Stock in transit exceeded by 12 PC : QS8X20 2100 2110 9000000010
I dont know what to do.??

I still unable to understand where the problem lies
See for a while forget about ME2M and check you PO in ME23N T-code you are getting your Po or not

These options are coming from Excise Group settings.
Go to : SPRO-Logistics General-Tax on Goods movements-India-Basic settings-Maintain Excise Groups-in 'MIGO Settings' tab, select the check boxes, accordingly you will get the options in Excise Tab of MIGO screen.

Hi, My problem is allmost like the one you are discussing here....
I have appended MKPF for my Z-fields and created a sub-screen (Design the screen). I am calling this screen in PBO_HEADER. Now i can see my newly created tab along with fields.
Now the problem is:-
1. How I can transfer that data entered in screen fields back to my BADI.
2. How to update my z-fields in MKPF table along with standard fields. I have tried using FM - 'J_1IEXGM_BADI_POST_DOCUMENT' in Method - POST_DOCUMENT, but its not updating table record in MKPF for Z-Fields.

Service tax value required updating while posting GR in MIGO transaction

Dear Friends,
We have a following scenario where service tax value required updating while posting Goods Receipt MIGO transaction.
1. Purchase Order created for first line item where Qty. 1 and Net Rate Rs.1000/- so total Gross value will be Rs.1000/- example Vendor XYZ
2. Freight condition type maintained for the first line item for Rs.500/- and assigned to Transportation vendor ABC.
3. When Goods Receipt Posted for the Material against PO first line item, the material value updates Rs.1500/- (Material value as
    per PO + Freight Charges)
4. After posting GR while making Invoice verification through MIRO transaction against the PO GR/IR clearance will be done for
    Material vendor XYZ. For transportation Vendor ABC Planned delivery cost indicator will be select and since service tax is
    applicable Service tax code will also select.
Here the values of Service tax if the Material available in Stock it will be inventories. If stock consumed before making the Invoice verification for Transportation vendor ABC, then the Service tax values update to PRD account.
We know that in PO, tax code can be select for first line item (Raw Material) Vendor XYZ and if transportation charge condition type maintained for same first line item and assigned to Vendor ABC and there is no provision to maintain Service tax. So the service tax will get inventories while posting Invoice Verification for the transportation vendor.
We want the values of Service tax to update while posting Goods Receipt in MIGO transaction.

I am facing the the error in FM RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE for MIGO transaction as below:
