Module Activation

I had to install LabVIEW on another computer, but when I tried to run my saved vis, the IMAQ vision vis were not all installed.  I couldn't find them, so I transferred the vision folder over from an old computer as suggested here http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/B23E67C08CBD161886256F82007D58D8
Those vis are now present, but they're not activated.  When I try to activate the module ("The Vision Development Module library"), it shows that all the components of LabVIEW are activated, so there's no way to activate it.
The complete error message I get when I try to run the VI is
"The Vision Development Module library is expired or invalidly licensed on this computer. To purchase this product, contact National Instruments. If you have already purchased this product, select the Help >> Activate LabVIEW Components to activate this product."
Help?
Solved!
Go to Solution.

Pretty simple - buy NI Vision Development, use the installer for it, then activate it using the license that comes with it.

  • BIOS - Full Theft Protection module Activation - Current setting Permanently disabled

    Hi,
Recently purchased a Lenevo X301 laptop and installed with Windows XP. Unfortunately while changing the BIOS setiings, i have selected permanently disable option for computrance anti theft agent under Security settings.
Now I have settings are as follows..
    Full Theft Protection module Activation
    Current setting - Permanently disabled
    Remote Diaable module activation
    Current settin - Permanently disabled
I tried to change it enabled state in several ways, but i am not successful, Could you please help me how to activate computrance agent.
Also one more question, do i need to purchase the Computrace LoJack to activate Anri Theft agent in my laptop.
Your quick response is highly appreciated.

Regarding your keyboard problem, it seems to be a very low-level problem. The driver cannot access the Control Registers on the Keyboard. By going down from your error message to the lowest level, one can see that it's probably a simple "outb" operation (write data on a specified address, shouldn't fail if the address is correct...) that doesn't succeed.
So I think you defintely need to look in your BIOS if you didn't deactivate something when upgrading, or messed with some address space, or many things I cannot think of right now.
    Good luck

  • ACE 30 Module Active-Active configuration

    Hi,
We have two ACE 30 module in two Cat 6k with multiple contexts. And our requirement is to have both the boxes active for some context. We have configured the ft vlan, ft peer and ft group for each context on ACE level. And on Cat 6k, L2 vlan is created for ft and mapped with ACE service module with svlvc command. The interface on switch used for ft is configured as Access port with ft vlan. But when we try to do Failover testing by shutting down the upstream link of ACE2, the active context on the ACE2 is not failing over to ACE1. Let me know whether we need to do any additional configuration to achieve this.? . The running configuration is as below,
    @ Cat 6K,

    Hello Divya!
It should work assuming the following:
1.) You have a trunk/portchannel between the ACE's will all vlans each context is using including 999 for FT)
2.) You are using bridged mode on ACE or one-armed with on alias. OR you are using routed mode with an alias IP that is used as the server gateway.
Can you login to the admin context on each ACE and issue "show ft group detail" and send it back to the alias? Also, "show run interface"/"show run rserver" from each context would be useful to see the way you have the configuration setup.

  • Xserve G5 Drive Module Activity LED problem

So, I have little problem with our Xserve G5.
Are there 3 HD's in the Xserve in RAID 5 config. The activity led (blue) of the first modul is not show any activity. But the megaraid is show that everything is all right with all of ADM's. The green/red led is show that, the 1st ADM is working fine (Green light), too. (There are 500 GB capacity on 3pcs 250 GB ADM in RAID 5)
Only the OSX Server was on the raid disks. We have an Xserve Raid for the storage.
Is it possible to really not activity on disk disk? Or the led is wrong... Or is there a contact problem betwen the ADM and the Xserve?
So I have tried something: I unlocked the Server with the key, and I opened the first ADM. The the 'handle' poped out. In this case the activity led was blinkin' correctly. Naturally the raid config was collapsed, but after I reconfigurated (not rebuilt, because it was faster, and only the OSX Server was on the disks) the led has "blinded".
    Xserve G5   Other OS

If I pop out the ADM handy, the blue LED is blinking.
As I think the LED is working...
As I said, that I pulled out the ADM from its holder and the raid config was collapsed.
So, I will have another try with a brand new ADM later on this week. If it'll solve my problem, I inform you....

  • CONTROLLING MODULE ACTIVATED OR NOT

    HI Gurus,
How do one check, if controlling is activated?
If it's not then "Could this be activated after posting in GL accounts?

If you got to the icons then yes it is activated. If no service, I would call your carrier.

  • Check module activation

I have created a check module for the workflow start up conditions.
When I run the application that triggers the workflow, the check module is not called. When I look in the Event Trace the field "Check function" is blank, and yes, I have added the "Check function" in Event Type Linkages
However, if I run the "Create Event" transaction SWUE everything works fine and the "Check function" is filled in the event log.
    Any suggestions?
    Regards Ole

Put a break point in the check funciton module and try to see if the event is actually triggering the check function module through the event using SWUE. If yes, then check the condition you have given inside the check function module, mayb in background, the check function module condition is successful and is passing it on to the workflow.
    Hope this clarifies.

    Best,

You have two different copies of Active Directory module installed.
    Get-Module -list Act*
See if there is a second version.  It is also possible that you are loading something in your profile that is loading those components.  Try start PowerShell with the -NoProfile switch then import AD.  If that works then inspect your profiles
    - all of them.,

  • ACE module hung and required hard reset !!Plz help

ACE module had bit flip and it was hunged after that.I was not able to run any command(i.e For ex if i run show ft status nothing was displayed).I was not able to run any command on the standby ACE as well is this could be both the ACE module ACTIVE?
Manuaaly reboot from the ACE did not work. I had to forced hardare reset from cat 6500.
Is this a bug or strange behaviour?
I am running ACE A2(2.3) version on the module.
    Thanks
    ALEX

Usually in the case of the bit flip the ace will reset itself, which clears the problem.  In order to understand what is happining to your ACE, you would have to open a TAC case, and provide show tech information, as well as any files that were generated in the "core:" directory.  You can view these using the command "dir core:"
It seems odd that the standby ACE also wouldn't respond to any command input.  Did you have to reset it as well? If you had to reset it as well, then it may have encountered the same conditions that caused the hang on the primary.
Was there any syslog messages generated on the 6500 switch during the time?

  • Integration between modules

    Hello,
How is the integration done between different modules in SAP or how does the data flow occur. Could anyone explain me with an example.
    Thanks in advance
    Aparna

    hi
itegration is betwn FI MM SD and  PP
    MM integration with SD
sales organization of a plant in a company creates sales order taking into account customer requirement of goods . sales order is then converted to purchase order in plant by the purchase organisation and it is send to vendor and vendor supplys goods. Payment is done to vendor with invoice created with respect to the purchase order as reference and goods are delivered to customer and billing is done with respect to sales order.
    MM integration with FICO
MM is related to FICO in updating accounts during goods recipet, issue and goods transfer .
valuation class ,account grouping ,movement type etc . are linked to general ledger accounts of FI for account posting in a company through automatic account determination. Accounting document generated after goods reciept "MIGO" transaction gives the FICO information like accounts updated like stock or consumption account etc...once invoice verification is done in MM then payment is done in FICO considering invoice as reference for paying vendor.
The main integration between FI-MM is
    1) Valuation & Account determination
    main transactions are OMWB/OBYC
    Material price change -- MR21
    2) Purchasing -- Account assigned PO's & PR's
Tax code integration with pricing schema
    3) CIN activities
    J1IT India localization
    for PP with others
1.With FI Module - Through Valuation Class which allows to post the material's of same material type to
different G/L Account or Which allows to post the material's of different material type to same G/L Account.
or when some confirmations are made Accounting entries are made.
2.With CO Module - Activity types are created and Activity type are linked to the cost centers in KP26 for
defining the activity rate on hour basis,so for this combination entered cost center and activity type will be
mentioned in the work center to capture the operation or routing cost.
3.With SD Module,it happens thorugh the availability concept and Requirement Class in the Planning
    strategies.
4.With MM Module it happens through the various movement types & material document posting.
5.With QM,say if a particular inspection type is made active ,then the material's stock goes to Quality
inspection stock and once cleared from Usage Decision, they go the respective stock's.
For Eg: if inspection type 04 is active - Inspection lot for a goods receipt from production which means after
production confirmation the posted stock goes into Quality inspection stock and once cleared goes to
    unrestricted stock.
Likewise many integrations are there which can be used as per the business requirement.
if u search on net u will many sites providing integration of FI MM SD ,check following

  • QM Active or Not.. How to chk?

    Hi
In a system how can i chk weather QM module active or not?
Weather are they using QM or not?
    Wats their QM process?
How can we know the above from the system
    Vijay

    Hi
It is complete process. please check for the follwing details for a first hand answer to your query.
Quality view-  QM procurement active,Inspection set_ups, inside Inspect_up you will notice Inspection types attached to it , here you say what kind of inspection the material has to under go based upon the process. one material can have mulitple inspection types, forexample - 01 - for MIGO against PO, 08- for STO, simliarly a material which is having in_process inspection, can have 04- inpsection type, it goes on and can be set as required. This is only yhe basic check. On its own ths set_up alone will not help you to get the lot created during the processes. there are so many othere activities whch are to be carriedout for this to happen.
Pls check the below link forsome information

    Hi Peter,
The first switch that you mention is configured (judging from the "intrusion-detection" commands) to use the VACL capture method of sending traffic to the IDSM-2 for inspection.  You can read about this method here:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/configuration/guide/cli/cli_idsm2.html#wp1030828
In short, you configure a VACL to define the traffic you want to capture and apply it to the appropriate VLANs.  When traffic matches the VACL, it's copied to the IDSM-2 ports that have been configured with the "intrusion-detection module 7 data-port 1  capture" commands.
On the second switch it appears that there is a monitor session setup SPANing traffic to the IDSM-2 port.  This is an alternative method of sending trafic to the IDSM-2 for inspection and is mutually exclusive with the VACL method on a particular IDSM-2 interface.  You can read about the SPAN method here:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ips/7.0/configuration/guide/cli/cli_idsm2.html#wp1030816
This method, in short, simply involves configuring a SPAN session with the IDSM-2 interface as the desination.
You'll need to choose one method or the other for configuring the second switch.  If you want it to match the configuration on the first switch, simply remove the monitor (SPAN) session that's currently configured.
    Best Regards,
    Justin

  • Messages (Jabber) Refuses to Authenticate AD Users after 10.9.2/Server 3.0.3 update

Once again, an update appears to have broken Messages/Jabber's ability to authenticate AD users after the 10.9.2/Server 3.0.3 update even though it was working well before. Hoping someone here has some ideas for how to help!
I can log in just fine as a local user (e.g. [email protected]), but no luck with AD users (e.g. [email protected]). As always, it fails with no intelligible error message whatsoever:

I reset the jabber server configuration as described here to no avail: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5354428
    The DNS configuration looks good:
    changeip -checkhostname
    Primary address     = 10.0.17.15
    Current HostName    = comet.ADdomain.private
    DNS HostName        = comet.ADdomain.private
The names match. There is nothing to change.

I am not sure if it's attempting to authenticate to AD or not, and if so, why it might be failing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Also, while you're troubleshooting, I found Adium's debug window to be invaluble for showing errors during logon (even if you plan to use Messages).
You can open it in debug mode by holding option + click Adium.app, select "start in debug mode". Then in Adium menu > Debug window.
