Si votre dos vous ne vous en permanence, vous pouvez essayer de désactiver la sauvegarde sur votre dispositif mobile (Réglages> iCloud> Stockage et sauvegarde), puis supprimer le fichier de sauvegarde à partir d'iCloud en faisant glisser le fichier de sauvegarde sur le périphérique mobile (Réglages> iCloud> Stockage et sauvegarde> gérer ...), puis en remettant en place à nouveau.
Si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayez de désactiver certains éléments pour remonter dans un modèle pour essayer d'établir si votre problème est causé par des données spécifiques sur votre appareil.

2. Disable ALL security apps (firewall, antivirus/spyware) running on your computer.
3. Don't try to downgrade the iOS version. This isn't supported

voilà mon problème, j'ai voulu télécharger la mise à jour du logiciel pour mon iphone recommandé dans l'itunes store mais quand je l'ai installé mon pc me dit qu'un nouveau matériel a été détecté et que je dois installer le pilote du logiciel. Mon pc ne trouve pas le pilote et maintenant l'iphone reste bloqué sur le logo itunes et le câble usb. bien sûr itunes ne capte plus mon iphone. AU SECOURS !!!

Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: If you do not see the AppData or Application Data folders, you may need to show hidden files (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7), or iTunes may not be installed in the default location. Show hidden files and then search the hard drive for the Backup directory.

So, in case your phone gets recognized by your computer, let it restore and use the latest backup to get your data and settings back.
