I buy a new Lady Gaga's song Applause. Then I went to pre-oder her new album ARTPOP (with single Applause). Money deducted from the account twice. Why? What happened?
I have two downloaded singles.Can I retrieve my money for 1 song?

You could use a different country (e.g. leave it on US) or try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours)

If you're sure you are using the correct account and that you're logged in to the iTunes Store, go to the Purchase History and review your purchases to make sure that you should indeed have a balance left. iTunes doesn't always refresh the balance it shows, so it's possible you spent the money and it just wasn't being reflected in the display. This display error can usually be corrected by logging out of the iTunes Store and then back in.
If you confirm that you should have balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it correctly, send a message to the iTunes Store customer service department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. -

Money was deducted from my account after i added my visa card number to my account
I was planning on buying an app from iTunes, but before doing so, I decided to add my Visa card number to my account so buying applications from iTunes would be easier in the future. Right after I added my card number to my account, I receive a message saying that money was deducted from my account, and there was no explanation why. I highly suspect that the company has taken the money out of my card for some reason, since I haven't used this card for a few months and the application I was trying to buy is really important for my upcoming project!
I initially had $2.02 to buy the application, which was more than enough, but suddenly $1.09 was deducted from my card and now I only have $0.93, which isn't even enough to buy the application!
Please help me!!!!!!Each time that you add or change your card details a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - your card issuer should remove within a few days or so.

When you get the email iTunes receipt for your purchase you should find a "report a problem " along side the description of your purchase follow that link -
I purchased 10GB upgrade for iCloud and $20 was deducted from my iTunes account. I then upgraded to 20GB and an additional $40 was deducted from my account for a total of $60. I need a refund for $20. Thank you.
