Money overflow error when updating a Purchase Order

Dear all,
Our customer is using SAP B1 2007A, SP00, PL 30 - MS SQL 2005 SP2. The customer can create a purchase order but when they update it the below error appears:
Money Overflow; can not display all digits (ODBC-104) [Message 7001-21]"
even if they want to update only the remark field or change the unit price to 0.
Anyone who faces the same problem?
What is wrong with our customer DB?
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi All,
I am getting following error massage while updating a existing PO:
" Cannot Insert the value null into column docentry, Table db name.dbo. POR4; column does not allow nulls. Insert Fail."
We have upto 886 items in the PO and the summary type is " No summary". Even when i treid to change the summary type to "By items", the system is till throwing the same error message. Please let me knwo the cause of this error and how to rectify this??

Dear Joseph,
Please try the followings in a testing database and check the results:
1. if you give full authorisation to this specific user, will the error persist when adding the rows?
2. if adding new rows at the end of the purchase order will it be successful?
3. if you duplicate the sales order then add the new rows, will the error occur?
4. will the error persist if you upgrade the client to the latest patch?
5. please check the note 1139134 and 1249795.

Error when automatically create Purchase Order vie Purchase Requisition

I have 4 Purchase Requisition and each Purchase Requisition have a Purchase Requisition Number different:
0010000083/00010
0010000084/00010
0010000085/00010
0010000086/00010
But when I convert to Purchase Order only a Purchase Order Number
450000025/00010
450000025/00020
450000025/00030
450000025/00040
I want a Purchase Requisition have a Purchase Order as:
450000025/00010
450000026/00010
450000027/00010
450000028/00010
Could you please tell me how to setup?

Path: SAP Menu u2013 Logistics u2013 MM - Purchasing u2013 Purchase Order - Create u2013 ME59 u2013 Automatically via PR
During creation of PR , select check box of Source Determination in the 1st screen of ME51(ME51N)
For automatic PO creation from PR, follow the steps.
1) Material Master purchasing view tick automatic PO check box
2) Vendor Master purchasing view tick automatic PO check box.
3) Maintain Source list for Vendor & Material.(ME01)
4) Maintain Purchase Info Record.(ME11)
5) Create a Purchase Requisition.(ME51)
6) Use T.Code: ME59 (ME59N)& execute for PR for vendor, you will be able to create automatic PO.
Note:
Ensure that Purchase Info Record should be there.
If you have more than one vendor then fixes only one vendor in source list..

"Document does not exist" exception when updating a Purchase Order, Agentry

Hello Gurus,
I updated a PO in SAP by calling the Bapi. It displays the error:
com.syclo.sap.mm.steplet.POUpdateSteplet::throwExceptionToClient::1513::POUpdateSteplet - Document does not exist |
I checked on SAP and found the PO there. And in the log file, the PONumber, Company code are sent to the server. Then why It throws the above exception.
I spent a day but cannot find out what happen to the PO. Please help me. Thank you very much.
Edit: Even though I hard coded the PO Number, it still display the error.

I checked the SAP error log and found the issue in the log. I am not sure if it is the cause of "Document doesnt exists. Please help me figure it out. Thank you very much.

Error when creating a purchase order with reference

Hi Experts,
I am creating PO with reference to Contract
Material A with price 5 rupees
Before saving the po if click on print preview button to check if system is calculating the values correctly before saving the document.
But is seems that right now system is not calculating the values well as by clicking on "Print Preview" values are displayed as zero.
Also it is displaying the values once we save the po.
Why it is not showing any value in print preview before saving the PO.
Please help.

HI,
That means the PO print program is using some table (EKKO, EKPO,KONV and may be other for condition record) to get the value of the PO.
now those table get updated only after you save the PO.
That's the reason you are not getting any value in print preview before saving.

Goods Receipt PO "money overflow" error message

Hi all,
A client is having problems when trying to post a Goods Receipt PO based on an A/P Reserve Invoice. When adding the following error message comes up:
[Goods Receipt PO-Rows -Warehouse Code][line: 0], 'Money Overflow (ODBC-104)'
Has anyone of you encountered this message? What could the problem be? They are using SAP 2005A PL 46.

SAP Business One A does not support scenarios that might lead to a value greaterthan 9,223,372,036,854 in money fields, or in intermediate calculations, and may generate a Money Overflow error message.

I think you have a 1st Gen iPod Touch. You can only go up to iOS 2.2.1 OR you can purchased the iOS 3.1 firmware.

Purchase the iOS 3.1 Software Update directly from the iTunes Store.
IF NOT, then try to get a better internet connection (if connect with Wi-Fi) or wait a while and try to reupdate again. If you have to make sure iTunes is up to date (iTunes 11.x)

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or by right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

Error message while viewing Purchase order summary

we are in 11.5.10.2 , we are getting error message while viewing purchase order "Currency formatting cannot be performed without a currency code".
is it beacuse of currency not popluated in Purchase order?

Hi Kiran,
Verified metalink and other areas but could not get any appropriate solution.
I tried to reproduce the issue in various available environments...but no luck!
My guess would be the datafix/BUG that you have referred in the MOS note 960504.1
Please check with your DBA for this patch in test instance.

Error when updating Playbook OS version via Blackberry Desktop Manager

Greeting,
I have a batch of old playbooks which having the stack charging issue, but I found that I can update the OS to the newest version (2.1.0.1917) via Blackberry Desktop Manager, then the charging algorithm will be changed to the updated one and go over this dead battery issue. I was able to do so successfully in the past week smoothly on several devices.
But since this Monday, the Desktop Manager is saying "An updated Blackberry Desktop Software component must be installed before you can continue" when downloading the Desktop software and will appear "There was an error updating your software, an error has occurred while downloading the Blackberry Desktop Software.Please try again." and preventing the process. Seems there are some change on the server side starting this week which has caused this problem, but there's no error code to locate the exact issue.
I tried on 2 different computers as well as completed uninstalling and re-installing the Desktop manager, also tried to disable the automatic update as been advised in some threads. So no clue how to deal with it for now. It will be highly appreciate if some one can share some idea.

First I would like you to do a Back Up of your PlayBook using your computer and BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Hello Friends,
I am loading hierarchy data using Info pac into 0FUNDS_CTR . I have selected a hierarchy under hierarchy selections tab in the Info pac .
All Partner profiles in WE20 seems OK . But When I loaded data , throwing errrr message as below

Check the IDocs in Source System . You do this using the extraction monitor.
Error handling:
How you resolve the errors depends on the error message you get.
When I checked in TC WE05 says that IDoc: 0000000000355113 Status: Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound) with status 26 .

Actually we will monitor idoc status in BD87 in SAP BI As well ECC , while extracting the data from source sytem if any idoc struck we will manually process in BD87 , But you are telling that while loading the datasource the error occurred , so please check once in ECC side . Otherwise see how many packets are still process, make it red that infopackage and do manually update.

Hi Team,
When i was loading the data from SAP R/3 to BW, i was facing the error "Error when updating Idocs in Source System" (0 From 0 Records).
When i check in the Environment>Transaction RFC->In the Source System, it was displaying the error--
<b>" Import container contains errors (are any obligato) in the Function Module: IDOC_ERROR_WORKFLOW_START_R".</b>
Can any one please help me to solve this error.

How r u ?
The workflow settings are not proper it seems. Ask the BASIS people to correct the Work Flow Settings. Then try Updating the IDOCs manually.
Also check the Inbound and outbound IDOCs in the Source system. The outbound should contain some warnings or errors.

Hello All,
I have same problem but its RESOLVED by the following process.
Step - 1
execute the Function module "SCP_LANGUAGES_IN_INSTANCE". It may or maynot give some output. Just note if it give the output
Step - 2
in Transaction SE38 execute the program "RSCPINST".
Just Click on the Activate button (dont select anything).
Step - 3
Again do the same thing specified in Step - 1. Now it will give the output saying that Language is DE.
So by the above procedure my issue is been resolved.
