I have a teenager that I trust and love dearly. However, I also understand that they can do things that their parents may not always want them to do. I am suspicious that he is looking at adult sites. He is rather computer-smart so a basic check the history will not work as one can just reset safari. How may I check to see what sites he may have been on and what quicktime movies he may have viewed. REALLY NEED HELP! Thanks

OpenDNS doesn't allow you to voyeuristically snoop on users, but they have a feature to block several kinds of sites, including adult sites. You do it from your modem, so the blockage affects all users connected to your modem, not just one computer. Settings reside on the server where you have a password protected account, so they are not subject to hacking.

Does anyone out there have a good suggestion for software to help me monitor internet access of the user accounts on our family eMac? I need to be able to keep an eye on the youngest and eldest kids in our family. At this stage would rather just 'see' reports on when / where they go, not actually block sites. I have administrator access, and the other accounts are either 'standard' or 'managed'. The key for me though is to be able to set this up without telling them that there is software running, to avoid them trying to get around it. Not looking for something with warning messages for them to see!
We mostly use Camino but they sometimes use the ol' Safari, as well.

Well, it's probably one of two things: either the awesome dude(tte) who developed this awesome extension was tired of updating or the changes in FFox software architecture carried out between version 3.x and 4+ created challenges that were too difficult for him to surmount or a combination of both. Honestly, I love Mozilla but I think they dropped the ball on the throttle issue. It's such an obvious and necessary function and it's so easy to implement. They should have included it a long time ago as in built feature. And, if you are browsing and looking at this post and you agree. Add a suggestion in mozilla.org. The more of us asking for this function, the better.
Meanwhile, I have the following solution for you:

It's a portable app, meaning that it's got all it's profiles and preference and application files in the same directory. It won't compete with your current installation of Firefox, has it's own separate extension folder etc...

It will be flagged as incompatible with even that old version of firefox (but it isn't). You just need to turn off compatibility checking. You can do that with this extension:

If you have Bookmarks you want to port to the portable (bad pun intend), backup them up to bookmarks.json file on your desktop and import them to the portable version. You can export/import more stuff using FEBE addon but that's a whole world of headaches if you don't your doing.
Many of your extensions favourites extensions will no longer work on FFox 3.6.x but if, in that same addon's page, you look around until you find a link to previous versions of the addon, you will notice that the compatibility info is right below the version numbers. 'BBPSC11' error in Monitor SC for one User having multiple positions but on

'BBPSC11' error in Monitor SC for one User - having multiple positions in org structure - but having one BP code associated to all positions.
We have one BP ID associated to multiple positions of the same user - in multiple org structure.
The org unit is refered as one Project and like wise we have multiple projects people worked on.
Once the Proj is over we move the Users from one Proj (Org unit) to another Proj, with new Position created copying the old and associate old BP code to it.
With this when we go for Monitor SC option - enter User ID in Created By field - old SC are listed but we are getting error if we click on the Detail icon.
Error:The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "BBPSC11" because of the following error: Attribute for user contains errors. Inform systemadmin. .

Pl. verify the user with txn-bbp_attr_check. It could be that the org. relationship of the user changed with what was captured on shopping cart. Also use txn-users_gen to repair the user.

Hi,
When you set your monitor to a screen resolution that it won't support, the screen will go black for a few seconds while the monitor reverts back to the original resolution.
Regarding screen resolution, we may follow the below two articles to change it:

Follow the steps below:
1. Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button, clicking
Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
2.Click the drop-down list next to Resolution. Check for the resolution marked (recommended). This is your LCD monitor's native resolution—usually the highest resolution your monitor can support.
And if the monitor is LCD monitor, The monitor's manufacturer or reseller should also be able to tell you the native resolution for your LCD monitor. Or we may check the monitor's manual to adjust.

System monitoring plugin for Vmware ESX server..

i have a OEM grid control 10.2.0.5 with management plugin for Vmware ESX server (Management Plug-in: vmware_esx_server, Version 1.1.3.1.0) added.
I later added another server agent for management/monitoring of VMware ESX server.
the agent state is UP and under Monitored targets for the agent I am now trying to add the VMware ESX server
Once on the page, here I enter the details <Hostname / Usrname:Pwd / Protocol:HTTPS / Keystore> and click on Test Connection and recieve a Warning :
Failed to contact the target to be added. Following errors were received while testing the connection to the target. Update the properties accordingly, try Test Connection for testing the properties before saving.

THE problem starts here.. the metrics collection doesnt happen for the target and I get Metric collection errors.

Is the location that you specified for the keystore file somewhere that the agent can read from (either a drive local to where the agent is installed or a network drive that the agent has access to)? Is the keystore file one that was generated for that specific ESX Server from its rui.crt file? Each ESX Server has a different rui.crt file that you use to create the keystore file.
You won't be able to collect metrics if the SSL connectivity isn't set up correctly.

Yes, that is the app. It is used to monitor your internet activity, but because Apple won't allow an app like Covenant Eyes to monitor the Safari browser or any other browsers the Covenant Eyes app has to be its own browser which causes some issues. You can't click on a link and have it open because the iOS tries to open Safari by default when you do that.
I'm just wondering if there is anywhere on Apple's website that discusses this type of thing, why they don't allow an app like Covenant Eyes to monitor the Safari browser. The Covenant Eyes program for Macs will monitor internet activity on the computer.

With the itouch is there a way to monitor internet sites viewed? Also, if email is utilized with the itouch, will that remain on the main computer site as well. Finally, if not possible, is there a way to apply internet site blocking software or accountability software to the itouch?

there is a website history page on the touch but it can be cleared easily.
As of now there is no parental controls or other blocking software but post ideas for future additions to the touch here.

57F4 challan print - getting parent item no and po number for child item

In 57F4 challan, Subcontract components - i.e Child items are used for creating the challans.
However while printing needs the parent item no with the purchase order number for that child item number.
It is getting stored in RM07M structure.
Any inputs / suggestions how to retrive parent item number and purchase order number for child item i.e for subcontract items?

Thank you for the reply. I checked the table RSEG table for material document and PO details, however the RSEG gets populated when there is credit or debit entries.
In this 57F4 challan there is no credit or debit enteries hence would not get in RSEG table.
Appreciate your inputs for any other alternative.

You can't. But if you backed up your computer prior to wiping it out, you should be able to restore your iTunes library, contacts, photos, etc. from that backup. Once you do, you can set the phone up again and just sync everything from your library back to it.
If you didn't back the computer up either, you can transfer items purchased on the phone into iTunes, and if you set up at least one contact in whatever application you sync your contacts to on the computer, it will offer to merge the address books on the first sync, saving those. Any media you'd acquired from sources other than the iTunes store will have to be re-downloaded from the source or re-ripped.
The iPhone is NOT a backup device.

Macbook Air only connects to the internet for a few seconds at a time.

My 2013 Macbook Air (10.8.5) will only connect to the internet for a few seconds. It recognizes the wifi, but will just timeout when trying to access a website. If I turn Wifi off and then back on, it will work for another few seconds, only for the same issue to come up. I've tried EVERY SINGLE troubleshooting tip I could find and nothing works. I've renewed DCHP, rebooted my Mac, rebooted the router, network diagnostics, everything. I've scanned with Sophos multiple times and nothing has been detected. My 2007 MacBook Pro works just fine on the network as well as my roommates Macbook and my Apple TV. I have no clue how to fix it and am praying someone knows what to do. Please help!

Start by getting rid of "Sophos," which is worse than useless.
Remove the Sophos product by following the instructions on this page, and also this one, if applicable. If you have a different version, the procedure may be different.
Back up all data before making any changes.

i have exchange organization with exchange 2007 sp 3 & exchange 2013 sp1.
there are all users in Exchange 2013 server (mail flow is through Exchange 2013 server)
i have single forest, 2 site (site1, site2), root domain root.local and 1 child domain ch.root.local
DC for child domain is located in site2 (dc.ch.root.local)
multirole exchange 2013 server is installed in root domain.
i am traing to configure smtp receive connector with NTLM auth and have one problem.
when user in child domain try send email through this receive connector i see in log
