Monitor picture upside down.

I brushed off my keyboard and when I looked at the monitor the picture was upside down.
I've tried shutdown, shutoff, pulling power cord, etc.  When I restore power the picture is still upside down.
I have a W2072a hp Monitor but I suspect I managed to send a wrongfully command with out knowing.
Anything?

  • Why my iPhone 5S taking pictures upside down?

I have iOS 8.1 installed in my iPhone. While taking the picture sometimes it displays the camera screen in upside down direction and pictures taken also in upside down direction but sometimes it works fine.
Also I have encountered that while taking first picture flash sound doesn't come out (Ensured that iPhone is not on silent mode), for the rest of the pictures, it works fine. Could anyone please help me in this.

Have you tried soft reseting it. Holding the power and home screen buttons. For about 10 seconds. If not the next thing I would do is  reset all settings.: Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings.  If that still does not work. Restoring to factory with iTunes and  not loading a backup. Would be the next testing step. If still does not work. Then it would be something apple would need to fix for you. (1-800-MY-APPLE)

  • Nouveau - picture upside-down and left-right

I installed nouveau drivers to replace nvidia, but now when desktop starts, everything is inverted vertically AND horizontally, which gives a very weird effect (apart from being unusable).
Interestingly, cursor is not being inverted at all and order of letters remains left->right, but they are inverted upside-down...

Sure. I had to take a picture with my mobile, because the display visible on screenshots looked perfectly normal.

  • TV picture upside down

    Model # 55SL417U
It worked fine for about a month and then periodocally the screen would filp upside down.  It would stay like that for a couple of hours and then flip back to normal.  This past year it's been in storage and now it's almost always upsided down. Every once in a while we'll get lucky when we turned it on but it only last no longer than an hour.

No serious problems with installation of Windows 7 or Video display setting. The only frustrating issue is the upside down with Skype and EasyCapture. I have not been able to locate drivers for camera or i am i missing something
    Any help.

I am having the same problem.  Have you found a solution?

  • Everything on monitor is upside down

All icons are upside down. Tool bar is at the top. Mouse pointer is upside down and when you move it up, it goes down and visa versa.

    SLT1, welcome to the forum.
You should try pressing the Shift key+Alt+down arrow key.  This should rotate the screen to its normal position.

  • Can you turn the source monitor upside down?

We shooting a lot in gimbals. In the upright mode you have the footage upside down. Our eyes and brain are going crazy. Is there any way to switch the footage in the source monitor from upside down to normal?

  • Contacts picture is upside down

I've had this happen to two different contacts.  My picture is a-ok but my contacts picture is upside down.  One contact was using just a tablet to my kindle fire hd, the other contact is also using a kindle hdx and their picture is upside down, now if they turn their unit upside down then I see it a-ok.  Any ideas how to fix this?  I also have contacts using PC's and everything is a-ok.

I have similar Kindle HDX problem. Kindle Fire HD to Kindle Fire HD works good, no problems on SKYPE. But my newer HDX Kindle is seen up side down to the distant viewer on the Kindle Fire HD. My view on the new HDX unit is correct. I am only seen reversed to another Kindle. I also find that I have no problem Kindle HDX to a PC. I have correct picture at both locations. I called Amazon with the help button, but they had no answer to correct this problem. I am not able to just roll my tablet physically because the Kindle knows it is now turned upside down and it rolls the picture upside down again to correct what I did. So at this point, I might not use my newest Kindle for SKYPE.

  • Picture turns upside down after being taken

What could cause my phone to turn my pictures upside down after it is taken? As I am taking the photo it is the correct way but when it transfers into my camera it rotates to be upside down.

That seems to be a bit too fast if it continues to drain that quickly. That would be 20° drain each hour only giving you 5 hours of battery life. Give it some time before you make any real assessment, the battery indicator can act sort of funky at times. My indicator will stay on 100° for 15 minutes and then start to drain rather quickly until it evens out and gets to where it should be. From that point on, it will reduce at a normal rate.
You can try resetting the iPad. Sometimes that cures hunky little software issues. Sometimes, restarting the iPad can return the gauge to a normal reading.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

  • Upside down video on vado central

Has anyone out there found a resolution to the upside down video after trying to create a video on Vado's software???
I am at wit's end with this company's software and so-called upgrades. Try to fix one problem caused by their software and you just get another, maybe worse, problem.
I followed Vado's directions exactly and got the Upside down video. Just read from another customer that there is no solution yet for this problem. And CL's tech, KokChoy is just confused and "guessing" his word at what could be a possible reason.

my cam is showing my picture upside down.  I have ASUS LAPTOP K53E.

  • IMac iSight Camera Upside-Down?

I just got a new iMac C2D 2.4GHz 24" and when I got to the screen where it asks to take a Snapshot to use as my Account Photo the image appeared upside down. I then figured it might work correctly in Photo Booth but it appears that it does not. When I open Photo Booth it shows my picture upside down.
I downloaded iGlasses to see if rotating it would fix the problem and it does, but I'd rather not have to set that up and pay 10$ to correct something that shouldn't even be happening.
Is there anything that I can do? Is there a setting I could change?

    Hi SkawtS
Sound like the iSight may have been installed upside down at the factory???
I would take it or send it back for a replacement right away... here's the link to [Contact Apple Support|http://www.apple.com/support/contact>

  • Just 4 days after having my i6 set up my screen orientation while viewing my pictures and videos has gone sideways or upside down  , seems random. Anyone know of a fix??

Just 4 days after having my i6 set up my screen orientation while viewing my pictures and videos has gone sideways or upside down  , seems random. Anyone know of a fix?? Just discovered that it won't rotate as expected in other apps either.

Im having a similar issue with my iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 8.  My issue is with the home screen and text screen being stuck and or freezing in place.  The home screen will flip upside down and stay that way and with my messages if I rotate the phone in landscape view it sometimes stays stuck or freezes in that view. I have to turn my phone off and on to get it back to normal.
I also contacted apple support and they advised me to do a fresh restore which I did with iOS 8 but it still happened shortly after.  Apple said that if the problem persists to bring it to an apple store for repair or replacement.  Im thinking its a software issue because when I researched it on the internet it appears people with iPhone 5's and 5s's are experiencing the same or similar issues and orientation freezes. I just recently upgraded to iOS 8.0.2 and will monitor it and see if the issue was fixed.  So fingers crossed that iOS 8.0.2 fixes it.

  • When I take a picture with my IPhone and send it to my home computer, why do the pictures turn sideways or upside down (it's an HP windows computer)

When I take a picture with my IPhone and send it to my home computer (HP Windows) why does the picture turn out sideways or upside down?

OK, here's the explanation.  When you take a picture, the iPhone knows what orientation it is in (portrait, landscape, etc.) and adds that information to the picture's EXIF data so it knows which side is up.  Apple devices can decode this information and show the picture right side up when it is viewed.  However, Windows computers cannot do this.  They are not capable of decoding the orientation information added by the iPhone, so they are displayed in a default orientation (which may not be right side up).
This only happens on Windows machines, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it, except use the rotation buttons in Windows picture view to orient the photo correctly.

  • Emailed pictures come out upside down from iphone 5? Help.

I have a iphone5.  When I send pictures from the phone to other people or even my own email account the pictures come through upside down or sideways.  What am i doing wrong!  Would love to continue sending them from phone.

If this happens on Windows systems it is because the Windows Photo Viewer and Live Photo Gallery may ignore the EXIF orientation of the photos. This data tells the viewer which way is up.
See here for discussion and details from Microsoft on how this may be fixed on Windows:
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-pictures/windows-phot o-viewer-or-live-photo-gallery-does/a161c8da-c1ce-4347-a92e-724f9e535c15
You can also avoid this problem by taking photos in landscape mode with the iPhone/iPad held with the Home button to the right. In portrait mode keep the Home button down.
