Help needed: navigation menu doesn't display on Explorer but does on Safari

Can someone help. I have a site that has a navigation menu at the top and when I publish to a folder or view on my mac the pages and navigation works correctly. When I view with explorer, the navigation menu doesn't display correctly (at all) and I get errors on the page. Any ideas what could be causing this

Your iWeb navigation will not display in IE if Java is turned off.

What errors?

IPad screen totally blank/black

I have read several posts regarding "Black Screen" but I can't seem to find anything like the issue I am having.
Problem - Screen is black. As far as I can tell there is no back light or any dim imagery on the screen. Screen totally blank.
Tried these solutions:
-Sleep/wake reset
-Sleep/wake + Home reset
-Full recharge
-Updated OS
-Restore from iTunes
Additional information:
iPad is still recognized and syncs when connected via USB to computer and iTunes. Was able to sync and run full restore from iTunes. The iPad still "chimes" when plugged in to power source. Was able to add/remove content in iTunes with no issues. As far as I can tell the iPad seems to be on and functioning but the screen is just completely black. Any thoughts....?

I would say it's probably a hardware problem, i.e. a defective backlight.
I assume you have the brightness turned up? Go outside in the sunlight and see if you can see any of the screen image.

CF 8 Server Monitor screen is blank

When I click either the Launch Server Monitor or Launch
Multiserver Monitor button it opens a new window, but the screen is
blank. It shows the correct SWF file in the source code and I have
Flash 9 installed, but it does not show anything more than the
blue-gray background. I can open the SWF file directly, but it will
never connect to my server.
This is a J2EE installation (JRun) on Windows Server 2003
with CF7 also running on the same box. I am running JRE 1.4.2, does
that make a difference? CF and our application runs fine, this is
the only problem I have found so far.

Viewing CF admin and server monitor via the JRun HTTP port
through a browser wasn't allowing SWF files to run. When I mapped
CF admin in IIS server monitor started working.

My ipod doesn't display what is playing?

I have a 60GB video ipod and it doesn't display the song that is playing on it anymore in the now playing option. If it is playing a song I downloaded from the music store the picture comes up and takes up the whole screen but it no longer lists what is playing. How do I get this back? Please help me!!!!

Firefox screen totally blackout, menu &toolbars on top displayed in gray color

After open the firefox browser in my notebook(running MS Window 7)
1. menu & toolbars on top of the screen displayed in gray color, cannot view the menu & toolbars.
2. content of the firefox browser (previously can displayed the Ask search bar) now totally in black color, cannot view the Ask search bar.
3. only the restore, minimize & close buttons displayed clearly on top right corner of the browser screen.
4. Pause my mouse pointer on top right corner of the screen(area below close button) , Open menu displayed, click Open menu button & its content displayed, then click Help button & Help window pops up, but the help screen has the same problem as described in Point 1&2 above.
4. other browsers such as IE & Google Chrome operated as normal in my notebook computer, no screen display problem.

Screen freezes up--or doesn't display

I posted before, but I didn't get any assistance. I'd appreciate any help or suggestions that you might have. The problem up to this point has been that, upon waking my computer from sleep, I'll go to click on something (i.e. the Safari icon in my toolbar), and the computer screen will go fuzzy and freeze. So, I thought, I won't put my computer to sleep anymore. I'll just do "shut down" when I'm not using it. Well, that creates other issues. When I push the power button on the back to power the computer on, it may take 1-2 tries before I get to my desktop. The chord always plays, and the apple always displays. But I may just get a blank white or blue screen--no desktop. This is a new occurrence. These problems have just developed in the last 2 days. I recently moved and had my iMac shipped via FedEx. However, I haven't had any problems in the few weeks since it was delivered. They've just started now. Also, I recently downloaded Firefox. Those are the only things that I've done differently. Up to now, my iMac has worked beautifully. Again, if you have ideas or suggestions, please let me know. Many thanks.

I think I'm having the same problem and frustrations. I purchased my g5 in December 2004, and it began giving me these problems about a month or two ago. It has gotten to the point where I have to restart my computer (by holding down the power button) at least 4 times before I can get the machine to work properly. The start up screen will freeze then often scramble into a mix of blue, white, and grey patches. Other times I'll get vertical bars that fade in color on the screen, and sometimes I'll get all the way to my active desktop and then it will freeze and kind of give a 'wind effect' to everything on the screen. I finally got fed up and called apple customer service and the guy informed me that my machine might belong to a batch thats undergoing a repair extension program. Menu doesn't display in flash player

In DW CS5 I used the Insert Media command to embed a swf video on dravisinterests.com/advancedcarbTestSWF.htm. How do I place a menu on the flash player? I inserted the menu parameter in the code below generated by DW but it still doesn't work.

SWFs don't typically have player controls (I think that's what you're asking for). Use FLV and choose a player skin with controls.
As Ken said, Flash is a dead web technology. The list of devices that support Flash is shrinking daily because it sucks the life out of mobile batteries.
You would do yourself and your site visitors a huge favor by moving to a more modern media approach. Either HTML5 video or a combination of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript for animations. See Edge Animate.

LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP Touch screen totally blank

Hi I have a Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP 276n which was working fine on friday - printing via a USB and photocopying using the screen. I've come to use it this morning and the printer has nothing on the touch screen and nothing around the screen. I get a brief red cross in the bottom right when I turn the printer on but that's it.
But to make it worse the computer says that it can't connect to the printer to try and trouble shoot. I've tried 3 different USB ports on the computer and nothing happens.
I've tried disconnecting the printer from the computer and trying to do a reset as per other issues I've found say to press where the arrow is on the right when turning the printer on - nothing happens. I've also tried pressing on the bottom left of the screen when turning it on - no difference.
Does anyone have any other idea's please.

I see by your post that there is no display on the printer. I can help you with this.
Make sure there is no damage on the power cord and that it is connected directly to a wall outlet.
The printer shouldn't be exposed to any electric or magnetic field.
Try another outlet in another room, just to rule that out.
I have provided a document for display or power issues.
The Printer Will Not Turn On or Respond When the Power Button or Power Switch is Pressed.

#1 Upload your Spry Assets folder to your remote server. The necessary CSS & JavaScript files are 404 not found. That's why your menu looks un-styled.
#2 Loud, gratuitous, unsolicited music on web sites is a very bad idea. It forces a lot of people to click away from your site and never return. It so happens I was listening to other media when I clicked on your site. That cacophony of competing noise was not the least bit enjoyable.

Browser Menu Doesn't Display the "Bookmark" or "Go To" Options???

I have a Blackberry World Edition. Just recently, at times while using the browser, I will select the menu key to go to a bookmarked page, neither the bookmark option nor the "Go To" option are available. At that point, I'm locked, all I can do is go back, select a page off of my history, or select site from an icon on my main menu. It is very inconsistent, meaning, if I select some site from an icon, and keeping checking the menu key, the options usually reappear. This is very strange. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anytime random strange behaviors creep in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

My ipod screen is blank and doesn't show any display except it does have the lighted backscreen. I have restored to factory settings but no luck. Any suggestions?

you already tried a reset? you PUSHED AND HELD the middle button and the menu button AT THE SAME TIME for 10 seconds? it may take a few trys and works best if hooked to power.
