Is there a way to default the monthly calendar display
so that the current day always shows on top? ie, I want to always be able to see what's in the future 3-4 weeks, not what's in the past 3-4 weeks. The default monthly display is archaic--only allows you to see through the last day of the month. Suddenly today
is Oct. 30th, and I have a ton of projects lined up in November, but because I haven't been scrolling down every day, I haven't been aware of them every day. I realize there are other tools in Microsoft to help me stay on task, such as reminders and such,
but it would be helpful if I could always have the current day display on top of the monthly view so I can quickly scan what's coming up in the next few weeks.

Right, I already have it in Month view. My question is a little more specific--I'd like for the current day to always display at the top. For example, today is Oct. 31st, so the current day is at the bottom of the calendar since it is the last day of the month.
I can view everything in October that I've already completed. What I can't see are the future weeks because we haven't hit November yet. I'd like for the current day to always display at the top of my calendar so I can always see what's coming in the following
three - four weeks (whether they're a part of that month or not). I've been to other forums trying to find the answer, and have come across the same exact question from frustrated users--but there seemed to be no solution. So I'm posing the question myself
in this forum. Do you know if this is possible? What I found from other forums is that Outlook defaults to a physical 'desk' type calendar format--so just as I'd use a paper calendar at my desk, I wouldn't be able to see the following weeks unless I either
flip the page to that month or I come to the first day of the next month, thereby tearing the the old month off and now only able to see the current month. That format is just so...paper...and archaic! Essentially I want the calendars to loop so it doesn't
even really matter what month it is--I just always want to see what lies ahead without having to scroll down. With our being in the Technology Age, I'd assume this is a logical expectation, but we may be stuck with the replica version of the paper-desk-calendar
format until Outlook programmers add this Technology Age feature in newer versions.
See, this month kind of messed me up because I have so many projects for November that start tomorrow and next week, but I haven't seen them until this week. I would have been better quipped--at least expecting them--had I been able to see all of those projects
since last week or the week prior.
If there is no solution to this answer, would you know how I can contact Outlook to provide feedback? I'm guessing a newer version is on its way...

Month name displayed in month calendar view for previous month

In iPad IOS 7.04 iCal month view the month name displayed at the top of the window is incorrect. The previous month name show when viewing a calendar month. Test by selecting year view and the any month from the year. The month view will be for the selected month, but the month name will be for the preceding month. The incorrect month name in month vie is also displayed if the month view is scrolled to new months.
I observe this on my iPad II.
Ha s anyone seen this error? Does anyone know if Apple has seen this and has a plan to correct it?

Imhave the same exact problem on my iPad2. It was not fixed in the recent iOS 7.1 release, even though modifications were made to the calendar app. Very frustrating, since this is such an easily observable problem.

I have a requiement , I need to display a report which will give sales target and Actual , month wise for respective sales representative
the format is as follows

I have a ODS which will give the Actual Fig and I am using a flat file to upload the target values into another ODS
I will use a Infoset or multiprovider to merge it
Pl suggest how to go about it ?
I mean do I need to create 12 Target Infoobjects(Key Fig)
and how i will do mapping and compare month wise target and actual values

According to me u need not to have separate ODS for the Target figures, u can have the target data into the Actual figure ODS with different infosource arrangement for the Target figures.
I have done such thing previously and it works fine in the same situation.
Well at a reporting side u can keep Sales representative in selection so that viewer can see report for the perticular sales representative or can see for all sales representative.
For this arrangement follow the things i have mentioned hereabove.
1. create a structure for the months in a year. PS: Also put Fiscal year in Selection. (Put this fiscal year and sales representative in the Free characteristics.)
2. Show Text and key for sales representative by ticking ovet this display option in the properties.
3. Go in the Columns create strcture for actual and target figures.
Thus ur query is ready. Do some additional settings as per custemer need.

P2415Q - No display over DVI, HDMI. No menu. Worked perfectly for one month over display port

Reason Line: Dell P2415Q. After one month working perfectly over display port, no display on screen over Display Port or HDMI, no response to menu buttons, backlight and power LED on but no image on screen.
Problem Description
The monitor worked out of the box for one month using the display port to mini display port cable provided with the monitor, which was plugged into my XFX 7970 and 7950 graphics cards. It supported 4K at 60Hz and was exceptional for photos, videos and games. On Wednesday the monitor stopped working, no image or menu is displayed on the monitor. I plugged in my old monitor to help diagnose via DVI from the same graphics card. When I press the power button on the Dell P2415Q monitor, the power LED lights up and the computer detects the monitor (as shown in the windows screen resolution menu). It sets it as a secondary display but the monitor remains black, I can see the power LED and backlight is on. No power saving mode popup appears on the monitor, when I press the menu buttons there is no response from the screen, it remains black. I repeated with a HDMI cable the same issue occurs with no response or image. I repeated and disabled crossfire (which allows the graphics cards to function independently) and tried the second graphics card with no response. I tested the HDMI cable I used on my old LG monitor, it works well. I have tried connecting a laptop over HDMI to the monitor too, with no response from the monitor. I have exhausted all the tests I can think of, I presume I will have to return the monitor for repair or replacement under warranty. A question to the dell rep and community - is there anything else I can try / do to get it working?

Operating System: Windows 7, 64 Bit.
Video Card: XFX 7970 and XFX 7950 in Crossfire (tested separately, monitor produces fault with both).
Video Card Driver: 14.12 AMD Catalyst Driver (rolled back to older driver, monitor still produces fault).
Video Card Output Ports: Tested with miniDP and HDMI on both cards, with crossfire enabled and disabled. Monitor still produces fault.
Video Card Cable: miniDP to DP cable provided with monitor. HDMI cable, tested with alternate monitor to confirm it functions correctly.
Monitor Menu Button: Non responsive, when power is turned on the computer successfully detects the Dell P2415Q monitor, the backlight turns on but no image appear on the screen. Pressing the menu buttons yields no result - menu does not appear on the screen. Power LED is on.
Monitor Purchase: Purchased from Overclockers.co.uk March 2015.

* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect all cables from the monitor including the power cable
* Press the monitor power button in for 15 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor cables and re-test. If still no go, your only option is to get it exchanged per the purchased warranty
* But first the service tag must be transferred into your name using this form

TS1702 iCal month view display problem

iPhone 4GS after upgrade to IOS 6.0.0 and still with 6.0.1, iCal in month view is inconsistently showing dots on the dates when I have events occurring. The events themselves are there, but often the dots themselves do not display. A month with 12 days of events might show only one or two dots. Never happened before upgrades.

Month view display and print format

An earlier version of iCal would display (and print) the current month without showing the last few days of the previous month and the first few days of the next month to fill out a week. Is there any way in version 3.0.7 to display and print in this format again?

i added a new pdf. here under the bold number you must see "581*LAVENDER". but with reader 9.x it looks like the printer cardridge goes empty.

if you want maintain like that SEP.2013 or MAY.2014 maintain the master data like that - 009.2013 - SEP 2013.
it is not possible to display alphabet and year you should maintain the specific master data.
in BEx designer select the 0CALMONTH - go to display tab -> select display as text.

Month data display

Hi all,
I have a month column in my report which contain the data like 2007/01, 2007/02,2007/03......I have t use that month column in X-axis of chart & it should display the data like 01,02,03........in report for that I have set formula for month column in criteria under ex builder as Month(a.monthcolumn) but its giving me the below error
[nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 22025] Function Calendar Extract is called with an incompatible type. (HY000)

I think month function will work with date column and since you are not using date column it is giving you an error.
You can use below formula to extract month.Cast the column to char before using this formula
substring(a.month_column from LOCATE('/', (a.month_column -1)+1 for length((a.month_column ))

Month day display in matrix report

in matrix report date field convert into day and it is as row filed if any day of month data not found but it display all 30 days in matrix report.

No, it does not allow mirroring of the primary display or allow a TV to be a secondary display device.
If you have a suitable TV input (DVI or VGA, composite etc), a cheaper solution might be a lead from this selection:

Is it true iOS7 doesn't have a monthly calendar display?

That would be a real problem if I upgrade. I sync with Microsoft's Outlook Calendar but don't have access to an Exchange server, and so I've been unable to idnetify an alternative calendar app.

Simply tap the < September in red in the upper left corner and you will get the month with a grey dot under each date for which you have an event scheduled. The < September is replaced with < 2013, all you need do is tap that to go back to a weekly display.

I have created two structures...
In the first structure -- Variables defined for Month, YTD Month
and Previous year
Second structure -- Income etc..Key figures defined
Now I am unable to get particular month data...
My Report format:

Income
All Kfs
But Income for Oct will be considered for Sept + Oct..
Now i want the result of Income has to display only particular month (ex..Say Oct means only Oct)..
Here instead of particular month it is automatically considering cumulative..
Please suggest me...

So, August not possible...
While selecting Income GL's --- I have considered Key figure -- cumulative Balance....
Could you suggest me ...How to proceed..
I did not use any customer exits...

Separate Display Quantizations for the same part in Notation

I'm having a hard time with something that seems like it would be easy to fix. How can I set up a part in the notation editor and use one display quantization setting for say, bars 3 and 4, and another display quantization setting for bars 5 and 6. (For instance, if I wanted eighth notes in one and sixteenths in another). I remember reading somewhere that you need to split the measures into separate regions, because display quantization can only be applied to a region as a whole, but when I do that another treble clef or entire bracket appears in the midst of my score in the score editor. How can I get rid of this extraneous clef appearing? I know that you can adjust individual quantizations when working with the actual MIDI events, but I only want to change the display quantization.
Also, what workflows do you all use to deal with Logic's over-indulgence in cut away scores? I know you could create a bunch of empty regions on top of your project's and then merge them, but I believe then you would lose your display quantization (related to above).

hey keith i just saw your reply and further question - there are two things that would help:
1 - if you are just wanting to creating multi rests, then the quantize tool is not correct.. you need to drag the little sign in the Inspector which looks like a multi rest and calculate the open bars eg.. if it matters to you that the instrumentalist needs to be able to count in 8 or 4 or 16 bar sections then make sure that you have a double bar line breaking up the blank bars, That way when you drag a multirest it will go up to the double bar line
On the other hand you might be writing for hot orchestral musicians who have no problem counting 63 and a half bars before they come back in in which case you can have one long multi rest.. does this make sense
2 -for the 'cutaway' thing you are talking about - I think I know what you mean .. a big blank space on the part where the system stops. I like doing this too .. and the way I do it is to just leave a big gap in the linear placement of the regions .. say your first part goes from bar 1 to bar 32 then you want a cutaway.. leave a gap of 4 bars and then start the next region from bar 36. When you look at the score in Print View.. you will see the gap
The only problem with this method is that it messes up the bar numbers .. as logic will still think that the bars exist.

Re Assign Bar numbers: this would enable the user to name the bar numbers according to the logic of the part/score ... and not be tied to logic's sequence to crank out mindlessly linearly the bar numbers
An idea feature would be to insert a 'memory hole' - so the user could over ride the sequencer.
This combined with Johannes Pritchls little used system where by the sequencer could follow repeats and signs and DS and to Codas... would make Logic Score Editor a MUCH MORE BRILLIANT tool
PS not forgetting Global Rehearsal letters .. my old bug bear
