What does it mean when month subscription is 60 minutes/9.99 euros? Am I limited to one hour per month or I just need to redial after one hour?

Hello
It means that you are limited to 60 minutes per month. If you use up your allocation before your plan renews you can continue calling using Skype Credit.

There is no Adobe Story Premium, it is Adobe Story Plus that is included with the Creative Cloud paid subscription.

Your internet connection depends on access to a wifi network. When you leave your house you go out of range of your own network, so the only way to connect is to find a free or paid public wi-fi service in the location you are in at the time; the alternative is to use your iPhone for what is called 'tethering' (providing a wifi signal you iPod can connect to) but it you have an iPhone you would want to use that anyway (and many service providers don't allow it - in any case it comes expensive as you are using a mobile data connection).

Can't successfully install Photoshop under month-to-month subscription

I bought a month to month subscription for Photoshop CS6 several days ago, but I haven't yet been able to use the previously-installed copy, so I deleted it. Now I try to install again, and I get, "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support advizor to detect..." Then Adobe Support Advisor says, "Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support..." Monthly subscription continues to tick away, but I can't use Photoshop. This is on Mac OS 10.6.8 on an older Mac Pro with 10 GB RAM. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

If the installer is failing to initialize then you will need to manually review the PDApp.log as the Adobe Support Advisor does not review or upload this file for support. Your trial has expired, I have a monthly subscription but photoshop is asking for a key, what gives?

I have a valid monthly subscription to photoshop/Lightroom.
I keep getting this message when launching photoshop cc. Lightroom works fine.
I uninstalled everything via the adobe uninstaller, I ran the adobe cc cleaner and rebooted.
I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed both lightroom and photoshop AFTER signing in, they were both installed from the creative cloud menu. It says my programs are both up to date, yet when I launch Photoshop I get the trial has expired page, I click "License this software" sign in with my valid adobe ID email, hit "sign in" and it keeps prompting for a license key. I was NEVER given a license key so what gives?
What is going on.....I'm getting very frustrated with this software, was working fine, have been using it for months now.
OS: Mac OSX 10.9.2

There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

If you are on Windows, I would go to Control Panel>Programs & Features and do a repair.

You can't edit a file with PDF Pack, but you should be able to convert it to a Word document, and if you are really lucky edit THAT and make a new PDF. Don't expect too much though!

I am having the same problem - the install crashes around 40%.
I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription. The error message is:
'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message. Any ideas?

Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..

I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription.
