Mophie Did Not Replace Broken Case!

Just wanted to let all of you Iphone users about Mohpie.
I received a Mophie Juice Pack for the Iphone 4G for xmas from my brother. It worked for about a month then stopped charging my phone.
Since I didn't have a receipt (let's not forget it was a gift), Mophie customer support did not replace the case.
I sent them the serial number, had a photo of the case and offered to send it back so they could see that the case didn't work. All they wanted was a receipt.
Funny thing is, they could do the right thing and replace my case, but instead they'll read all of my posts to the forums instead. Clearly, customer service has a lot of time on their hands since they aren't helping customers.
Seems as though this "posting to the forums" thing is the only way to get a company's attention these days. If they don't care, make them care...

    I thought it is a intuitive idea to back up. But another problem I heard it before is someone lost the data when he synced his new iTune with the iPad with full data. And it synced iPad empty. I could happen.
    True I should back up, which I did not lost my data much except my notes in iPad.
    My complain is to say normal sensible OS will not do this. My Samsung did not have fansy iTune which I have to be careful too much. I just keep/remove things without warrying stupid sync.
    As you all seem has experience how to use iTune, but I don't. I cannot use it simple.

You should ask it to Steven Chan or oracle support.EBS has many compenetes which mean maybe ADF forms can not work wiht other components or maybe Oracle already made schedule to use ADF instead of 10g forms.

    I did not have my backup with me when my hard drive failed and was replaced at the Apple store. Now it will not download to my new hard drive. A message says that "the volume has the worng case sensitivity for a backup". How can I resore my data from the backup?

    I want to know what exactly Apple will fix on say my IPhone 6 plus. Like a dropped device with broken hardware or components or port issue, electrical broken glass etc.. I only have AppleCare on 1 device because I cant get straight answers about repair cost or if it will repair broken glass ,components  etc. The person at Apple just said it will fix ports and did not answer the other question about a real broken device or broken glass. 

    Actually that's not entirely accurate Csound1... If you purchased AppleCare+ it not only extends your warranty an extra year but it also now covers up to two accidental damages (water damage included). Now every scenario is different when you're talking phone damages so it's best to set up a reservation with the Genius Bar if something happens and they'll assess the damage. Either way, as long as you're covered with AppleCare you'll receive a deductible price on parts. Certain instances you may not have to pay anything which are usually things like faulty software, faulty buttons, etc.

    When you installed the trial, there should have been an option to have ignored your current installation and leave it. Apparently you skipped that case. To uninstall the trial (in Windows) go to Control Panel>Programs & Features and select the Acrobat XI and choose uninstall. After the uninstall run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html to clean up your system. HOWEVER, if you see your old Acrobat in that window, do not run the cleaner, but do a repair on the old version.
    You did not mention the old version you had. You might try from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. As for the S/N, you should have register and if so you can get it from Adobe. The instructions are at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload.
    Be sure to backup any download of the old installer and the S/N to CD or backup HD for future use. They will not likely continue to be available.

    Hello, your best bet would be to clone your drive to an external drive, which will be bootable.
    Get carbon copy cloner to make an exact copy of your old HD to the New one...

    The very first MacBook 1,1s can actually run 10.6, which is updatable to 10.6.8, but will only run in 32 bit mode on yours.

    It should not matter. CCC will "clone" the recovery partition as well, but not knowing exactly what operation you had CCC perform it is difficult to know what may have gone wrong - it has many customizable options and you have to choose the correct one.
    I have performed the same transplant as you described and didn't have a problem, but if your Mac is not recognizing the internal HD you really have no choice other than to reinitialize it as suggested. After that, install OS X, upgrade to Mountain Lion if required, and migrate your old account(s) from your backup.
    my backups have backups.
    I assume you didn't mean that literally. Have redundant backups - don't "back up your backups".

    iPhone warranty is not international. You will have to return your
    iPhone to Saudi Arabia for repair/replacement. Either take it back
    yourself or send to friend/relative for them to take to Apple. Apple
    will not accept international shipments for repair nor will Apple
    ship repaired/replaced iPhones out of the country where the repair
    was done.

    OK, well, seems like you need to lose the attitude if you really want help.
    There are several ways to get music from iTunes on your computer to your device.
    The easiest is to sync directly with iTunes by connecting your device to your computer, selecting the device, setting up your Profile pages, and then clicking the Sync button to sync.
    First you want to open iTunes and under Preferences>Devices, make sure that you are not syncing automatically:
    Make sure that box is checked.
    Then follow the instructions in the article below for either your computer or your Mac to set up your Profile pages and to sync your music via iTunes:

    iTunes 11 for Mac: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad
    You can also directly download music from iTunes to your device by going to the iTunes icon, going to "Purchased", and selecting the items that are not on your device that show a little cloud next to them. Click on the cloud and the music will download.
    You might also want to familiarize yourself with your iPhone 5 manual. It has all the answers you cannot find on Google or by trying to just do it by brute force. If you would take a little time to read about your device and how to use it, you might not be so frustruated and unnecessarily snarky to people who are trying to help:
