More forms questions, cannot get form to align

I tried the methods suggested here and at various sites, but could be missing something.
I cannot get the form to drop into my template. I created one at wufoo and one a freeback, published my site to a folder, then edited the page in textedit by search for my "formcode" word with the html.
The problem is the form posts at the top of the file and not on the actual page.
Any ideas why?

Thanks folks, I went ahead and bought iweb enhancer and it worked where my efforts failed. Very good program and very reasonable price as well.
Chad, the developer, is amazingly fast with replies to questions and with good advice.
I can still post the code if you are curious. I really thought I followed your instructions and still could not get it to work.

Yes I can connect to PC even safari to yahoo and view my email. The trouble was using my iPhone and iPad to access my yahoo email with the quick connect just wouldn't up load my email. 3 days late it work out of the blue for three days I tried everything from restarting my router and my phone nothing worked. Using my iMac to fill in forms online, the screen suddenly fades off to the side and I cannot get it back. so frustrating!!

While online at a web site, filling in important forms, the screen suddenly fades to one side and disappears, and I cannot get it back, forcing me to start all over again. How can I stop this from happening?

The entire web screen of the form page I am filling out slides to the right and disappears, seemingly under a previous form that was not yet filled out, but I can't find it to retrieve it. I suspect this wireless mouse might be causing it? In general I find going back to a previous web page to be very awkward compared to windows. I always get this message, do you want to submit this form again? In windows, I could use a pull down arrow from my browser bar to locate a previous page. Maybe Mac isn't for me.

I am trying to build an aspx form dynamically but I have to user some HTML tags among controls. I am getting the error "Cannot get inner content of frm1 because the contents are not literal." in my

instruction. If I put it before adding the text and button controls to the form the error is gone. What am I doing wrong, if I want the controls to be inside a <fieldset> ... </fieldset> tag?

<fieldset>, you can use a Panel control having GroupingText
attribute. Therefore, instead of dealing with InnerHtml, try this:

Can more than one email get a copy of the form filled out

Can more than one email get a copy of the form filled out? Not a link but the data from the form.

I have the copy of the form coming to my main email but I need it to go to a second email address. right now the 2nd email address only gets a link. I do not want them to have access to the account only to get a copy of the data. I have them set up under Email Notifications as a "reader".

I just discovered that if any of the email accounts in "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in settings has "Notes" turned on, it will not sync to Outlook on your computer. My notes were always syncing to my yahoo account instead of Outlook on my PC until I turned off "Notes". Voila!!!! I had to forward the notes from yahoo to my Outlook email, then forward and edit them to the Notes folder in Outlook. (If they have whitespace as the first character, they will not have a 'title' in the Notes folder of Outlook.
I've been fighting this for the last two years, until I turned off the "Notes" setting in my iphone.
Also make sure that your notes syncing option to Outlook is enabled within itunes.

There is nothing on the apple website about having additional security questions other than the one, or having a second email to operate the ipod.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

Problem more forms in one file

Hi,
I have a problem:
I have made a form (http://www.taxikemperman.nl/Urenbriefje.pdf)
This is working fine for me, but when I will made more forms and want to combine this into one file than I have a big problem:
All the forms get the same input!
How can I combine this files to one and still have the different forms?

You'll probably find that the fields in both forms have the same Name, so will take the same value when combined. In your 2nd or subsequent forms, use the Select Object Tool to show your fields, Right-click to open the Text Field Properties and on the General tab edit the Names so that they are different to the first form.

If you can't sign in, then you can't troubleshoot and/or pair the keyboard until after that........ so, for that, you will need to borrow someone's USB wired keyboard in order to get signed in and to the Keyboard Bluetooth Preferences.
