MORE iTunes store non-connectivity

Question

Not only is the store not connecting, but also AVG free anti-virus can't connect in order to update. Is this related?
I've done everything, just like everyone else has... deleted the anti-virus and checked the store again and still nothing. But I can still connect to my normal sites on Safari. And naturally Apple is going to completely ignore our complaints and continue handing out their defective iTunes. ***.

Ok, here it is: (also the connection error code with AVG is 0xE001C04E, and I tried to uninstall it again, and some of the files cannot be deleted)
