Mortgage not reporting on Credit Report. Good/Bad?

...or indifferent? My mortgage was sold by Bank of America to NationStar a couple of months ago. I just pulled my credit report for the first time in a while, and noticed that I technically have no mortgage reporting right now. It'll show my Bank of America Note as "Paid, balance $0) Nothing from NationStar just yet. I understand that it can take a while for a new Servicer to begin reporting to the credit beurues, so I'm not worried about it "missing." I know it'll be back on my reports in a matter of time. However, I don't know what my credit scores were before it was sold.... Should I expect a drop/rise in score once the mortgage starts to be reported again? Is my current score a temporary increase/decrease from my actual score(s)?

  • How should the new note & mortgage servicer report the loan on the credit report ?

History... Default on a modification to original note and mortgage with same lender/service provider that was made (the modification) after Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge and never reaffirmed, no further monetary liability to signer on the note. After the modification default the loan is transferred to a new loan servicer. The trade lines continue to report CH7 status from the original loan service provider, closed account, 0 balance, etc. from the original servicer of the loan, nothing from the new servicer. A second modification is attempted via the new loan servicer and denied, After the modification denial, co-signer files CH 7. The signer on the note and mortgage quitclaims the property to co-signer.  Then the foreclosure process starts with the new loan servicer and the new loan servicer places a new trade line on the signer's credit report showing foreclosure status, account open, late, account balance shown, etc. During the foreclosure process with the new loan servicer  the co-signer files a CH 13, which is approved by the courts and the case is now closed. Regarding the signer of the note and mortgage, (not the co-signer), I thought the new loan servicer would have to report the loan on the credit report just as the prior original servicer did,  CH7 status, closed account, 0 balance, etc. I’m trying to make sense of how this is supposed to be reporting from the new loan servicer for the signer of the note and mortgage who quitclaimed the property. Thanks

Localization does not change any of the data or text objects that you created on the report.  It will change special fields and tooltips that are a part of the viewer.  I believe it might also change the formatting of dates and numbers.  Anything more than that is translation not localization.

  • Title reports and mortgage being reported twice to credit bureaus.

Our mortgage company, Bank of  America, is reporting our mortgage to the credit bureaus twice making it appear that we owe twice as much as we do. Everything is the duplicate reports including the account numbers.  My husband contacted BOA to have it fixed but they said something about a title report. I wasn't there to hear the conversation and BOA lost the letter that permits me to talk to them (again). Does anyone know what a title report would have to do with our mortgage being reported twice? How can they not know how many accounts we have, we only make one payment a month. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. We are trying to get everything straightened out so we can buy a new home.

I've been combing these forums and think I found the real problem. I believe our equity line is being reported as revolving credit. A friend was starting a business and talked us into refinancing our second, smaller mortgage in '08 before the market crashed. It sounded good, we got a better interest rate, a little bit of a credit line, and a tax write-off. Plus we were helping her get her business started. But the credit line was frozen when the housing market imploded and lenders started to panic. We didn't think twice about it because we really didn't need it and I have been paying the interest plus a little more every month. I honestly never worried about it because we'd pay it off when we sold the house. We only have 2 credit cards now, both have zero balance and about a $4,500 combined limit. The equity line is for $20,000 (although we only had about $3,000 available to spend and pay back, I guess the rest was the mortgage that was transferred over). According to the credit report we have a $20,000 limit and owe about $16,500. So basically, despite the fact that we have no credit card debt and this is essentially a mortgage, the credit bureaus sees our debt to credit ratio as 67%!!!
I can't believe the mortgage lenders didn't catch this. I'm absolutely sick over it. Ironically, if we sell the house the equity line will be paid off lowering our debt ratio. But we'll be homeless until his credit rating goes up so we can buy a new place. Is there anything we can do?

    Hi,
We also faced the same problem and approached Oracle support.
They provided us with a patch and datafix. Better raise an SR and get specific support.

  • Output Type MLGR, 'Report Goods Receipt to Buyer' not proccessed correctly

    Hi
We are using output type MLGR to send a doc 'Report Goods Receipt to Buyer' which is defined
    under->Output Types->Mail title and texts.
    Its 'Proccessing Routine' is: RSNASTSO
    Form Routine is: SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF
All is well when we use MB02 MLGR,'Simple Mail',MP, UserName
It sends the email to SAPConect.
BUT the form comes with the definitions not with the actual values.
    Like so:
INCLUDE MMIM_SE71_NEUER_EDITOR_MAIL2 OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE EN
                                             $DATE$, $TIME$
    $SGF$ oder $SGH$ $EKKO-ERNAM$ !
A goods receipt for your purchase order $MSEG-EBELN$
item $MSEG-EBELP$ has just been entered.
    Material:           $MSEG-MATNR$ $EKPO-TXZ01$
    Quantity delivered: $MSEG-ERFMG$
    Vendor:             $MSEG-LIFNR$, $AM07M-NAME1$
    Posting date:       $MKPF-BLDAT$
    $MFG$
        $MKPF-USNAM$
    Reg's
    Edan

    1. use variables '&' instead of '$'
    2. In transaction M706 for output type MLGR, make sure you have maintained the include by going in the long text, Choose Goto -> Change Editior, and maintain the form here :
"A goods receipt for your purchase order &MSEG-EBELN&
item &MSEG-EBELP& has just been entered.
    Material: &MSEG-MATNR& &EKPO-TXZ01&
    Quantity delivered: &MSEG-ERFMG&
    Vendor: &MSEG-LIFNR&, &AM07M-NAME1&
    Posting date: &MKPF-BLDAT&
    &MFG&
    &MKPF-USNAM&"
Then in MN22, delete the earlier condition record and create a new condition record in MN21
Here in the Communication in the MENU select
Goto -> Execution Parameter. You reach the dialog box Change Execution Parameter. Here you maintain the following data for mail processing:
Execution type        U   Transaction with memory
    Execution element     MB03
    Memory ID                  MBN
Par name: RM07M-MBLNR      Parameter value: MSEG-EBELN
    Save
Then create a PO (please remember to click on the GR message in the header), and create a GR against the PO.
In SBWP, you will get the values and not definitions this time for the message created.

    Hello,
Whenever I try to save my Keynote file, I receive an error message saying: "The document 'Backup of Backup of Oral Report' could not be saved as 'Oral Report'. Bad file descriptor".
I've tried using other name to save my file, saving the file as a backup, saving it within my documents, and on a USB, but the file won't save. I'm using Keynote '09, Version 5.1.1 (1034) on my Mac Desktop running Mac OS X Version 10.6.8
How can I fix this problem and save my file?

change icloud backup to local backup on this compuet. this worked for me.

  • Netstat not reporting input errors with packets that have bad checksums ?

    Greetings,
Is netstat not reporting any checksum errors ? I have a number of Macs reporting checksum errors when sniffing the local net. I would think that these should be reported by netstat as input errors, or collisions right ?
But it doesn't currently. See below for sample, its occurring across protocols, tcp, and udp. Usually this error is a bad ethernet port or cabling, and sometimes a sw issue. Working on eliminating the switches, router, and dsl modem by doing more testing.
But is netstat broke ? I havent seen any errors from netstat since @ 3yrs ago.
    length 64, bad cksum 0 (->f9fe)!)
One other question, can one monitor firewire 400/800 ports or usb with netstat ? Its not listed with man pages or netstat -h
    Thanks in advance

    Im am using two commands to view the data;
    netstat -I en0 2;
    (no errors in or out)
and tcpdump with the verbose -v argument
( reports the cksum ( these are CRC's right, not IP header checksum ? )
At the very bottom is the netstat -s output, otherwise a snippet of tcpdump ; replaced the IP's with xxxx's to protect the innocent
    Thanks for your help.....

  • [SCCM 2012 R2] Windows Update Agent do not scan correctly thus SCCM has bad reports

    Hi All,
My colleagues reported that after manual download and installation of update Office 2010 SP2 ... SCCM still do not report as Installed:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2687455
KB2687455 update on SCCM is reported as:

Update Title: Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455) 32-Bit Edition
    Test Computer:
After investigation I found out that Windows Update Agent (verbose logging) is reporting that this update is really not installed:  Agent Update {9C5E43A3-3AE9-434D-B105-A9D7902D5F9F} is deployed for scan, and is installable. It will be reported

Update KB2687455 is shown in Programs and Features/Installed Updates as installed on this computer.
    Question:
This update is MSP (not standard update) so it cannot be queried by win32_quickfixengineering WMI class. How to query all installed updates on system (registry, API, ...)?
How WUA query ALL installed updates?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
You could check the version number. The version number of Office 2010 SP2 is greater than or equal to
    14.0.7015.1000.
The script in the blog below could get List of installed Windows / office Updates.
    http://www.blackforce.co.uk/2013/01/27/get-list-of-installed-windows-office-updates-command-line
The sample in the following article can be used to determine if a critical security update is installed on a computer. If the update isn't installed, the user can ensure that the update is downloaded and installed. The user can also ensure that
they are notified about the status of the installation.

  • Windows 7 clients not Reporting Status to WSUS (downstream server) server running Windows 2012 R2

We have recently upgraded our WSUS server to Windows 2012 R2. Now none of the PCs reporting their status to the WSUS server and not getting updates at all. The PCs are contacting the Server but not reporting their status. Stopped the Firewall on Client and
Server. BITS and windows updates services are running.
Record the system time of the Windows 7 client.
    Reboot the Windows 7 client.
Run this command from a command prompt: wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow.
    Wait =30= minutes.
Performed the above steps. Please see the updates logs from a client.

Don thank you for the reply.
But I do have the same issue on the other PCs as well on which WMI is good. And also i pointed the above PC to my primary WSUS server which is running windows 2003 and it reported successfully and downloaded the approved updates.
please see the below logs from the same PC after pointing to our wsus running on win2003.

  • MLGR to send a doc 'Report Goods Receipt to Buyer' proccessed wrong

    Hi
We are using output type MLGR to send a doc 'Report Goods Receipt to Buyer' which is defined
    under->Output Types->Mail title and texts.
    Its 'Proccessing Routine' is: RSNASTSO
    Form Routine is: SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF
All is well when we use MB02 MLGR,'Simple Mail',MP, UserName
It sends the email to SAPConect.
BUT the form comes with the definitions not with the actual values.
    Like so:
INCLUDE MMIM_SE71_NEUER_EDITOR_MAIL2 OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE EN
    $DATE$, $TIME$
    $SGF$ oder $SGH$ $EKKO-ERNAM$ !
A goods receipt for your purchase order $MSEG-EBELN$
item $MSEG-EBELP$ has just been entered.
    Material: $MSEG-MATNR$ $EKPO-TXZ01$
    Quantity delivered: $MSEG-ERFMG$
    Vendor: $MSEG-LIFNR$, $AM07M-NAME1$
    Posting date: $MKPF-BLDAT$
    $MFG$
    $MKPF-USNAM$
    Reg's
    Edan

    1. use variables '&' instead of '$'
    2. In transaction M706 for output type MLGR, make sure you have maintained the include by going in the long text, Choose Goto -> Change Editior, and maintain the form here :
"A goods receipt for your purchase order &MSEG-EBELN&
item &MSEG-EBELP& has just been entered.
    Material: &MSEG-MATNR& &EKPO-TXZ01&
    Quantity delivered: &MSEG-ERFMG&
    Vendor: &MSEG-LIFNR&, &AM07M-NAME1&
    Posting date: &MKPF-BLDAT&
    &MFG&
    &MKPF-USNAM&"
Then in MN22, delete the earlier condition record and create a new condition record in MN21
Here in the Communication in the MENU select
Goto -> Execution Parameter. You reach the dialog box Change Execution Parameter. Here you maintain the following data for mail processing:
Execution type        U   Transaction with memory
    Execution element     MB03
    Memory ID                  MBN
Par name: RM07M-MBLNR      Parameter value: MSEG-EBELN
    Save
Then create a PO (please remember to click on the GR message in the header), and create a GR against the PO.
In SBWP, you will get the values and not definitions this time for the message created.

  • Bug Report: Lr3 does not report error when SDK version is too low.

Lr3 should report an error if SDK is under-version'd. For example, I have this in one of my plugins:
        LrSdkVersion = 2.0,
LrSdkMinimumVersion = 2.0, -- minimum SDK version required by this plugin.
If I put Lr3.0 specific stuff in the plugin, Lr3 does not report an error, but it should - otherwise whats the point in specifying a version.
I have to take the plugin into Lr2 to test for inadvertent Lr3 specific inclusion mistakes. Thank goodness I'm not worrying about Lr1...

  • Wells Fargo good, bad, or just not going to happen?

We applied with WF and got pre approved-- they ran credit (loan only in husbands name) and took verbal info. Approved on the spot, no worries, we were told.
I can't help but feel like this is all a joke, especially after reading on here.
    Here's what I got:
    Mid score 642
    2 cc lates 1/15 and 5/15
    One medical collection $900
    DTI - 5% car- $475 cc- $200 min payments
Income- 175,000 salary (new company, same field for 10+years, similar pay scale for 4 years)
New York, single family home, $237,500 purchase price, primary residence.
Pre approved for conventional (house won't meet FHA requirements 100yr old house)
    Actual Interest Rate
    5.000%
    Actual Rate Type
    Fixed Rate
Actual Monthly Payment (P&I + MI)
$1,461.92 does not include taxes and insurance
    Principal Repayment Type
    Fully Amortized
    Maturity Term
    360
I have no idea what I'm looking at. Is this good bad, for real? This happened too fast and I can't catch up!

Start writing your LOX for the lates and collections.     Make sure they have all your documents within the first week.   The monthly payment for a 100 year old house is too high.  I think you all should wait to get your score up for a better rate.  5% for the amount you're borrowing is too high compared to the average APR being 4.04% now.  Ar you planning to live in the home forever?  May be hard to sell a home that is 100 years old unless you do some extensive remodeling.
